:00:15. > :00:18.after one of the worst years for road deaths in a decade.

:00:19. > :00:21.The county's roads are some of the most dangerous in England,

:00:22. > :00:24.but until 2016 the numbers of those killed on them had been falling.

:00:25. > :00:41.Lives lost on Lincolnshire's roads. But this year, there has been more

:00:42. > :00:45.grief for more families, despite education programmes across the

:00:46. > :00:53.county. We have all seen the National casualties statistics. For
