:00:23. > :00:31.Instead, parents will be able to see an internal Council review.

:00:36. > :00:37.She was told there would be no ashes after his funeral.

:00:38. > :00:42.23 years later, Tina is still campaigning for William,

:00:43. > :00:46.and more than 100 other families who say their babies ashes

:00:47. > :00:50.were scattered or kept without their knowledge.

:00:51. > :01:04.Today she and two other mothers met with Hull City Council,

:01:05. > :01:06.along with the local MP, calling again for a local

:01:07. > :01:11.It is for all of us, for William and all the other parents.

:01:12. > :01:14.Clearly I want to know why I did not get my son's ashes back

:01:15. > :01:17.because I would have had plans of what to do with those ashes.

:01:18. > :01:19.The same with every parent who has been involved.

:01:20. > :01:21.Today's meeting is the latest in a long campaign.

:01:22. > :01:24.Tina began the action group in 2014, after she discovered her son's

:01:25. > :01:26.ashes had been scattered following his cremation.

:01:27. > :01:28.After two years of campaigning including handing in a petition

:01:29. > :01:33.In May last year Michael Gove wrote to Hull City Council asking them

:01:34. > :01:38.to commission an enquiry into what happened.

:01:39. > :01:40.But five months later, the new Justice Secretary Liz Truss

:01:41. > :01:44.said she was satisfied with the changes the council had

:01:45. > :01:48.That is a decision which has angered campaigners.

:01:49. > :01:50.I do not think this was their finest hour.

:01:51. > :01:54.These families really want answers to their questions

:01:55. > :01:59.The chief executive did agree he would speak to the leader

:02:00. > :02:02.of the council about this and relay the strength of feeling

:02:03. > :02:06.of the family so we will have to see what the leader says next.

:02:07. > :02:09.In a statement, Hull City Council says they offer their deepest

:02:10. > :02:20.sympathies to those affected by this tragic situation.

:02:21. > :02:23.But Tina still wants the council to meet with a bigger group

:02:24. > :02:31.She says only then will they realise the scale of what happened.

:02:32. > :02:34.A man has been charged with public order offences close

:02:35. > :02:37.On Wednesday night, police received reports of a man behaving

:02:38. > :02:40.23-year-old Jake Jones appeared before magistrates

:03:50. > :03:52.a group is taking people with dementia to places

:03:53. > :03:54.they wouldn't normally be able to get to, and it's more

:03:55. > :04:01.Well, we get people becoming much more active so they get to go out

:04:02. > :04:04.and walk, which is great not just for physical health

:04:05. > :04:06.but for your emotional health and well-being as well.

:04:07. > :04:09.People also get to reminisce over maps and look at places

:04:10. > :04:13.where they used to live but also about where they have walked before

:04:14. > :04:16.and where they would like to go in the future.

:04:17. > :04:18.Sortified received ?2000 from Comic Relief last year

:04:19. > :04:23.to organise walks and outdoor activities for people with dementia.

:04:24. > :04:28.Geo-caching is electronic treasure hunting so I have hidden five

:04:29. > :04:31.containers so we will go out on a bit with a GPS unit

:04:32. > :04:40.Without the help of Sortified it would be nigh on impossible

:04:41. > :04:43.for many here to enjoy the countryside safely.

:04:44. > :04:45.And it's come to play a vital role in their lives.

:04:46. > :04:58.To come here once a fortnight, it's really good to get together.

:04:59. > :05:00.If this wasn't here, you would just be sitting

:05:01. > :05:07.You would sit there and wonder what do I do now?

:05:08. > :05:11.You have got a life, you still need to live it and carry on.

:05:12. > :05:16.It is things like these that is helping us in our lives.

:05:17. > :05:18.The amount of money provided by Comic Relief may be

:05:19. > :05:21.small, but it's making a big difference here.

:05:22. > :05:24.Without Comic Relief we wouldn't be able to do this group.

:05:25. > :05:27.We wouldn't have the funding, we wouldn't be able to do it.

:05:28. > :05:31.It's really vital that people can see the money that they give and can

:05:32. > :05:34.come along and help us to provide superb activities for people,

:05:35. > :05:37.doing things they wouldn't normally get to do.

:05:38. > :05:40.So it is thanks to everyone who has donated to Comic Relief

:05:41. > :05:43.that the work here can continue and those who benefit can

:05:44. > :05:52.carry on enjoying a full and satisfying life.
