:00:38. > :00:39.The staff at this amusement arcade in Hornsea say

:00:40. > :00:47.There were sandbags all along there, everything was down and the waves

:00:48. > :00:49.just took the shutters through, the doors through.

:00:50. > :00:55.It's a complete start-again, really. Gutted.

:00:56. > :00:58.Lots of people rely on this money, you know, a lot of us.

:01:08. > :01:12.On the seafront last night, a grandmother and two children had

:01:13. > :01:15.to be rescued from this car moments before it sank.

:01:16. > :01:18.And the latest count is that ten homes and businesses are flooded.

:01:26. > :01:28.We evacuated a man who was quite a serious diabetic and had to use

:01:29. > :01:41.By this time they were waist-deep in water in their houses.

:01:42. > :01:45.There is a lot of damage, the poor families, our thoughts

:01:46. > :01:48.are with the families that have got all this to clean up, and we,

:01:49. > :01:52.will certainly be there to help them clear up.

:02:31. > :02:33.is taken back to our flood-defence engineers to work out how

:02:34. > :02:37.to better manage the flood defences in the future.

:02:38. > :02:40.And council workers were out to begin the clear-up.

:02:41. > :02:43.But for those whose homes and businesses were directly

:02:44. > :02:47.affected, there will be months of work ahead.

:02:48. > :02:50.The Environment Agency says there were no reports of properties
