:01:32. > :01:34.Yes, they give money to local authorities but it's the Government
:01:35. > :01:38.through taxation that ought to be caring, just as we expect them to do
:01:39. > :01:42.for small children, the young, we ought to be providing the same
:01:43. > :01:48.level of care from Government for the elderly.
:01:49. > :01:51.Funding issues have been blamed for a number of care homes
:01:52. > :01:57.Earlier this month Jeremy Corbyn said a Labour Government would take
:01:58. > :02:01.failing private care homes into public ownership in order
:02:02. > :02:05.to maintain social care protection but the Conservative MP for Beverley
:02:06. > :02:09.and Holderness said that is not the answer.
:02:10. > :02:11.The Government is absolutely committed to getting this right.
:02:12. > :02:14.Look on the ground in Beverley, despite the current problems
:02:15. > :02:17.in the next few weeks we are going to see new places
:02:18. > :02:20.coming forward and over the next years I expect to see a much
:02:21. > :02:22.improved situation and the Government is playing

:05:06. > :05:20.It is nine o'clock in the morning at the headquarters in Poole. Amid
:05:21. > :05:24.thick fog, the Skegness lifeboat crew are hiding out on their
:05:25. > :05:31.brand-new boat. We're going to come out, outside the harbour area and we
:05:32. > :05:36.will do some routine exercises, some drills. While visibility down to a
:05:37. > :05:42.few metres, he has a new piece of kit to help in these conditions. The
:05:43. > :05:46.radar, the pictures are amazing. There are six screens on board.
:05:47. > :05:51.Anyone of us link in to the radar page. Rather than having one set of
:05:52. > :05:56.eyes on, we can have as many as what is needed on the raider itself. This
:05:57. > :06:04.lifeboat will replace the Mersey class lifeboat based at Skegness
:06:05. > :06:11.since 1990. It has been paid for thanks to a ?1.5 million donation.
:06:12. > :06:18.This new lifeboat is much faster. It is 25 not out on the sea as opposed
:06:19. > :06:23.to 15 knots. It has an increased range, an extra 70 miles on rescues
:06:24. > :06:27.and is much quicker and easier to launch from the station. As we head
:06:28. > :06:32.further out, there is a problem. There is a fire on board. It is a
:06:33. > :06:37.training scenario but time to put well rehearsed drills to the test.
:06:38. > :06:44.We are using the equipment, trading on here before we use it. With new
:06:45. > :06:51.engines rather than propellers, it is a far cry from the hours of
:06:52. > :06:57.rowing other lifeboatmen enjoyed in years gone by. This lifeboat is
:06:58. > :07:03.another world. It is like going from a Ford Escort to a Ferrari. He had a
:07:04. > :07:09.photograph when he was three, stood with a collecting box collecting for
:07:10. > :07:17.the lifeboats and he has been doing it now years passed on. His legacy
:07:18. > :07:21.lives with us. Today it is continuing the journey up the east
:07:22. > :07:25.Coast with the crew. She will arrive at her new home in Skegness
