:03:47. > :03:51.within a couple of weeks we would have enough money
:03:52. > :03:54.to build the new hospital that we need here in Harlow.
:03:55. > :03:57.The Green Party is keen on introducing an NHS reinstatement
:03:58. > :04:00.act, that would repeal the health and social care bill introduced
:04:01. > :04:03.in 2012 because ultimately what we think is that the NHS does
:04:04. > :04:06.need more funding, it does need support, but it doesn't need that
