:00:25. > :00:33.HMP Humber in Everthorpe aims to rehabilitate inmates

:00:34. > :00:37.but the prison has had long-standing issues with drugs and now Look North

:00:38. > :00:40.has learned that ?500,000 of illegal substances were seized

:00:41. > :00:42.there in the last three months alone.

:00:43. > :00:44.It's a problem not unique to this prison.

:00:45. > :00:47.Campaigners say there are many factors.

:00:48. > :00:51.Corruption amongst a small number of staff is something we can't rule

:00:52. > :00:56.We have seen drones being flown into prisons more and more,

:00:57. > :01:00.and we are seeing increasingly large confiscations.

:01:01. > :01:05.But many more packages, I'm sure, are flying under the radar.

:01:06. > :01:13.In July 2015 concerns were raised about the quantity of drugs

:01:14. > :01:16.in HMP Humber in a report by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons.

:01:17. > :01:20.In a survey as part of that report, 49% of prisoners said it was easy

:01:21. > :01:24.or very easy to get illegal drugs, and 15% said they'd developed a drug

:01:25. > :01:28.On the back of that report, the prison created an action plan

:01:29. > :01:31.to tackle the problem, including increasing cell

:01:32. > :01:36.searches and improving substance misuse services.

:01:37. > :01:59.In a statement, the Ministry of Justice said: The prison service

:02:00. > :02:02.has faced a series of challenges recently, with disturbances

:02:03. > :02:05.in the last 24 hours in Swaleside prison in Kent,

:02:06. > :02:07.Birmingham earlier this month, and last weekend there

:02:08. > :02:09.were disturbances at Hull Prison after 15 inmates were transferred

:02:10. > :02:15.I think what prisoners think is that it's a soft touch nowadays.

:02:16. > :02:20.They can get drugs into the prison estate because there's few officers,

:02:21. > :02:22.and the officers that are there are very

:02:23. > :02:26.So I think people have taken advantage of that.

:02:27. > :02:30.The Prison Officers' Association told us today that one of HMP

:02:31. > :02:33.Humber's challenges is its large perimeter, with a shortage

:02:34. > :02:38.It's thought in some cases, drugs are being thrown in.

:02:39. > :02:44.But the Government says it is committed to tackling this problem.

:02:45. > :02:48.Administrators have been appointed to act for a Lincolnshire food

:02:49. > :02:49.processing company which closed yesterday.

:02:50. > :02:53.75 workers at Fishgate in Brookenby are waiting to find out

:02:54. > :02:59.They discovered the company had closed from a note on the door.

:03:00. > :03:04.West Lindsey District Council says it will do all it can to help them.

:06:13. > :06:14.the people that I hear it's the ones who shouldn't be here, is legally,

:06:15. > :06:24.from other countries within the world. I don't regret. I wish more

:06:25. > :06:32.people had voted remain. A lot of people say they wish they had. So,

:06:33. > :06:37.few regrets in the town voted Britain's Brexit capital.
