:00:11. > :00:13.The Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership says that 'driver error'

:00:14. > :00:16.caused by 'excessive speed' is the most probable cause

:00:17. > :00:19.for the majority of incidents, where lorries have come off the A15

:00:20. > :00:36.Last week saw two lorries come off the road in the same area,

:00:37. > :00:39.on subsequent days, and they follow many similar incidents in 2016.

:00:40. > :00:42.It's led to more questions about the suitability of the road

:00:43. > :00:45.Two lorries coming off the same stretch of the A15 one day after.

:00:46. > :00:48.On Tuesday, this lorry crashed into a ditch

:00:49. > :00:52.The day after, this lorry, came off the road, managing to stay upright,

:00:53. > :00:54.but still causing road closures and delays so the

:00:55. > :00:57.They're similar to the incidents that happened at the beginning

:00:58. > :01:00.of last year, including a two lorry smash in January, then an overturned

:01:01. > :01:03.lorry and a transporter, both coming off the road on the 25th

:01:04. > :01:10.I've spoken to six separate haulage companies to get their take on why

:01:11. > :01:14.they think this is happening and some say this carriageway

:01:15. > :01:40.Some say this carriageway simply isn't wide enough.

:01:41. > :01:43.I've had a couple of wing mirrors get knocked off by lorries that

:01:44. > :01:45.are just slightly oversized and they've felt the pulling

:01:46. > :01:49.as your pulling into the side, so they've swung back out and it

:01:50. > :01:53.If you meet another lorry, you just hope you don't clatter each other.

:01:54. > :01:55.I just feel that the road is not fit for purpose, really.

:01:56. > :01:57.We don't have these incidents further down,

:01:58. > :02:02.It is very difficult to keep the lorry nice and straight on those

:02:03. > :02:08.Only incidents causing death or serious injury are fully

:02:09. > :02:10.investigated by the Police and Lincolnshire Road Safety

:02:11. > :02:13.Partnership, so accidents like these will have little record,

:02:14. > :02:15.but police believed driver error, compounded by excessive speed

:02:16. > :02:22.If they, as hauliers, recognise that stretch of road to be

:02:23. > :02:26.dangerous at that speed, then those hauliers

:02:27. > :02:30.and drivers need to slow down to an appropriate speed and,

:02:31. > :02:48.So, it is not the road? No, there is always a part to play on the road,

:02:49. > :02:52.but we have to accept that thousands of vehicles go up and down the

:02:53. > :02:53.everyday and they all do it successfully.

:02:54. > :02:55.Lincolnshire County Council say once the assessments are complete,

:02:56. > :02:57.they will see if any structural improvements or traffic management

:02:58. > :03:02.Three baby seals that washed up on Lincolnshire's

:03:03. > :03:05.beaches are being cared for by a sanctuary in Skegness.

:03:06. > :03:08.The common seal and two grey seal pups became separated

:03:09. > :03:14.from their mothers during last week's tidal surge.

:03:15. > :03:16.Now they're being looked after until they're strong enough

:03:17. > :03:23.Looking for his next meal, Donald the Seal is one of three pups

:03:24. > :03:34.that are now being looked after at Natureland in Skegness.

:03:35. > :03:37.He's progressing well, but the two grey seals he was rescued

:03:38. > :03:39.with are still learning how to feed themselves.

:03:40. > :03:43.Now it's up to the team here to get them healthy and back to the wild.

:03:44. > :03:45.We're just adding weight to them by building up the fish

:03:46. > :03:48.When you have really poorly seals and you're

:03:49. > :03:50.thinking will they survive, sort of thing, it can

:03:51. > :03:52.be quite a harrowing experience, but, in general,

:03:53. > :03:56.Seals like this can cost them quite a lot to get them

:03:57. > :03:59.back to full health, around ?2,000 for the whole process.

:04:00. > :04:02.You'll need things like antibiotics, feeding up to five times a day,

:04:03. > :04:05.so it's a lot of care and it can take up to two months.

:04:06. > :04:08.But hopefully, when they are well enough and weight enough,

:04:09. > :04:10.they go back into the world and become healthy seals again.

:04:11. > :04:13.It's a crucial point in particularly the grey seals' lives.

:04:14. > :04:16.They're just sort of leaving the mums at this time of year.

:04:17. > :04:18.Not quite prepared for life in the big sea out there.

:04:19. > :04:22.When you get a big storms surge like that, it can be something that

:04:23. > :04:28.We think they deserve a second chance in the wild.

:04:29. > :04:31.When you find them all weak and just a bag of bones on the beach,

:04:32. > :04:35.it is very hard not to try to help, so that is what we do.

:04:36. > :04:38.Once the three seals are strong enough they'll be moved to these

:04:39. > :04:42.The centre relies on funding from visitors, so the pools are also

:04:43. > :04:44.a chance to see the seals in action before they prepare

:04:45. > :04:48.Victoria Holland, BBC Look North, Skegness.

:04:49. > :04:50.Hull City are trailing at the Premier League leaders

:04:51. > :04:55.Chelsea as the game comes to a close.

:04:56. > :05:01.Diego Costa scored in first half injury time and Gary Cayhill has

:05:02. > :05:09.Hull will remain in the relegation zone.

:05:10. > :05:16.And with the weather forecast, here's Owain Wyn Evans.

:05:17. > :05:19.A chilly night to come across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

:05:20. > :05:21.We're going to see those temperatures dip close to freezing

:05:22. > :05:25.You can see my map is turning blue here.

:05:26. > :05:27.We'll also see some dense fog patches forming.

:05:28. > :05:28.Lows of about zero Celsius around town.

:05:29. > :05:30.Watch out for that fog tomorrow morning,

:05:31. > :05:33.However, by the time we get to the afternoon,

:05:34. > :05:36.we will see something a bit more promising with sunshine

:05:37. > :05:39.Actually, it's a fairly settled story over the next few days.

:05:40. > :05:45.We'll be back later tonight at 10.20pm with more of the day's news.

:05:46. > :06:26.of freezing fog. Already warnings in place from the Met office. I will

:06:27. > :06:34.concentrate on the fog as we go through the night. It will become

:06:35. > :06:38.quite dense late on in the night. When you have cloud cover you so

:06:39. > :06:41.much fog and that emojis .4 solo but as you saw last night potentially we

:06:42. > :06:46.could see values are a lot lower than this where the skies remain

:06:47. > :06:47.clear. Tomorrow morning could be a
