:00:49. > :00:54.The 42-year-old wheelchair racer is a board member of UK Athletics,

:01:03. > :01:04.last month when her train journey of almost three hours
:01:05. > :01:09.The CrossCountry train's disabled toilet was out of order.
:01:10. > :01:13.A member of the train crew suggested she get off the train at a station
:01:14. > :01:16.to use the disabled toilets there, but there were no staff
:01:17. > :01:21.She couldn't wait until the train reached Peterborough.
:01:22. > :01:29.When you are in that situation, that is when you really
:01:30. > :01:32.I rarely feel disabled because I like to get
:01:33. > :01:37.I would like to be in the community to support others.
:01:38. > :01:41.But when that happened to me, I just realised that, you know,
:01:42. > :01:45.sometimes when you are different, you are so isolated.
:01:46. > :01:49.The world disqualifies you from having a normal life.
:01:50. > :01:53.It is as though, when you have a disability,
:01:54. > :01:55.you don't deserve to have equal rights in the community.
:01:56. > :02:02.The MP for Harlow, Robert Halfon, has taken up her complaints

:03:50. > :03:55.So now, a new timely plea backed by multimedia muscle urging drivers
:03:56. > :03:59.to see sense by signing up for what could well prove
:04:00. > :04:05.a life-saving and life-changing New Year's resolution.
