:01:45. > :01:46.bench which is believed to have been stolen.
:01:47. > :01:54.Four years ago in an office move at Clacton Town Hall, an old Post
:01:55. > :02:01.It was the Air Disaster Relief Fund and the ?243, 13 shillings and
:02:02. > :02:07.sixpence had lain forgotten for nearly 70 years.
:02:08. > :02:12.It is now worth ?1700 and that money plus 10,000 from
:02:13. > :02:15.the council will pay for a proper memorial.

:02:19. > :02:23.It was only when we found the money we got the idea.
:02:24. > :02:27.We're going to look at a new bench, a memorial with a plaque on it, some
:02:28. > :02:36.The memorial will be ready in time for a ceremony on April 30, the 77th
:02:37. > :02:45.The Transport Secretary says a decision on a new river crossing
:02:46. > :02:48.between Essex and Kent will be made in the next few weeks.
:02:49. > :02:50.There have been calls for a rethink on the plans.
:02:51. > :02:52.Some MPs claim the proposed route through Tilbury
