:02:22. > :02:28.belying their non-league status but the dramatic breakthrough didn't

:04:41. > :04:43.manager Danny Cowley. I asked him how it felt to put
:04:44. > :04:52.the Imps in the national spotlight. It was fantastic TV audience and a
:04:53. > :04:56.great crowd and a night everyone will remember for a long time.
:04:57. > :05:02.Despite having a big crowd there and be on BBC One they did not seem in
:05:03. > :05:05.the least bit nervous. Two games we have now played against Ipswich, a
:05:06. > :05:09.champion team and have gone toe to toe with them and for me we have
:05:10. > :05:13.deservedly come out on top and I am delighted for the players that they

:05:19. > :05:22.What was going through your mind in the end? That you assume there would

:05:30. > :05:34.to prepare your team talk for that moment but thankfully we did not
:05:35. > :05:38.need it. He certainly didn't. You're a schoolteacher who moved to
:05:39. > :05:41.football manager. Unorthodox in itself. Why did you make the switch
:05:42. > :05:48.because this is a precarious old profession? Yes. People often said
:05:49. > :05:53.to me that it's a gamble that Nikki and I both believe in the work ethic

:06:17. > :06:21.But we are people's people and enjoy working with people and trying to
:06:22. > :06:26.get the best out of people and will both jobs, have to say that. Think
:06:27. > :06:30.carefully before use and to this question. You split the week between
:06:31. > :06:38.Essex and Lincoln. Which do you like best? I love both. I live in
:06:39. > :06:42.Chelmsford and love link. I have to say since we have moved to Lincoln
:06:43. > :06:45.the people of been fantastic with this and it is a lovely place to
:06:46. > :06:54.live and one that myself and my family we enjoy. Brighton next. Can
:06:55. > :06:57.you do it? We've got confidence from the tee and switch games and have
:06:58. > :07:07.also been inspired by those games and vacations. As Matt the two

