:01:26. > :01:32.storm. This is just one small residential road, why has it become
:01:32. > :01:36.a priority? There are many roads in this very area that deserve to have
:01:36. > :01:39.the resources used on them. controversy began when Mrs Stuart
:01:39. > :01:44.asked contractors working for the council to resurface the drive that
:01:44. > :01:48.also leads to their family home. The work men had been repairing
:01:48. > :01:53.potholes and Beverley, and use Tarmac which had been left over.
:01:53. > :01:57.The problem is the neighbours here were not consulted. Today, after
:01:57. > :02:03.several objections, the contractors are back to remove the tarmac which
:02:03. > :02:09.is laid just a few weeks before. the time, it seemed like a good
