:01:05. > :01:10.She died from a single stab wound to the chest.
:01:11. > :01:13.Flowers and tributes have been laid at Marshall Avenue.

:01:18. > :01:21.and police have been searching for him ever since.

:02:06. > :02:08.Not enough doctors are being recruited in East Yorkshire
:02:09. > :02:11.and Lincolnshire to make up for those leaving practices.
:02:12. > :02:15.Figures released by Health Dducation England show that there's been a
:02:16. > :02:19.remarkable drop off in recrtitment, particularly in the area covering
:02:20. > :02:23.Lincolnshire where more than a third of vacancies remain unfilled.
:02:24. > :02:26.Now they say offering "incentives" should be considered
:02:27. > :02:34.The traditional family doctor is still the first port of call
:02:35. > :02:37.for many people when they're feeling unwell.
:02:38. > :02:42.But the number of medical students training to be GPs is falling.
:02:43. > :02:46.And the problem is particularly bad in our area.
:02:47. > :02:48.There is an imbalance at the moment that is developing
:02:49. > :02:54.very rapidly between the number of GPs leaving and the drop`off in
:02:55. > :03:00.That's going to result in quite a severe shortage
:03:01. > :03:08.Statistics show that in 2012 all the GP posts in our area were filled.
:03:09. > :03:11.Two years later and in Yorkshire and the Humber less than 78%
:03:12. > :03:19.In the East Midlands it has gone down even further to 62.5%.
:03:20. > :03:21.The falling numbers are a concern for patients.
:03:22. > :03:29.The older we get, allegedly, we need more people to look after us.
:03:30. > :03:33.So, from a selfish point of view, it's not going to be good.

:04:02. > :04:04.concerned they won't get th`t, especially with the out of hours
:04:05. > :04:08.The Department of Health says it knows GPs are
:04:09. > :04:11.under pressure and that is why it has reduced some of their t`rgets.
:04:12. > :04:15.It also says it has increased the number of trainees so that GP
:04:16. > :04:20.numbers can keep up with the growing population.
:04:21. > :04:24.There is debate now about bringing in financial incentives to attract
:04:25. > :04:27.trainees to so`called under doctored areas.
:04:28. > :04:31.We need to see it as the crisis that it is now.
:04:32. > :04:34.Incentives might provide solution for some areas but they need to
:04:35. > :04:37.tackle the workload pressures, as well, of general practice.
:04:38. > :04:42.He hopes when he's moved on, more doctors will have been
:04:43. > :04:54.persuaded to become GPs so that patient care doesn't suffer.
:04:55. > :04:57.Big investment in Hull means the city is moving up to another
:04:58. > :04:59.level according to those who promote business around the Humber.

:06:41. > :06:45.of what Rathlin propose to do here will be before the local residents.
:06:46. > :06:48.I am sure they will want to be fully consulted.
:06:49. > :06:50.More importantly, the elected members will make
:06:51. > :06:53.a decision this time with the full information available.
:06:54. > :06:57.The company is not fracking at any of its sites and says it has
:06:58. > :07:02.If they want to protest, and it's a peaceful protest,
:07:03. > :07:06.But Rathlin Energy, I believe, have been quite honest with
:07:07. > :07:12.That's the worry for long`term effects.
