:01:00. > :01:07.as if we don't care about the area. We are promoting the area. It is
:01:07. > :01:17.not just this road but rural roads people have raised it with me. A

:01:18. > :01:27.big increase in litter. 40 tons of rubbish is cleared, it costs

:02:10. > :02:14.to have restrictions. The staff need to be trained, highly trained,
:02:14. > :02:18.using the equipment. We need to ensure everything is done safely
:02:18. > :02:21.and motorists are not distracted. The council is now calling for more
:02:21. > :02:27.people to report littering in the hope of encouraging drivers, to
:02:27. > :02:29.clean up their act. An elderly care hospital ward in
:02:29. > :02:34.Lincolnshire which was strongly criticised by the Care Quality
:02:34. > :02:40.Commission in February is to close. The Clayton Ward at Lincoln County
:02:40. > :02:43.hospital will shut as part of a so called site reconfiguration. It was
:02:43. > :02:48.criticised for unacceptable levels of care of patients and problems
:02:48. > :02:52.with staffing. Hundreds of people have been on the
:02:52. > :02:55.streets of Beverley today for the re-enacting of the Easter Story.
