:01:14. > :01:16.In December 2011 City Plant Ltd took over the site.

:01:17. > :01:18.After that, five legal notices were issted to

:01:19. > :01:27.And in January 2013 the sitd stopped receiving general w`ste

:01:28. > :01:34.They have to get tougher, they have to make the companies delivdr their

:01:35. > :01:37.promises. If they don't, thd people will go on suffering.

:01:38. > :01:40.And no`one is more familiar with the stink than Kevin Clifford.

:01:41. > :01:43.He lives in the shadow of the tip and claims

:01:44. > :01:52.the ongoing saga has caused his wife to suffer from sevdre

:02:41. > :02:44.opportunity to comply with these If the operator does,

:02:45. > :02:47.we'll have to consider our next steps, and that's likely, I guess,

:02:48. > :02:49.probably to involve prosecution Then it'd be a matter for the courts

:02:50. > :02:53.to decide what penalties to impose. Ultimately, the site's going to be

:02:54. > :02:58.restored and it's going to be safe for the neighbours and people

:02:59. > :03:00.of Gilberdyke. If I drive past in November,

:03:01. > :03:04.on the M62, will the smell still be That's a very difficult question

:06:11. > :06:18.been speaking to told me thdy don't believe drainage systems have been

:06:19. > :06:19.properly maintained. I imaghne there will be difficult questions asked
