:00:09. > :00:12.The Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership says that "driver error"

:00:13. > :00:16.caused by "excessive speed" is the most probable cause

:00:17. > :00:19.for the majority of incidents, where lorries have come off the A15

:00:20. > :00:25.Last week saw two lorries come off the road in the same area,

:00:26. > :00:29.on subsequent days, and they follow many similar incidents in 2016.

:00:30. > :00:33.It's led to more questions about the suitability of the road,

:00:34. > :00:42.Two lorries coming off the same stretch of the A15 one day after.

:00:43. > :00:44.On Tuesday, this lorry crashed into a ditch

:00:45. > :00:58.The day after, this lorry, came off the road, managing to stay upright,

:00:59. > :01:01.but still causing road closures and delays so the

:01:02. > :01:04.They're similar to the incidents that happened at the beginning

:01:05. > :01:07.of last year, including a two lorry smash in January, then an overturned

:01:08. > :01:10.lorry and a transporter, both coming off the road on the 25th

:01:11. > :01:14.I've spoken to six separate haulage companies to get their take on why

:01:15. > :01:16.they think this is happening on this stretch of road.

:01:17. > :01:18.Some say this carriageway simply isn't wide enough.

:01:19. > :01:22.I've had a couple of wing mirrors get knocked off by lorries that

:01:23. > :01:27.are just slightly oversized and they've felt the pulling

:01:28. > :01:30.as you pull into the side, so they've swung back out and it

:01:31. > :01:35.If you meet another lorry, you just hope you don't clatter each other.

:01:36. > :01:38.I just feel that the road is not fit for purpose, really.

:01:39. > :01:39.We don't have these incidents further down,

:01:40. > :01:44.It is very difficult to keep the lorry nice and straight on those

:01:45. > :01:48.Only incidents causing death or serious injury are fully

:01:49. > :01:50.investigated by the Police and Lincolnshire Road Safety

:01:51. > :01:54.Partnership, so accidents like these will have little record,

:01:55. > :01:58.but police believe driver error, compounded by excessive speed

:01:59. > :02:03.If they, as hauliers, recognise that stretch of road to be

:02:04. > :02:07.dangerous at that speed, then those hauliers

:02:08. > :02:10.and drivers need to slow down to an appropriate speed and,

:02:11. > :02:17.Lincolnshire County Council say once the assessments are complete,

:02:18. > :02:20.they will see if any structural improvements or traffic management

:02:21. > :02:28.The Northern Powerhouse Minister Andrew Percy has called on people

:02:29. > :02:31.to get behind the new US President Donald Trump.

:02:32. > :02:35.Mr Trump has been criticised by some politicians in East Yorkshire

:02:36. > :02:37.and Lincolnshire over the language he's used towards women

:02:38. > :02:42.But Andrew Percy, who represents Brigg and Goole, says he can

:02:43. > :02:49.understand why many Americans voted for President Trump.

:02:50. > :02:52.Actually scrape beneath the surface of some the things he's been saying

:02:53. > :02:55.and why and you do get to see, just as in here, actually,

:02:56. > :02:57.that there's a great divide and a lot of people

:02:58. > :03:01.and they have legitimate concerns, those people who voted for Trump

:03:02. > :03:25.-- and we shouldn't poo-poo them just because we happen to think

:03:26. > :03:27.Hull City's Ryan Mason has been taken to hospital after suffering

:03:28. > :03:29.a head injury in today's game against Chelsea.

:03:30. > :03:32.He was carried off on a stretcher wearing an oxygen mask

:03:33. > :03:33.after receiving eight minutes of treatment.

:03:34. > :03:37.Diego Costa scored the first for the Premier League leaders.

:03:38. > :03:39.Then with around ten minutes to go, Gary Cahill sealed the win.

:03:40. > :03:42.It means Hull City remain in the relegation zone.

:03:43. > :03:44.Three baby seals that washed up on Lincolnshire's

:03:45. > :03:46.beaches are being cared for by a sanctuary in Skegness.

:03:47. > :03:48.The common seal and two grey seal pups became separated

:03:49. > :03:50.from their mothers during last week's tidal surge.

:03:51. > :03:52.Now they're being looked after until they're strong enough

:03:53. > :03:56.It's a crucial point in particularly the grey seals' lives.

:03:57. > :03:59.They're just sort of leaving the mums at this time of year.

:04:00. > :04:02.Not quite prepared for life in the big sea out there.

:04:03. > :04:05.When you get a big storm surge like that, it can be something that

:04:06. > :04:09.We think they deserve a second chance in the wild.

:04:10. > :04:13.When you find them all weak and just a bag of bones on the beach,

:04:14. > :04:16.it is very hard not to try to help, so that's what we do.

:04:17. > :04:18.And with the weather forecast, here's Owain Wyn Evans.

:04:19. > :04:22.It's going to be a cold night yet again across

:04:23. > :04:25.Those temperatures dipping close to freezing if not below freezing.

:04:26. > :04:28.It will be largely dry, maybe just the odd spot of drizzle

:04:29. > :04:30.across parts of Lincolnshire and I think one thing we have

:04:31. > :04:33.to look out for tomorrow morning are some pretty dense

:04:34. > :04:37.We'll see some frost as well, so slippery surfaces are possible.

:04:38. > :04:40.However, look at the afternoon, it's looking a lot better.

:04:41. > :04:43.Highs of 5 or 6 Celsius, so it's going to be a cold one.

:04:44. > :04:48.A settled story over the next few days.

:04:49. > :04:52.We'll be back in Breakfast tomorrow morning from 6.25am.

:04:53. > :04:53.Until then, have a very good evening.

:04:54. > :05:13.Good evening. If you are dreading the trudge back to work in the

:05:14. > :05:18.morning I'm not going to help matters. There is the prospect of

:05:19. > :05:23.nasty, freezing fog over the next couple of days. Quite localised but

:05:24. > :05:28.tricky out there on the roads. Disruption possible. Check out your

:05:29. > :05:35.BBC local radio station, go online for the latest updates where you

:05:36. > :05:38.are. The fog thickening up as I subpoenaing, particularly across

:05:39. > :05:43.southern parts of the UK. There are warnings in force with some patches

:05:44. > :05:45.of fog elsewhere, too. A cold one, needless to say. Some places already

:05:46. > :05:47.well below
