:02:19. > :02:32.With no help at all, I decided to stop my life.

:02:33. > :02:35.What is it you wanted to be given to leave the hospital?

:02:36. > :02:39.A place that was wheelchair friendly that my family

:02:40. > :03:00.It has cost nearly ?300,000 for you to stay in the hospital

:03:01. > :03:02.which you say you didn't want to be in.

:03:03. > :03:04.Someone else could have used that bed.

:03:05. > :03:09.It's very bad to occupy a place that should be used by someone in need.

:03:10. > :03:11.But, at the same time, I didn't cause the situation.

:03:12. > :03:13.Do you feel guilty that someone else could've used that bed?

:03:14. > :03:18.The hospital and other agencies have repeatedly offered him care

:03:19. > :03:22.In December the hospital went to court to get him

:03:23. > :03:50.If you assault someone, who can defend themselves, it is one thing.

:03:51. > :03:53.But when you abuse a disabled, it is something else.

:03:54. > :03:55.Since he was evicted from hospital two weeks ago, the 63-year-old

:03:56. > :04:09.Either things work out or I pass away.

:04:25. > :04:28.Sitting on various health and hospital boards across the region.

:04:29. > :04:30.I asked him whether he thought Mr Gurdish was representative

:04:31. > :04:41.of a broken system or whether he is refusing help that is there.

:04:42. > :04:44.It is all very well getting summoned into hospital and then finding out

:04:45. > :04:48.when the are due out that the house is not right, there is no carers

:04:49. > :04:50.or there is something wrong with the discharge,

:04:51. > :04:52.and then of course the discharge is delayed.

:04:53. > :04:54.I have been in the patient and Public involvement industry,

:04:55. > :04:57.so to speak, for many years, and this has always been high

:04:58. > :05:10.But over those years have you seen the problem get worse?

:05:11. > :05:13.I don't think it's getting worse, I think it's getting exasperated

:05:14. > :05:15.The demographics are completely different.

:05:16. > :05:20.And I think none of that has been taken into consideration since

:05:21. > :05:24.District nurses, pedometer lists, social care, private

:05:25. > :05:27.or within the county council, opticians, dentists, the whole raft.

:05:28. > :05:29.When you pile money into one, you unfortunately are

:05:30. > :05:48.When you pile money into one, you unfortunately are

:05:49. > :05:54.And if that better integration doesn't happen, what do

:05:55. > :06:13.You can have all the pieces there, but of the don't join up

:06:14. > :06:15.properly, you don't get the full picture.

:06:16. > :06:18.And I think now we have determined and see it will continue to fail

:06:19. > :06:20.unless we get proper integrated services, and that

:06:21. > :06:24.It's a pleasure, thank you very much.

:06:25. > :06:27.A coroner was told today that a holidaymaker from Suffolk

:06:28. > :06:29.pretended to be dead, as a gunman opened fire

:06:30. > :06:32.Allison Heathcote, who lives in Felixstowe, was hit several

:06:33. > :06:36.Her husband Philip was one of 38 people who were shot dead.

:06:37. > :06:38.Our chief reporter Kim Riley has sent this

:06:39. > :06:47.The coroner said he can understood why they Allison, and import-

:06:48. > :06:49.export manager, did not choose to come to London to give

:06:50. > :06:53.In a written statement to the court, she told of her pure

:06:54. > :06:57.As the gunman brought terror to the idyllic beach, she heard

:06:58. > :07:00.The Metropolitan Police have recorded where all the 30 British

:07:01. > :07:05.She and her husband were on sunbeds some 30 metres from the shore.

:07:06. > :07:08.She says she was aware of being shot in the upper arm and felt

:07:09. > :07:22.But not aware of the full extent of her injuries.

:07:23. > :07:31.She hadn't realised she had been shot in the abdomen.

:07:32. > :07:34.The gunshots were getting closer, she said.

:07:35. > :07:37.I was fearing for my life and lay still in the sand.

:07:38. > :07:39.I thought my best chance was to play dead.

:07:40. > :07:41.I wasn't sure if my husband had been shot.

:07:42. > :07:48.A postmortum revealed death was caused due to bullet wounds

:07:49. > :08:01.She was carried off the beach to be rushed to hospital.

:08:02. > :08:03.She spent three weeks in an induced coma.

:08:04. > :08:15.When we eventually got to do the funeral, it started to hit home.

:08:16. > :08:27.She told the inquest her husband shared her love of cricket and had

:08:28. > :08:31.A straightforward, honest man, taken from her on a holiday

:08:32. > :08:46.to celebrate 30 years of happy marriage.

:08:47. > :08:48.The Lord Chancellor says she will visit Chelmsford Prison

:08:49. > :08:51.following the suicide of a man who was mentally ill.

