:00:00. > :00:14.Hello and welcome to Wednesday's Look North. Tonight: Jailed for a

:00:15. > :00:20.total of 27 years, the gang of tradesman who made horrific threats

:00:21. > :00:25.to their victims. It destroxed their lives. Their businesses had to be

:00:26. > :00:29.closed. The search for missing teacher Mark

:00:30. > :00:31.Bushnell switches to a caravan park. We're live from the scene whth

:00:32. > :00:35.tonight's latest developments. We have lift off. A group of science

:00:36. > :00:47.students launch a camera laden balloon into the stratosphere.

:00:48. > :00:52.# Do you miss me tonight? # And Top of the Pops. How 96`year`old Gladys

:00:53. > :00:56.won a national song contest. In sport, there's an anxious wait

:00:57. > :00:59.for Alan Pardew. A new man `t the top at Sunderland and... More bad

:01:00. > :01:13.luck for Boro as Forest hand themselves a point!

:01:14. > :01:18.A gang of four men who thre`tened their victims with extreme violence,

:01:19. > :01:23.including castration and rape, have been sentenced to a total of 27

:01:24. > :01:27.years in jail. They bullied small businesses into carrying out repair

:01:28. > :01:30.work and then demanded cash for it. Terence Cunningham Senior and three

:01:31. > :01:35.others targeted 13 businessds in all. They were finally caught by the

:01:36. > :01:40.North East Regional Serious Operations Unit after they struck in

:01:41. > :01:43.Newcastle. And today the men were locked up by a judge at the city's

:01:44. > :01:51.Crown Court. Adrian Pitches joins us live from there now. Adrian.

:01:52. > :01:57.This gang operated across nhne counties from Devon to Tyneside

:01:58. > :02:00.They had operations in Birmhngham and Sheffield. It wasn't until they

:02:01. > :02:05.tried their scam in the north`east that they were tackled and brought

:02:06. > :02:11.to book. They threatened thdir terrified victims with the lost vile

:02:12. > :02:15.threats. They demanded ?168,000 and, over the course of this 12 lonths

:02:16. > :02:21.can, they made 62,000 beford they were brought to book.

:02:22. > :02:28.This is the gang's leader, Terence Cunningham senior. Here, cotnting a

:02:29. > :02:34.large bundle of note, he is topping up his mobile phone. Then, `s he

:02:35. > :02:35.heads off in his white Mercddes he calls his victims. He threatens to

:02:36. > :03:03.castrate them if they don't pay up. This wasn't the only thread.

:03:04. > :03:11.Businesses were told, if thdy didn't pay up, they could expect another

:03:12. > :03:16.scene like this. One victim was so terrified, she handed over ?19, 00

:03:17. > :03:20.for a couple of hours work, just so the threats would stop. Another

:03:21. > :03:26.victim feared for the safetx of his family. I was terrified, re`lly

:03:27. > :03:30.scared. They said they were watching my kids. They just kept calling

:03:31. > :03:36.swearing and being abusive. He told me there again to castrate le. Every

:03:37. > :03:40.time the phone went, I felt scared. Terence Cunningham senior w`s held

:03:41. > :03:48.by another man, William Adals. Together they admit... Other gang

:03:49. > :03:53.members carried out the work. Every time, they used the same tactic

:03:54. > :03:59.They find places where councillors were carrying out work, then they

:04:00. > :04:04.said they had some spare tile. They would offer for ?100 to fill in

:04:05. > :04:08.potholes and resurfaced risd. Even if people said no, and many did

:04:09. > :04:12.they would carry out the work anyway. Then the demands wotld start

:04:13. > :04:15.on the threats. They would lake hundreds of phone calls all day and

:04:16. > :04:21.all night. They falsely clahmed they were the king of the Gypsies Paddy

:04:22. > :04:27.Dougherty, a former bare`kntckle boxer who appeared on televhsion.

:04:28. > :04:33.They used his reputation to back their violent threats. It ddstroyed

:04:34. > :04:36.their lives for the period of time their threats were ongoing. They

:04:37. > :04:40.could not get on with this normal business. The businesses had to be

:04:41. > :04:45.closed which was evident in the North East region in partictlar

:04:46. > :04:48.Eventually, some people gavd up and paid the money. What was

:04:49. > :04:51.particularly sinister was on a couple of occasions, when the police

:04:52. > :04:55.were called to the office where the threats were being made, thd

:04:56. > :05:02.offenders actually threatendd police officers as well. They taunted

:05:03. > :05:06.detected `` detectives. But the whole gang were finally filled

:05:07. > :05:10.altogether at a garage near where they were working. Their mistake was

:05:11. > :05:14.using the same cruel and vicious threats on all their victims. That

:05:15. > :05:22.is what helped detectives lhnk them with their many crimes.

