:01:34. > :01:35.of trawlermen lost at sea and happier times like
:01:36. > :01:46.Hull City's Premier League promotion.
:01:47. > :01:51.There are lots of people and apparently there will be 8000 people
:01:52. > :02:00.coming and going in the next couple of days and hopefully even more. I

:05:04. > :05:11.These fields, at Spitalgate Heath just outside Grantham,
:05:12. > :05:14.have been earmarked as the site for a new type of development -
:05:15. > :05:21.It would see a brand new community, complete with facilities
:05:22. > :05:24.like a school and shops, built in open countryside.
:05:25. > :05:25.But in Grantham today, the announcement received
:05:26. > :05:36.We haven't quite seen anything quite like garden villages before, only
:05:37. > :05:39.garden tones but I don't think they are overambitious and if anything
:05:40. > :05:43.they add little to housing supply. They are good step in a new concept
:05:44. > :05:51.but they want alone solve the housing supply problem. I think the
:05:52. > :05:56.tone can grow and get a bit larger and attract new shops to the town
:05:57. > :06:00.centres and that is all good. It is probably going to get congested and
:06:01. > :06:05.affect everyone coming into the town from that end. If you are building
:06:06. > :06:12.new villages are not prevailing amenities then places are closed.
:06:13. > :06:16.Plans to build 3700 new homes on this site have been on the table for
:06:17. > :06:19.a number of years, but today's announcement that the project has
:06:20. > :06:26.been given garden village status means along with 13 other sites, it
:06:27. > :06:29.will be able to access government expertise and a ?6 million fund over
:06:30. > :06:30.the next two years to help accelerate the project and overcome
:06:31. > :06:31.delays. a new village here will still need
:06:32. > :06:34.planning permission before it any building can start,