:08:52. > :08:54.On Friday, an inquest jury found that Dean Saunders had been let down

:08:55. > :08:58.Elizabeth Truss has agreed to visit the prison with the local

:08:59. > :09:06.Ed Sheeran's latest video has been viewed more than 7 million times

:09:07. > :09:10.Castle on the Hill is described as a love letter to his

:09:11. > :09:13.Sixth formers at Ed Sheeran's old school, Thomas Mills

:09:14. > :09:16.in Framlingham, star in the video which is all about

:09:17. > :09:29.The directors needed actors who would just gel naturally.

:09:30. > :09:32.You just literally did what you do on a normal day, I with friends,

:09:33. > :09:35.or whether you are in the pub, whether you are out watching races

:09:36. > :09:37.or just walking around chatting, having a laugh.

:09:38. > :09:41.As looking normal and doing what we normally do.

:09:42. > :09:44.Because it was just an image of what he did when he was

:09:45. > :09:58.It takes a while to work out that 7 million people will be watching

:09:59. > :10:01.It is quite a cool thing to think about.

:10:02. > :10:07.Gives us something awesome to look back on in a few years.

:10:08. > :10:10.Coming up now the weather with Alex, but from the rest

:10:11. > :10:23.Freezing fog will be widespread through the great. Extensive through

:10:24. > :10:28.the region. Another hazard to content with is ice on untreated

:10:29. > :10:32.surfaces. Temperatures will get a few degrees below freezing. Cold and

:10:33. > :10:41.frosty start tomorrow. High-pressure keeping things settled. Foggy start,

:10:42. > :10:51.so there could be some disruption to travel. Mist and fog will lift to

:10:52. > :10:56.low-level Cloud. Quite a cold they. Three or 4 degrees is possible.

:10:57. > :11:00.Quite a bit colder than today. Here is the outlook. Colder still on

:11:01. > :11:10.Thursday. A blast of cold continental air

:11:11. > :11:21.For all of us, it'll get colder and then milder again come the weekend.

:11:22. > :11:27.This shot taken earlier by a weather watcher in East Anglia. The fog

:11:28. > :11:30.becoming extensive over the next few hours in many south-eastern parts of

:11:31. > :11:34.England. Much, much milder, further north and

:11:35. > :11:40.west. Let's concentrate on that fog. I think it is going to be a problem

:11:41. > :11:43.again tomorrow morning. There are warnings in force T could be

:11:44. > :11:49.disruptive. Allow extra time for your journey. Some icy surfaces,

:11:50. > :11:54.too. Further north and west across gales, fogp won't be an issue. Early

:11:55. > :11:56.brightness at 8.00am through parts of the south-west and Wales. And

:11:57. > :12:00.northern counties. A reasonable day here. More cloud in Northern Ireland

:12:01. > :12:04.and Scotland. Quite a gusty wind which will be a feature of the

:12:05. > :12:10.weather tomorrow. Mild, technically, nine or ten. But the wind will be in

:12:11. > :12:14.evidence throughout the day. The odd spot of rain out west but in great

:12:15. > :12:17.amounts. Further south and east the fog will spread into parts of the

:12:18. > :12:20.Midlands and lift into low cloud. A includier day in south-eastern parts

:12:21. > :12:26.of England and East Anglia and the Midlands. A slice of sunshine across

:12:27. > :12:28.more central areas. Mild across the north-west, distinctly chilly

:12:29. > :12:34.further south and east. Chillier than today for sure. The bigger

:12:35. > :12:37.picture shows high pressure in the east and winds continue to evolve

:12:38. > :12:41.around the high pressure. Dragging in colder air from a breezing near

:12:42. > :12:45.continent. You'll notice an edge to the wind on Thursday. A shock to the

:12:46. > :12:49.system and for some the coldest-feeling day of the winter so

:12:50. > :12:53.far a brisk south-easterly. Plenty of dry and bright weather. The odd

:12:54. > :12:57.flake of snow perhaps but boy is it going to be cold. Some places

:12:58. > :13:03.struggling to get above freezing. Add on the wind and it'll feel very

:13:04. > :13:07.raw. Stays chilly on Friday across more northern and eastern areas.

:13:08. > :13:12.Something milder pushing in towards the south-west. Mild but also more

:13:13. > :13:15.unsettled. Some splashes of rain around as we head towards the

:13:16. > :13:20.weekend. Weekend is not nailed on. There will be sunshine to push in

:13:21. > :13:23.off the Atlantic but the progress of the fronts still uncertain but

:13:24. > :13:29.expect a fair bit of cloud and some showery rain for a time but it will

:13:30. > :13:31.be milder for all of us. Watch out for the showers. There will
