:00:31. > :00:35.This afternoon hospitals across England began reporting
:00:36. > :00:38.problems with their IT systems and it quickly became clear
:00:39. > :00:42.that this was a major cyber attack of the sort that we have seen affect
:00:43. > :00:46.public bodies in the past and that amongst the organisations affected
:00:47. > :00:52.The United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust, the Lincolnshire
:00:53. > :00:55.Partnership Foundation Trust, which deals with mental health
:00:56. > :00:59.issues, and Lincolnshire Community Health Services are all affected
:01:00. > :01:05.Meanwhile, North Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Trust
:01:06. > :01:39.are asking patients to avoid A at their hospitals because of
:01:40. > :01:39.the cyber attack which they say is affecting them as well.
:01:40. > :01:40.And Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Hospitals Trust say they've detected
:01:41. > :01:40.computer malware in their system but they say it's not had
:01:41. > :01:41.that are affected and then those all of the files on the computers
:01:42. > :01:46.Once it's on your computer it fires up your e-mail,
:01:47. > :01:47.it sends a copy of itself to all your contacts.
:01:48. > :01:51.They click on the link, they are now infected.
:01:52. > :01:53.All routine activities here at Lincoln County Hospital
:01:54. > :01:56.have been suspended today and over the weekend and I spoke to one
:01:57. > :01:59.patient who was so close to going into surgery
:02:00. > :02:01.when his operation was cancelled that he still had a drip
:02:02. > :02:08.Inconvenient, very frustrating for my fellow patients
:02:09. > :02:13.The nurses are absolutely fabulous and the doctors but also I think
:02:14. > :02:16.it's a heinous crime this, I think, because they're putting
:02:17. > :02:21.We suspended routine activity as soon as we were aware
:02:22. > :02:26.of the issue because we obviously needed to focus on the urgent
:02:27. > :02:29.and emergency patients and also to protect patient safety
:02:30. > :02:33.We took that action and we are suspending all routine
:02:34. > :02:39.At the moment the hospital just don't know how long it's
:02:40. > :02:41.going to take until they can get their systems up and running
:02:42. > :02:45.again and we just don't know how long this is going to go on for.

:03:54. > :03:57.at the end of two years, are adding to their anxiety and stress.

:04:09. > :04:11.A-levels have changed this year with results depending on end

:04:16. > :04:20.There's a massive amount of things to remember for the subjects.
:04:21. > :04:23.Especially when you've got to remember two years of work.
:04:24. > :04:26.I do put pressure on myself but other than that it's my
:04:27. > :04:31.upbringing because my family really takes pride in education.
:04:32. > :04:34.We don't help those young people by removing the challenges.
:04:35. > :04:38.We need to help children to overcome the challenges so that
:04:39. > :04:41.when they take examinations and they are end of two-year test,
:04:42. > :04:44.they can overcome those hurdles like children do all over the world.
:04:45. > :04:48.Wyke College in Hull offers drop-in sessions and regular counselling
:04:49. > :04:53.I'm like, I shouldn't be sleeping, I should be doing this.
:04:54. > :04:56.I have got that to do, I have got this to do and this needs
:04:57. > :05:01.There have been a lot of incidents of panic attacks around the college.
:05:02. > :05:03.All of our first aid staff are trained to help
:05:04. > :05:04.within the immediacy of panic attacks.
:05:05. > :05:08.Certainly the presentation within the counselling room is much
:05:09. > :05:15.This is reflected in new figures published today from the NSPCC
:05:16. > :05:20.which says it's delivered 137 online counselling sessions to children
:05:21. > :05:24.in the Yorkshire and Humber area in the past two years.
:05:25. > :05:28.12 to 15-year-olds were most likely to be counselled about stress
:05:29. > :05:32.but the biggest rise, up 21%, was among 16
:05:33. > :05:37.Papyrus, the charity which offers help to young
:05:38. > :05:40.people at risk of suicide, say they too have noticed an
:05:41. > :05:46.Probably overall we are getting about 30% more calls and texts
:05:47. > :05:50.and e-mails and I think that just reflects the increase in people that
:05:51. > :05:55.Referrals to children and adolescent mental health
:05:56. > :05:58.services in East Yorkshire are higher than ever.
:05:59. > :06:01.Up almost 40% on last year and counsellors believe
:06:02. > :06:05.many of these are connected to exam stress.
