:05:41. > :05:42.be stopped using the free-range There have been three confirmed
:05:43. > :05:47.outbreaks in Lincolnshire. Our Environment Correspondent,
:05:48. > :05:49.Paul Murphy, explains what it means Well, for some farmers
:05:50. > :05:54.in these new restriction will have a big impact
:05:55. > :05:59.on their incomes as they will no longer be able to market
:06:00. > :06:01.their eggs as free-range. Now, the new restictions
:06:02. > :06:03.are all about stopping the spread We've had three outbreaks
:06:04. > :06:08.in our area so far. The first one was at
:06:09. > :06:11.a turkey farm near to Louth on December 16th, where
:06:12. > :06:14.5,000 birds were culled. The second outbreak,
:06:15. > :06:16.also at a turkey farm, occured two The latest bird flu outbreak in our
:06:17. > :06:23.area was two weeks ago in Boston, After the first outbreak
:06:24. > :06:31.in December, the Government ordered all farmers and smallholders
:06:32. > :06:35.to keep poultry indoors. That order runs out
:06:36. > :06:38.at the end of this month but it will remain in place
:06:39. > :06:42.for so-called high-risk areas. In our area, these will include
:06:43. > :06:45.farms on the coast, around the Humber and the Wash,
:06:46. > :06:49.and Fenland areas. This is because these are places
:06:50. > :06:51.favoured by wild birds, which are believed to contribute
:06:52. > :06:56.to the spread of avian flu. And so farms in this areas must
:06:57. > :06:59.keep their birds indoors, and can't The Government says it's
:07:00. > :07:06.all being done for good reason. They will not any more be able
:07:07. > :07:11.to label their eggs as free-range. The Government won't be able
:07:12. > :07:13.to give them any help, but I'm hopeful that people
:07:14. > :07:15.will recognise that these They are being housed for a good
:07:16. > :07:20.reason for disease control and understand that these
:07:21. > :07:23.are still eggs produced from flocks Well, there'll be fewer
:07:24. > :07:30.free-range eggs on the market and some fear a shortage,
:07:31. > :07:32.and the possibility they'll become more expensive to buy if you're
:07:33. > :07:43.determined to have one. A full-size model of one of the most
:07:44. > :07:46.important aeroplanes in the country The original Gypsy Moth was flown
:07:47. > :07:52.by Hull aviator Amy Johnson, the first woman to fly solo
:07:53. > :07:55.from England to Australia in 1930. Tonight our reporter Crispin Rolfe
:07:56. > :07:58.watched as the model was lifted into place
:07:59. > :08:09.at the city's railway station. A replica of the plane which brought
:08:10. > :08:16.pilot Amy Johnson world wide fame. Her 19-day solo flight from England
:08:17. > :08:20.to Australia in 1930 made in Jason, her Gipsy Moth bi-plane nicknamed
:08:21. > :08:31.after her father's business. So much warm-hearted miss from the
:08:32. > :08:41.people as has been shown me ... The original has been in London's
:08:42. > :08:44.science museum for decades, and after efforts to bring it back
:08:45. > :08:46.to Hull failed, inmates in the city's prison set
:08:47. > :08:53.out to build their own. We applied on the Internet, bought
:08:54. > :08:57.some scale models. When they arrived we thought we would make it a bit
:08:58. > :09:00.bigger so we scaled to the bit. Then we thought we would go for a
:09:01. > :09:07.full-size model. And this is where it will hang,
:09:08. > :09:17.in pride of place at Getting it inside was a challenge.
:09:18. > :09:23.We had an inch clearance each side so we had to lift the plane up into
:09:24. > :09:28.the early part of the station that would allow access. So relief for
:09:29. > :09:34.all those involved, and especially for the artist who came up with the
:09:35. > :09:38.idea. Hopefully it will be hung by the morning and I hope the people of
:09:39. > :09:43.Hull will take to hard and really enjoy it. The wings are going on
:09:44. > :09:48.after being taken off for transportation but it will still
:09:49. > :09:52.take all evening to raise this to the rafters. By tomorrow though,
:09:53. > :10:00.people should be able to come and see Jason, the replica Gipsy Moth,
:10:01. > :10:04.in all its glory. As I speak, they are still lifting
:10:05. > :10:07.it. Hopefully it will be ready to see by tomorrow.
:10:08. > :10:11.And now the weather forecast with Keeley Donovan.
:10:12. > :10:17.There's a lot of cloud around tonight, still producing light
:10:18. > :10:22.showers and wintry flurries, and mix that with a widespread frost and
:10:23. > :10:27.there could be some icy stretches on untreated roads and pavements. It
:10:28. > :10:31.will be a really cold day once again tomorrow, a lot of cloud. Some
:10:32. > :10:36.brightness is possible and we will see a few light showers. Some wintry
:10:37. > :10:44.flurries, feeling bitingly cold along the coast. The showers will
:10:45. > :10:48.become heavier, more frequent overnight Friday into Saturday,
:10:49. > :10:52.there could even be some snow. Slightly less cold by the time we
