:02:16. > :02:21.because the Westminster expenses system does not cover the cost of
:02:22. > :02:26.running both a family home both in Westminster and here in his

:03:43. > :03:55.more time in the constituency. He has not been the best at

:04:46. > :04:52.European elections this year, UKIP would have won this seat. I suspect

:05:06. > :05:38.The head of the Trust which runs hospitals in Grimsby, Scunthorpe
:05:39. > :05:41.and Goole has admitted that patient care was "not up to standard"
:05:42. > :05:45.Karen Jackson has also apologised to the families of those patients.
:05:46. > :05:47.The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals' Trust will now look
:05:48. > :05:53.at whether further action will need to be taken against hospital staff
:05:54. > :06:10.Allegations of incidents in shortcomings in patient care are
:06:11. > :06:13.about to be explained publicly. It is not good enough. We work hard
:06:14. > :06:21.to make sure we learn from those letters. Today, the foundation trust
:06:22. > :06:24.admitted that four of the ten cases involved care that fell below their
:06:25. > :06:30.expected standards. Three of those cases have potential issues of
:06:31. > :06:38.professional accountability that will require further investigation.
:06:39. > :06:42.I am satisfied we took the necessary steps at the time. I am assured the
:06:43. > :06:47.plans we have in place in we will learn lessons from this and take
:06:48. > :06:52.appropriate action. For those individuals, the care that we gave
:06:53. > :06:58.was not up to standard and I am deeply sorry for that. So what has
:06:59. > :07:03.led to this situation? In October 2012, high mortality rate at
:07:04. > :07:08.Lincolnshire hospitals make the headlines. In July 2013, the trust
:07:09. > :07:13.was put into special measures. In June this year, the clinical
:07:14. > :07:19.commissioning group went public about concerns over ten incidents of
:07:20. > :07:24.patient care. Last month, the trust was taken out of special measures.
:07:25. > :07:29.Today's report found no systemic failings in the quality of care, and
:07:30. > :07:34.six of the ten original allegations were found to be unsubstantiated.
:07:35. > :07:44.These included two deaths, fun to be from natural causes. There were
:07:45. > :07:48.admitted failings. The health scrutiny committee will give their
:07:49. > :07:54.reaction next. There are still indication that things need doing. I
:07:55. > :08:02.have been showed on many occasions that hourly visits take place to
:08:03. > :08:07.patients, so I find it very difficult to understand how
:08:08. > :08:14.nutrition and hydration incidents can occur. The proof in the pudding
