:01:19. > :01:20.east Yorkshire prison The Ministry of Justice
:01:21. > :01:24.says the contraband was found at HMP Humber
:01:25. > :01:30.following intelligence-led searches. One charity has told us that drugs
:01:31. > :01:37.are being thrown over prison walls Kate Sweeting has this
:01:38. > :02:02.exclusive report. Aims rehabilitate. Now look north
:02:03. > :02:06.have learned that over half ?1 million worth of drugs been seized
:02:07. > :02:09.during the last three months. Corruption among the small number of
:02:10. > :02:13.staff is certainly something we cannot rule out. We are seeing
:02:14. > :02:17.drones being flown into prisons more prisons more and more and
:02:18. > :02:21.increasingly large conversations. Many more packages I'm sure our
:02:22. > :02:26.flying under the radar. In July 2015, concerns were raised but the
:02:27. > :02:30.quantity of drugs in the present. at HMP Humber in a report
:02:31. > :02:32.by Her Majesty's In a survey as part of that report
:02:33. > :02:37.49% of prisoners said it was easy And 15% said they'd developed a drug
:02:38. > :02:42.problem while at HMP Humber. On the back of that report,
:02:43. > :02:44.the prison created an action plan to tackle the problem -
:02:45. > :02:47.including increasing cell searches and improving substance misuse
:02:48. > :02:48.services. A statement from the Ministry
:02:49. > :02:50.of Justice said, "We know drugs in
:02:51. > :02:52.prisons is an issue and we are taking unprecedented
:02:53. > :02:54.action to tackle their This includes mandatory drug testing
:02:55. > :02:58.for prisoners with extra time behind bars for those caught using banned
:02:59. > :03:01.substances, tough new laws to deal with people smuggling
:03:02. > :03:05.new psychoactive substances into jails and the increased use
:03:06. > :03:07.of sniffer dogs and cell The prison service has faced
:03:08. > :03:14.a series of challenges recently with disturbances in the last 24
:03:15. > :03:17.hours in Swaleside prison in Kent, Birmingham earlier this month,
:03:18. > :03:20.and last weekend there were disturbances at Hull Prison
:03:21. > :03:33.after 15 inmates were transferred I am really concerned. I think what
:03:34. > :03:38.people think prisoners think is that it is a soft touch nowadays. They
:03:39. > :03:42.can get drugs into the prison estate, because there are a few
:03:43. > :03:47.officers and the officers that either very often I inexperienced. I
:03:48. > :03:50.think he blurted the advantage of that. The prison officers
:03:51. > :03:55.Association told us today that one of their challenges is its large
:03:56. > :04:00.perimeter with a shard of officers to police it. It's odd that in some
:04:01. > :04:05.cases drugs are being thrown in. The Government is committed to tackling
:04:06. > :04:06.this problem. -- a shortage of officers.
:04:07. > :04:08.It's exactly six months since Britain voted to leave
:04:09. > :04:12.Boston recorded the country's biggest vote in favour of Brexit.
:04:13. > :04:14.Three-quarters of people in the Lincolnshire town said

:14:35. > :14:39.14,000 capacity stadium, 1600 new houses, small shops and fast-food
:14:40. > :14:43.outlets and other sports and leisure 's facilities including an ice rink.
:14:44. > :14:47.The current ground is showing its age and a new stadium would bring
:14:48. > :14:52.better facilities, employment and investment. Any ground has been
:14:53. > :14:56.talked about for many years. The supporters of the club know all too
:14:57. > :15:02.well. The current scheme is in its early stages, it strives to go
:15:03. > :15:08.through full planning and confirmation process. There are
:15:09. > :15:13.objections. Some claim current proposals are more hype than detail.
:15:14. > :15:18.Them the development would be in the wrong place. I will fight it till
