:07:10. > :07:14.believe in our skill set, and our work ethic, we are lucky enough to

:07:38. > :07:41.develop that relationship? Our supporters have been unbelievable
:07:42. > :07:47.from day dot. Right, we have got a you meet relationship with our
:07:48. > :07:52.supporters -- a unique relationship with our supporters. When comparing
:07:53. > :07:56.Lincoln city with premiership clubs you get instant interaction with the
:07:57. > :08:02.players if you support Lincoln city, and that is where it unique.
:08:03. > :08:06.Sometimes you are supporting a club you a glass window. We have been
:08:07. > :08:10.able to get out into the local community. The players have been
:08:11. > :08:14.great at giving up their time to meet people and build relationships,
:08:15. > :08:18.human relationships. These are built through interaction and that is what
:08:19. > :08:21.we have been able to do. Therefore the support has grown along the
:08:22. > :08:28.journey. We had some success on the pitch as well. What is it like for
:08:29. > :08:32.you, because you live in Essex and nobody really knows you there but in
:08:33. > :08:40.linking you can't move? It must be a bit of an odd existence? It
:08:41. > :08:43.certainly has been new. In Essex my next-door neighbour does not know
:08:44. > :08:50.who I am but here it is slightly different. We got a great
:08:51. > :08:53.relationship with the people of Lincoln, and we wanted to get to
:08:54. > :08:59.know the city when we came here. We quickly worked out that it is an
:09:00. > :09:03.honest, hard-working area and we just tried to get a group of players
:09:04. > :09:07.that had similar qualities and I think we have been able to do that.
:09:08. > :09:11.As a consequence, we have managed to create a real allegiance and build a
:09:12. > :09:18.real room relationship with the community. Is your future to stay at
:09:19. > :09:26.Lincoln and have a giving you a big budget? Our ambition is in the
:09:27. > :09:31.journey and while we feel we can add value, we would love to stay. For
:09:32. > :09:36.us, the success that we have had this season has to be a springboard
:09:37. > :09:40.to push on. We have done very well in the FA Cup and the finances are
:09:41. > :09:43.looking good as a consequence. We now need to reinvest that money to
:09:44. > :09:48.build an infrastructure for the club so that we can have continued
:09:49. > :09:54.success. That is what we aim to do. We look forward to the future.
:09:55. > :09:58.Absolutely, and great honour to talk to tonight, thank you very much.
