:00:24. > :00:27.on Saturday afternoon, but attempts to revive him failed.

:00:28. > :00:29.The East Riding Football Association has offered

:00:30. > :00:36.its "sincere condolences" to Mr Moorfoot's family and friends.

:00:37. > :00:38.A permanent memorial to Hull's lost fishermen has been unveiled

:00:39. > :00:44.6,000 people from Hull lost their lives at sea

:00:45. > :00:48.The Archbishop of York blessed the sculpture at St Andrew's Quay,

:00:49. > :00:52.as part of the annual Lost Trawlermen's Day service.

:01:00. > :01:11.Today, together, we are making history, we are telling our story.

:01:12. > :01:14.After years of campaigning to see one built, for the first time,

:01:15. > :01:18.the families and friends of those lost at sea placed their flowers

:01:19. > :01:27.You know, it was one thing about trawlermen,

:01:28. > :01:33.they all worked together, stuck together, worked together,

:01:34. > :01:40.and I would say, 99.9% of fishermen are old friends.

:01:41. > :01:44.Fishing heritage group Stand has been fundraising for moral

:01:45. > :01:52.I find it difficult talking, we have had a great loss and tragedy

:01:53. > :01:58.in the city and occasions like this really brings it home to people.

:01:59. > :02:02.It has been an occasion I will remember for ever.

:02:03. > :02:06.The 14 steel figures were lifted into place just six days ago.

:02:07. > :02:11.Today's service was the first time many had seen them.

:02:12. > :02:23.It has blighted a lot of our men and families.

:02:24. > :02:26.-- it is so like a lot of the men in our family.

:02:27. > :02:36.We want the grandchildren to know what happened.

:02:37. > :02:39.Very powerful, lot of research, and the images on the faces,

:02:40. > :02:44.Blessed by the Archbishop of York it is hoped this memorial creates

:02:45. > :02:53.a space for remembrance on any day of the year.

:02:54. > :02:55.The Childen's Commissioner for England says they're talking

:02:56. > :02:57.to North East Lincolnshire council about their children's services

:02:58. > :03:01.after a four-year-old girl from Grimsby died

:03:02. > :03:07.Poppy Widdison collapsed at her home in June 2013.

:03:08. > :03:09.Last month Poppy's mother, Michala Pyke and ex-partner

:03:10. > :03:14.John Ritting were jailed for a total of 26 years.

:03:15. > :03:16.The Commissioner said there were "tragic failures to protect

:03:17. > :03:18.Poppy" and an investigation is underway into services

:03:19. > :03:24.That case will be indicative of the challenges and the situation

:03:25. > :03:27.in lots of areas, so we will be looking at talking to local leaders

:03:28. > :03:31.about the decisions they make and the challenges they face.

:03:32. > :03:33.We know, in some areas, there are children who will get

:03:34. > :03:36.attention and support a lot earlier on and for issues that aren't

:03:37. > :03:42.We want to understand why that is, we want to understand

:03:43. > :03:48.whether it's about resources or whether about the local context.

:03:49. > :03:51.There have been extra police patrols in Lincolnshire this weekend,

:03:52. > :03:53.because of concerns that hare coursers were planning

:03:54. > :03:57.Lincolnshire is often a target for coursers from across the country

:03:58. > :04:00.because of the open fields of its rural areas.

:04:01. > :04:03.This weekend, the police force set up a dispersal order, which meant

:04:04. > :04:05.they could make suspects leave the county.

:04:06. > :04:08.Police say they are using all available laws to seize dogs,

:04:09. > :04:31.Hello. After a cold, windy day, it will be a cold and windy night. Very

:05:23. > :05:26.earlier today. I suspect some of the lying snow will be blown around by

:05:27. > :05:33.strong winds starting to develop. The odd spot of drizzle into the far

:05:34. > :05:38.north-east. The wind strengthening here. Already signs of something a

:05:39. > :05:40.little bit miles, temperatures climbing up.