:10:42. > :10:43.Lincolnshire Council says it hasn't got anywhere suitable.
:10:44. > :10:46.It's now been told to hurry up and get on with finding somewhere.
:10:47. > :10:55.Some of the 300 tonnes of rubbish it was claimed was left by a group of
:10:56. > :10:58.travellers in three weeks. Then they just dumped their rubbish
:10:59. > :11:01.mainly in that corner at the finish. For farmer Brian Holden
:11:02. > :11:08.from Tetney near Grimsby, Based at ?10,000 bill to clean up
:11:09. > :11:14.this fell the Matfield. I didn't sleep at night,
:11:15. > :11:19.I was always worried about what was going to happen
:11:20. > :11:22.and how I was going In 2015 the group spent three weeks
:11:23. > :11:27.in his field leaving Part of the problem, Brian says,
:11:28. > :11:29.is there are currently no designated sites for travellers in East Lindsey
:11:30. > :11:32.or North East Lincolnshire. I think there definitely ought to be
:11:33. > :11:35.a site where they could go because the police complained
:11:36. > :11:37.even if they had the manpower to move them, there is
:11:38. > :11:40.nowhere to move them to. The sooner they get
:11:41. > :11:42.a site, the better. In the last four years unauthorised
:11:43. > :11:45.traveller sites have been set up 80 The council says it cost it more
:11:46. > :11:49.than ?43,000 to clear them up. It's been told a minimum of five
:11:50. > :11:52.temporary pitches are needed but after looking at more than 1,200
:11:53. > :11:55.possible locations to build them, The issue will be discussed by
:11:56. > :11:58.North East Lincolnshire Council this afternoon and while the travelling
:11:59. > :12:03.community says it hasn't been At a meeting this afternoon North
:12:04. > :12:06.East Lancashire council said they may have defined smaller fields
:12:07. > :12:11.rather than a larger one defined designated stopping sites for the
:12:12. > :12:21.travelling community. If it does not so that's a requirement it rests
:12:22. > :12:27.going against government strategy. The Traveller group says it has
:12:28. > :12:35.obligations it is not fulfilling. There are laws in place saying we
:12:36. > :12:38.must be included when provision for housing is needed. While the
:12:39. > :12:41.travelling committee says it is to be better consulted landowners like
:12:42. > :12:48.Brian say they need to be better protected.
:12:49. > :12:50.Earlier I spoke to Councillor Matthew Patrick from
:12:51. > :12:53.North East Lincolnshire Council, and I asked him if the council
:12:54. > :13:06.No, I don't accept that, Peter. What I accept as this is a very important
:13:07. > :13:10.decision and it is important we make an evidence -based choice and do
:13:11. > :13:14.what is right for the borough. You have looked at 1200 potential sites
:13:15. > :13:18.and out of those you said I'd have those not won a suitable. That can't
:13:19. > :13:22.be right. Those were individual sites. There were a number of sites
:13:23. > :13:26.which were deemed as being too small and that is what the going back to
:13:27. > :13:32.this process to look at a number of individual smaller size as opposed
:13:33. > :13:35.to one bigger site. What about those who say you don't want to find
:13:36. > :13:39.somewhere fined five places are three places because you know the
:13:40. > :13:41.local committee nearby will be unhappy. In other words all you're
:13:42. > :13:47.doing is ducking the issue and kicking it into the long grass. Far
:13:48. > :13:49.from it. There has been a lot of hard work done this over the last
:13:50. > :13:52.two years and when we actually do identify a site we want
:13:53. > :13:57.straightforward as it has to go through the planning process and
:13:58. > :14:00.will be a public consultation. We have spoken to the Traveller
:14:01. > :14:02.community have said you have not spoken to them about what they
:14:03. > :14:08.actually want. That would be the best thing to do, wouldn't it? It
:14:09. > :14:11.would be once we're fat advice on sites going forward. There are a lot
:14:12. > :14:16.of sites to look at so we have some prepared sites based on
:14:17. > :14:20.accessibility and flood risk and also the sensitivities of the local
:14:21. > :14:27.community and can then come forward and take their input on it. In the
:14:28. > :14:33.process ?45,000 has been spent cleaning up unauthorised sites. How
:14:34. > :14:38.long will Traveller site be? I would talk about this year, can you
:14:39. > :14:45.confirm that? The of the process we would hope to have it ready for this
:14:46. > :14:48.year but as you know local land will not necessarily be signed off till
:14:49. > :14:52.December stood as a very long-term process. As far as a traveller
:14:53. > :14:57.committee is concerned and the ball be watching this and be very
:14:58. > :15:00.concerned about the outcome, do you accept you have been drugging
:15:01. > :15:05.inhalers and made a big job out of this? As I said I don't accept that
:15:06. > :15:09.and I think it is very important we get this decision done correctly. We
:15:10. > :15:14.did make a snap decision of where we decide on the site in the next few
:15:15. > :15:19.weeks and then somebody sees a traveller site just across the back
:15:20. > :15:20.garden but I'm not willing to do that is because Peter Leavey tells
:15:21. > :15:34.me off camera. Eyes-mac Peter Levy. Do you think the council