:05:23. > :05:29.Adrian, the judge had particular praise for Northumbria Police,

:05:30. > :05:34.didn't he? Indeed he did. The judge drdw

:05:35. > :05:38.attention to the fact that `lthough this scam operated in nine police

:05:39. > :05:47.force areas, it wasn't until the gang reached Tyneside, that release

:05:48. > :05:51.actually took an active intdrest. The north`east special oper`tions

:05:52. > :05:55.unit. The judge said that this constabulary could not have done a

:05:56. > :05:59.better job, in contrast with the delay and inactivity of othdr

:06:00. > :06:04.forces. He commended for thdir persistence Detective Serge`nt Adam

:06:05. > :06:09.Turner and Detective Constable Roger Butler. He went on to say, too many

:06:10. > :06:13.forces dismissed these scams as civil disputes, that is between a

:06:14. > :06:16.business and another business. The people turned up too late Mhke and

:06:17. > :06:21.then had a dispute with the people that didn't want to have his place.

:06:22. > :06:24.Too many forces dismissed it as a civil dispute but these werd serious

:06:25. > :06:26.criminal matters and the judge concluded they should never have

:06:27. > :06:33.happened and should never h`ppen again.

:06:34. > :06:37.The family and friends of a missing teacher are tonight preparing for

:06:38. > :06:41.the worst. Mark Bushnell vanished from home on Sunday. The most recent

:06:42. > :06:45.sighting of him was near a caravan park at Crimdon Dene on the County

:06:46. > :06:51.Durham coast. Our news corrdspondent Peter Harris is live there for us

:06:52. > :06:56.now. Peter. It was on these clifftops on Monday

:06:57. > :07:01.morning that Mark Bush was last seen. If we pan around, we will see

:07:02. > :07:06.that behind us is a caravan park and this was an area that was wdll`known

:07:07. > :07:10.to mark. It is very popular with walkers and today, his wife and

:07:11. > :07:17.family members have been here, joining in the police search. This

:07:18. > :07:21.evening, we've had this upd`te. Both myself, the family and Mark's

:07:22. > :07:26.colleagues are realistic as to what the likely outcome of this lay be.

:07:27. > :07:31.However, we have not lost hope and our search efforts will continue.

:07:32. > :07:34.The appeal tonight is very luch to try again and see if there hs

:07:35. > :07:41.anybody out there that may well have seen Mark and can help us ftrther.

:07:42. > :07:44.We know Mark is a deputy headteacher. The police are

:07:45. > :07:48.stressing this evening, there is still hope and their search

:07:49. > :07:52.continues. It is desperatelx cold here this evening and clearly, with

:07:53. > :07:58.the passing of time, given that it is now two days or more since Mark

:07:59. > :08:02.was spotted here, clearly, the hopes of a happy ending for the pdople he

:08:03. > :08:12.worked with at the school in Durham and for his family do becomd less

:08:13. > :08:15.realistic. GP services in one of the most

:08:16. > :08:19.deprived areas of Newcastle have been saved for now after NHS England

:08:20. > :08:22.stepped in to find a new management company. Holmside Medical Group

:08:23. > :08:25.which runs a practice half ` mile away, has agreed to take ovdr

:08:26. > :08:28.Scotswood Surgery as a temporary measure. 1,500 patients werd at risk

:08:29. > :08:32.of losing their local GPs, `fter Primary Care North East declined to

:08:33. > :08:35.renew its contract with the NHS to run the clinic.

:08:36. > :08:39.She's not half the woman shd was. Kerry Trotter from Wearside was

:08:40. > :08:42.determined to get her weight down from the 27 stone she feared would

:08:43. > :08:46.kill her. Thanks to gastric bypass surgery, and a lot of willpower

:08:47. > :08:49.she's now much lighter. But Kerry is fighting a new battle to have her

:08:50. > :08:53.excess skin removed. And it seems getting it done on the NHS hs taking

:08:54. > :09:03.longer than losing the weight in the first place.

:09:04. > :09:07.I would say I was close to 27 stone. And then I knew I had to do

:09:08. > :09:11.something. If I didn't do it, I would be dead in a few years. It has

:09:12. > :09:16.either life or death. I picked life. From 27 stones to 11. Kerry Trotter

:09:17. > :09:21.had a gastric bypass operathon two and half years ago. Before that she

:09:22. > :09:29.could barely walk upstairs or get into these. Since the operation her

:09:30. > :09:37.stomach is much smaller, but it still takes an iron disciplhne to

:09:38. > :09:41.keep the weight off. It is the hardest thing I have ever done in my

:09:42. > :09:48.life but it's the best thing I've ever done. Kerry feels she's done

:09:49. > :09:52.her bit but now there's no way she alone can rid of this. In f`ct more

:09:53. > :09:57.weight loss would just make it worse. It is not doing anything It

:09:58. > :10:04.just sits. It is that fat pdrson coming back to haunt me. It is

:10:05. > :10:07.painful. This skin is reallx sore. You cover up during the sumler

:10:08. > :10:12.because you don't want people to see. I've got to live like this

:10:13. > :10:16.There's nothing I can do because I cannot afford to go private. There's

:10:17. > :10:20.no requirement for NHS Trusts to carry out the kind of surgery Kerry

:10:21. > :10:23.needs. Some will do it on a discretionary basis. The 16 stones

:10:24. > :10:32.she's lost is the equivalent of a Sir Steve Redgrave. And she'll be

:10:33. > :10:38.less of a burden to the taxpayer. I would probably have been di`betic. I

:10:39. > :10:41.probably would have been hotsebound so I would have needed people to

:10:42. > :10:44.come out and do certain things for me. I have saved them money in the

:10:45. > :10:46.long run. New clinical guiddlines might make excess skin reduction

:10:47. > :10:54.more widely available. In the meantime, all Kerry can do hs wait.

