:00:50. > :00:56.In 2015, when it was announced that hundreds of jobs could be lost

:00:57. > :00:58.at the then Tata Steelworks, people in Scunthorpe

:00:59. > :01:06.It's going to have a pretty large effect on the local economy.

:01:07. > :01:09.People are going to want to move to a city that has good prospects,

:01:10. > :01:16.and that's why we're going to lose out.

:01:17. > :01:18.So the government set up a ?3 million fund to help

:01:19. > :01:21.Such as this factory in Flixborough.

:01:22. > :01:23.This is your pulp, which is like a large blender,

:01:24. > :01:27.Here newspapers and cardboard are turned into recyclable packaging.

:01:28. > :01:29.At the moment, there are three moulding machines at this factory,

:01:30. > :01:33.but the money from the steel fund means that there are able to buy

:01:34. > :01:39.a fourth machine and also build a new warehouse.

:01:40. > :01:41.With the steel grant fund, we will be looking to bring

:01:42. > :01:47.I've been now here for four and a half years and I think we've

:01:48. > :01:50.been through a dull period, and now it seems to be

:01:51. > :01:53.In total, the British steel fund has created more

:01:54. > :01:56.than 400 different jobs at 13 different companies.

:01:57. > :01:59.And North Lincolnshire Council says there's still a third
