:01:20. > :01:23.treatment. Mark Bannister has brain cancer and wants to take the drug
:01:23. > :01:28.Avastin. Because it's not officially recognised as a
:01:28. > :01:31.treatment for brain tumours, he's struggling to get it. But if Mark
:01:31. > :01:37.lived just 15 miles away in Scunthorpe, he would be entitled to
:01:37. > :01:47.it. Phil Connell reports on the drug decision that's dependant on a
:01:47. > :01:49.

:01:53. > :01:58.rare type of rain cancer may have left him with just 12 months to

:02:08. > :02:16.care, it is refusing to be prescribed. There are no words to

:02:22. > :02:26.know. And they need me. For nine years, Mark served in the Army and
:02:26. > :02:30.has received support from the British Legion. A social networking

:07:11. > :07:16.plane had hit the Twin Towers... got itchy feet and my instinct
:07:16. > :07:22.kicked in so I went and looked. I was there for about five seconds
:07:22. > :07:26.with the camera, filming this torrent of debris coming towards me.
:07:26. > :07:34.And then everything went black. I remember crawling through all of
:07:34. > :07:39.this hot debris. It was in my mouth, up my nose, in my ears, I had to
:07:39. > :07:43.put a finger in to clear my airways. I could hardly breathe. It depended
:07:43. > :07:46.on how you ran down the street. Those that went to the left and
:07:46. > :07:50.right didn't survive, but those of us that went straight down the
:07:50. > :07:52.street did survive. It was that close. There were 67 British
:07:52. > :08:01.victims of the terrorist attacks. Michael and Christine Egan were
:08:01. > :08:04.from Hull. They are remembered here in the Peace Gardens. Michael
:08:04. > :08:08.worked in insurance. His sister Christine was just visiting New
:08:08. > :08:13.York. She was in the Tower as she wanted to see the view from her
:08:13. > :08:17.brother's office. I spoke to Michael's son Jonathan, who is
:08:17. > :08:23.still in New York. He remembers his father's passion for sport in Hull.
:08:23. > :08:29.My father wasn't -- when my father wasn't in a suit, he was either in