:15:35. > :15:37.are stalling on this one - should they just get
:15:38. > :15:39.on and sort this out? Where should they put
:15:40. > :15:41.the sites though? Would you be happy if it
:15:42. > :15:50.was near your house? On the programme at half past ten
:15:51. > :15:51.tonight we will be talking to a representative of the Traveller
:15:52. > :15:54.community. The block of flats that's being
:15:55. > :16:01.given a City of Culture face-lift. And how Hull's Bee Lady
:16:02. > :16:04.crashed a photo and became Janet took this picture looking
:16:05. > :16:20.towards the River Humber from the Bridge across the River
:16:21. > :16:39.Hull. John says it rained today but we
:16:40. > :16:44.were promised would be dry today by the Welsh weather Wizard at
:16:45. > :17:01.lunchtime. I can't be all things to all people, Peter. It is the fog of
:17:02. > :17:07.the Welsh windbag? Yes. -- fog. It looks calm and settled in all parts
:17:08. > :17:10.will be dry. Look what is happening. Very little. I pressure to is what
:17:11. > :17:15.is today and Friday and Saturday into Sunday. Some changes might
:17:16. > :17:19.introduce just a few breaks in the course of study which means a little
:17:20. > :17:21.bit of sunshine. All the bad weather not for the first time the last
:17:22. > :17:27.romances don't over the Mediterranean. You can see the
:17:28. > :17:31.extent of the cloud. You can the have been. We have had a few breaks
:17:32. > :17:35.across Lincolnshire today and it was a brightness of brightness over
:17:36. > :17:38.North West Norfolk. The many other cities are dry and cloudy and quiet
:17:39. > :17:42.night. There might be the odd spot of light rain and drizzle in places
:17:43. > :17:48.but essentially it is dry and cloudy. Lowest temperatures ranging
:17:49. > :17:56.from actually two Celsius across The Wash. Elsewhere it'll be five or six
:17:57. > :18:02.or seven. For most of us it will be frost free. Sun rises at seven
:18:03. > :18:11.minutes past eight and high water is at 40 minutes past ten in Hull.
:18:12. > :18:17.Boring and nondescript day tomorrow. Some drizzle in places basically
:18:18. > :18:21.drive. You will be lucky to see blue sky because essentially will be
:18:22. > :18:25.cloudy and fairly benign stuff. A light wind and we will see top
:18:26. > :18:29.temperatures ranging from 8 degrees across East Yorkshire and the call
:18:30. > :18:33.of five Celsius around the finance and the Was. Spot the difference.
:18:34. > :18:39.Friday looks grey and Saturday brightening a little later. Sunday
:18:40. > :18:40.looks dry and bright with some sunshine. That's the accurate
:18:41. > :18:54.forecast tonight. I am sure somebody will drop you in
:18:55. > :19:01.with the Welsh windbag on Twitter tonight. You have not told me,
:19:02. > :19:09.Peter, what is going on. Just go away.
:19:10. > :19:11.It was a fixture on the East Coast - entertaining millions
:19:12. > :19:15.But bit by bit Pleasure Island in Cleethorpes is being taken apart.
:19:16. > :19:18.The park closed last year, now some of the rides
:19:19. > :19:19.are being dismantled and sold off overseas.
:19:20. > :19:21.Others are becoming targets for vandals.
:19:22. > :19:37.Where once the sound of laughter and families having fun filled the air
:19:38. > :19:41.that is now an EV silence. Pleasure Island closed at the end of last
:19:42. > :19:45.year and many of the rights will be sold and taken away. It is sad for
:19:46. > :19:53.the owner but she says the company was left with no other option. It
:19:54. > :19:58.would have cost ?2 million and that is the kind of money we did not
:19:59. > :20:02.have. While we have been small expectations are big and that is the
:20:03. > :20:04.kind of thing we could not meet. We have been battling with that for
:20:05. > :20:11.many years and unfortunately we have found ourselves in the position that
:20:12. > :20:15.we have been today. Pleasure Island opened in 1993 and became a huge to
:20:16. > :20:21.this attraction for Cleethorpes. Next week work to dismantle the
:20:22. > :20:25.boomerang, its star attraction will begin. It has been sold to another
:20:26. > :20:28.theme park in Asia. Some of the workers started and this right has
:20:29. > :20:32.been partially dismantled and shipped off to the Czech Republic
:20:33. > :20:37.with it will be refurbished and sold on. It is sad to see the park like
:20:38. > :20:41.this but the majority of the rights here this time next year will be
:20:42. > :20:47.someone else giving someone else fun and entertainment. It just goes
:20:48. > :20:54.round in the cycle. Bonnie is just really friendly. But in one product
:20:55. > :20:57.the park oblivious to the changes at the resident sea lions are being
:20:58. > :21:03.cared for as normal by that trainer before moving to a new home. I was
:21:04. > :21:07.14 when I started and never left so about ten years I have been working
:21:08. > :21:14.here. It is such a shame but I'm happy as well to be the one with
:21:15. > :21:17.them up until the last days at Pleasure Island. That is quite a
:21:18. > :21:21.nice thing to know in the back of my mind. Recently there has been a
:21:22. > :21:26.daily battle with vandals and managers are appealing for those
:21:27. > :21:29.responsible to stop. It is not yet known what will happen to the site
