:00:18. > :00:21.house fire in Darlington. The fire started in the kitchen of a

:00:22. > :00:24.terraced house in Brunton Street in the town. The woman was rescued from

:00:25. > :00:27.the living room but was pronounced dead at the scene. An

:00:28. > :00:35.investigation's now underwax. Stuart Whincup sent this report. The

:00:40. > :00:46.mile from the town centre, just after 11 o'clock this morning. A

:00:47. > :00:50.neighbour had seen smoke coling from the top window there. Neighbours

:00:51. > :00:54.said firefighters broke into the property and carried the lady from

:00:55. > :01:00.the house out into the stredt. There was little they could do in the

:01:01. > :01:06.street was cordoned off. Thd fire alarms going off. They kickdd the

:01:07. > :01:10.door in and pulled her out. The firemen tried and tried but they

:01:11. > :01:15.couldn't do anything. Neighbours have described her as kind `nd

:01:16. > :01:19.friendly and well liked. Officers have been seen carrying out her

:01:20. > :01:26.search to find out how the fire started. `` carrying out our search.

:01:27. > :01:30.The Bishop of Newcastle says the Government's welfare reforms have

:01:33. > :01:36.foodbanks. While the Governlent says its changes are designed to bring
