:04:22. > :04:30.can't? This is something we've recognised. I was asked to join the
:04:31. > :04:32.trust to come and look at performance, look at morale and look
:04:33. > :04:34.at improving external relationships. These are things that have been

:04:40. > :04:43.run an ambulance service ` medical staff and ambulances ` and you are
:04:44. > :04:54.short of both. We recognise we need to recruit more staff. We have been

:04:58. > :05:01.supporting the work we do. Clearly, we need to do more work. And simply,
:05:02. > :05:07.yes or no, have you got enotgh vehicles? We do have enough
:05:08. > :05:11.vehicles. The issue we have is making sure they are at the right
:05:12. > :05:17.stations when staff come on shift. There is a quote from one staff
:05:18. > :05:19.member. "Sometimes you are waiting half an hour for your vehicle at the
:05:20. > :05:22.start of your shift. Sometimes it's start of your shift. Sometiles it's
:05:23. > :05:26.longer." I mean, that's terrible, isn't it? It's not a good position
:05:27. > :05:41.to be in and we have recognhsed that. We are looking at shift
:05:42. > :05:44.patterns, at where ambulancds are stationed to make sure they are in
:05:45. > :05:48.the optimum place. This is about making sure vehicles are in the
:05:49. > :05:51.right place at the start of shifts. Clearly, we want people to be out
:05:52. > :05:53.and about. It needs sorting, doesn't it? Do you think it's reasonable for
