:00:18. > :00:20.15 prisoners were moved to Hull following the riots at Birmingham

:00:21. > :00:26.It's understood one wing was closed for a couple of hours this morning,

:00:27. > :00:28.with the prisoners unhappy about being moved.

:00:29. > :00:31.Prison officers are very nervous about going to work.

:00:32. > :00:38.You shouldn't be frightened of it going to work.

:00:39. > :00:42.The Government have got to do something about this crisis.

:00:43. > :00:45.I expect a statement from the Justice Secretary tomorrow in the

:00:46. > :00:54.House of Commons and I'll be making clear to her that I expect her to

:00:55. > :01:07.get a grip, especially of Hull Prison.

:01:08. > :01:10.A protection zone is still in place around a farm in Lincolnshire,

:01:11. > :01:14.The disease was found in turkeys at a farm in Austen Fen,

:01:15. > :01:18.Some had died already, while others were culled.

:02:08. > :02:11.It's turned into an either or conversation and it cannot be.

:02:12. > :02:14.It must be an as well as conversation.

:02:15. > :02:17.No-one's saying that London should have less education

:02:18. > :02:20.Why should it have less arts so we can have more?

:02:21. > :02:30.But should taxpayers' money be spent on arts and culture at a time

:02:31. > :02:32.when many public services are facing a financial squeeze?

:02:33. > :02:38.Culture cannot regenerate a city by itself but it's a very powerful

:02:39. > :02:45.tool along with the Siemans investment, along with C4DI.

:02:46. > :02:48.This city is attracting more investment as was pointed on Monday

:02:49. > :03:01.So will culture provide a long-term economic boost?

:03:04. > :03:11.The latest computer technology is being used to teach one

:03:12. > :03:16.of the oldest crafts to a new generation.

:03:54. > :03:56.At the University of Lincoln, they have built a virtual

:03:57. > :03:59.You can get younger people more interested in the history

:04:00. > :04:01.and heritage but through modern technology that they understand.

:04:02. > :04:07.Users can understand the basic principles between blacksmithing

:04:08. > :04:11.and the hope is that young people go on to take it up for real.

:04:12. > :04:14.The Heritage Arts Alliance says there is a shortage of workers

:04:15. > :04:16.for these skills and this technology could help.

:04:17. > :04:19.We need at least 4,000 young people to be trained each year to replace

:04:20. > :04:24.the ones that are retiring and we haven't got enough.

:04:25. > :04:31.To my mind, it's a great opportunity to break that ice.

:04:32. > :04:33.Blacksmith Chris Hammond says the virtual forge

:04:34. > :04:38.Young people can have a go and see what they think.

:04:39. > :04:45.The main thing is, as opposed to coming in and doing the real

:04:46. > :04:47.thing, it's not costing for material and time to do it.

:04:48. > :04:50.Eventually the university hopes to develop a virtual village that

:04:51. > :04:52.will allow users to experience a whole range of traditional crafts

:04:53. > :04:58.and even receive one-to-one training from experts all over the world.
