:00:11. > :00:17.Hello from BBC Look North. Police are questioning a man and a woman
:00:18. > :00:21.after a newborn baby was fotnd dead in Hull. The body of the girl was
:00:22. > :00:24.found last night. Officers were called to East Hull
:00:25. > :00:27.after the baby girl was found yesterday evening alongside this
:00:28. > :00:33.path in the city. The area was sealed off for many hours as police
:00:34. > :00:37.investigated. Humberside Police say it was a member of the publhc who
:00:38. > :00:43.found a baby's body near thhs cycle path and close to Rockford @venue
:00:44. > :00:47.last night just after seven o'clock. You can tell by the police tape
:00:48. > :00:50.that's here today that therd was a very large area cordoned off so that
:00:51. > :00:55.police could come in and recover the body and also start their initial
:00:56. > :00:59.enquiries. Two people have been arrested. A man and a woman.
:01:00. > :01:06.Tonight, they remain in polhce custody.
:01:07. > :01:10.A second person has been arrested in connection with the murder of a
:01:11. > :01:15.Chinese student in Lincoln. The body of Mingzi Yang, who was 29 `nd from
:01:16. > :01:18.China, was discovered in a house on Sincil Bank on Tuesday. A m`n was
:01:19. > :01:21.arrested and released on bahl earlier this week.
:01:22. > :01:24.Labour MPs in East Yorkshird and Lincolnshire are calling for tougher
:01:25. > :01:27.fines for companies which rdfuse to pay the national minimum wage. It
:01:28. > :01:30.follows the Employment Minister s call for farmers to employ lore
:01:31. > :01:35.British`born workers, rather than migrants. Hull MP Karl Turndr claims
:01:36. > :01:41.some firms are taking advantage of overseas workers. I think one of the
:01:42. > :01:44.reasons people employ peopld from overseas, frankly, is because they
:01:45. > :01:50.get away with paying them the national minimum wage. That's the
:01:51. > :01:54.reality. And this idea that British workers are less able to put in a
:01:55. > :01:59.hard day's grafting than solebody from overseas is just nonsense,
:02:00. > :02:02.frankly. Health workers in Scunthorpd are
:02:03. > :02:07.worried new mums still feel uncomfortable about breast`feeding
:02:08. > :02:09.in public. They say it's ond of the reasons breast`feeding rates in
:02:10. > :02:13.North Lincolnshire are below the national average. Gemma Dawson
:02:14. > :02:16.reports. New mums are often told abott the
:02:17. > :02:21.benefits of breast`feeding their babies. But some can feel
:02:22. > :02:29.uncomfortable doing this in public. You get a few funny looks, which
:02:30. > :02:33.always make you a little bit unsure. You do look round first and think,
:02:34. > :02:37.is it OK to feed? Will anyone say anything? Last year, we told you
:02:38. > :02:41.about the young mum asked to breast` feed her baby in a train tohlet And
:02:42. > :02:44.here in Scunthorpe, health workers are worried women still feel a
:02:45. > :02:48.stigma around feeding in front of people. There was an Ofsted for one
:02:49. > :02:50.of the children's centres and it said, despite work that's bding
:02:51. > :02:55.done, breast` feeding rates remain stubbornly low. Therefore, we looked
:02:56. > :02:59.at some of the reasons behind that. And it was that some mums dhd not
:03:00. > :03:02.want to breast`feed in publhc, because of stigma or confiddnce
:03:03. > :03:09.In North Lincolnshire, 63% of babies are breast`fed from birth. Compared
:03:10. > :03:13.with nearly 74% nationally. But by the time they are six to eight weeks
:03:14. > :03:16.old, just a third of babies in North Lincolnshire are still recehving
:03:17. > :03:19.breast milk. Compared to ne`rly half across England.
:03:20. > :03:24.So now, a new project is encouraging mums to breast`feed together. I
:03:25. > :03:28.caught up with this group at The Pods leisure centre. For thd first
:03:29. > :03:32.five weeks, I was just stuck at home every day. And then, the group was
:03:33. > :03:36.the first place I actually fed in public. The group really helped me
:03:37. > :03:40.to sort of know how to do it sort of discreetly. And that's the thing I
:03:41. > :03:43.was worried about most, I think Mums really do need the confidence
:03:44. > :03:48.to go out in public and feed comfortably. And this group are
:03:49. > :03:50.inspiring mums to do just that. These women now hope other new mums
:03:51. > :03:58.will join them. Hull FC are tenth in the Super
:03:59. > :04:01.League after a narrow loss to Catalan Dragons. The Black `nd
:04:02. > :04:06.Whites lost 20 points to 16 in France yesterday afternoon.
:04:07. > :04:10.Now for the weather. Hello there, good evening. Things
:04:11. > :04:14.going downhill this week, btt very slowly. Increasing risk of showers
:04:15. > :04:18.later on in the week. Out there at the moment, the odd light shower.
:04:19. > :04:21.But generally a fine end to the day with some sunshine. The clotd will
:04:22. > :04:25.remain broken overnight and temperatures in towns and chties
:04:26. > :04:29.falling back to 13 or 14 degrees. 13 is 55 Fahrenheit. That little bit
:04:30. > :04:33.cooler out in the countryside. So, into tomorrow, it will for the
:04:34. > :04:37.bulk of the day be largely dry and bright once again. It will feel warm
:04:38. > :04:41.too, with broken cloud and sunny spells. Temperatures getting up into
:04:42. > :04:44.the early 20s once again. Around 21 degrees the high, which is 70
:04:45. > :04:48.Fahrenheit. Into tomorrow evening, the increased risk of showers. So
:04:49. > :04:51.the first half of next week looks largely settled and dry. Just the
:04:52. > :04:56.odd shower. Increasing risk of showers and getting cooler by
:04:57. > :05:00.Thursday onwards. We'll be back later tonight at
:05:01. > :05:09.10:20pm for more of the day's news. Joiners then if you can. Goodbye for
:05:10. > :05:17.Good evening. After the weekend that has made many of us in warm
:05:18. > :05:23.sunshine, prospects are set fair for the beginning of the new week.
:05:24. > :05:25.Tomorrow we will see more sunny spells across the British Isles and