:10:55. > :11:01.The pause button has been priced on life.

:11:02. > :11:04.Exactly 30 years today Arthtr Scargill, the leader of the National

:11:05. > :11:07.Union of Mineworkers, called a national strike against pit

:11:08. > :11:10.closures. It was to become one of the longest and most bitter

:11:11. > :11:16.industrial disputes of the 20th century. After it was over, one by

:11:17. > :11:19.one, the remaining great collieries of the North East were closdd. Well,

:11:20. > :11:23.the Northumberland town of @shington was once the jewel in the crown of

:11:24. > :11:26.the entire industry. Today unemployment in the area is one of

:11:27. > :11:30.the highest in the region. @ndrew Hartley has been looking at the

:11:31. > :11:38.impact of change for this former mining community and asks whether

:11:39. > :11:42.life has moved on. Coal was the main thing. A coal

:11:43. > :11:51.miner to his core. A pitman born and bred. What happened when it closed

:11:52. > :11:54.in 1994, ?38 million was taken out of the economy... Colin Parker

:11:55. > :11:57.worked 34 years down the mine. Now he's a guide at Woodhorn Colliery

:11:58. > :12:05.Museum in Ashington. He says the town is still suffering frol the pit

:12:06. > :12:09.closures. It has had a tremdndous impact. You just have to walk up the

:12:10. > :12:14.main street to see the numbdr of shops that have closed. The biggest

:12:15. > :12:19.employer is probably the Cotnty Council now. Ashington's pit once

:12:20. > :12:22.employed 5,000 alone. Beford the '84 strike, many thousands more worked

:12:23. > :12:30.nearby at Bates, Whittle, Woodhorn, Ellington. All have gone. There is

:12:31. > :12:40.millions of tonnes of coal hn the area. We are importing coal from

:12:41. > :12:45.abroad. Why not use our own Cole? As a former miner, it is no wonder

:12:46. > :12:49.Colin feels so passionate about the past but what about his Jan ``

:12:50. > :12:59.grandchildren's generation? At this high school, family ties to the pits

:13:00. > :13:02.are still strong. But for these young people coal mining is

:13:03. > :13:19.something that belongs in the history books. It means quite a bit

:13:20. > :13:27.because we have to study thd miners strike for GCSE history. But we have

:13:28. > :13:36.two `` we have visited collheries as well. The audience now is rdmoved by

:13:37. > :13:40.about two generations. If you had come to see us ten years ago, they

:13:41. > :13:49.would have been a different amount of pupils with a direct link. One

:13:50. > :13:54.man who does have a personal connection is Sir John Hall, founder

:13:55. > :13:58.of the Metro Centre. If you live in the past, you will die in the past.

:13:59. > :14:02.We are too introverted in the north`east and we have to look

:14:03. > :14:05.beyond our shores to ask how we get new industry here. We have to sell

:14:06. > :14:10.ourselves better. It is no good going and telling people how many

:14:11. > :14:16.unemployed you have in your town. Investment does not follow

:14:17. > :14:19.unemployment. Investment... It needs to success. You have two sell your

:14:20. > :14:24.best stories. The site of the Ashington pit is now a business

:14:25. > :14:27.park. Little remains of the nearby Ellington site to remind yot that it

:14:28. > :14:31.was of the this country's stper pits. But despite clear signs that

:14:32. > :14:39.the town centre has declined, some argue that there are many rdasons to

:14:40. > :14:43.be positive. The north`east still plays an important part in dnergy

:14:44. > :14:46.and that is because of the dnergy we've got, with colour right at the

:14:47. > :14:50.heart of energy. Where we are now with the work we're doing whth oil

:14:51. > :14:52.and gas, the work we are dohng with renewables and the work we're doing

:14:53. > :14:56.with some quite new energy sources... We are at the he`rt of a

:14:57. > :15:02.really important part of thd economy.

:15:03. > :15:03.Still to come this Wednesdax evening: Dawn Thewlis with tonight's

:15:04. > :15:15.sports news. Plus... With a song in their hearts, a

:15:16. > :15:24.96`year`old and her care worker win a national singing competithon. The

:15:25. > :15:27.weather is giving us plenty to sing about. Tomorrow looks like ` fine

:15:28. > :15:32.day for most. Join me later for the full story.

:15:33. > :15:37.Now, weather wise, it was jtst the perfect day to send cameras into

:15:38. > :15:40.space to take panoramic pictures of the earth. And that's exactly what a

:15:41. > :15:44.group of science students from Cockermouth school in Cumbrha have

:15:45. > :15:48.done. They gathered at first light to set up the launch pad for a

:15:49. > :15:58.massive helium balloon which would carry cameras into the stratosphere.

:15:59. > :16:02.So did the big launch go smoothly? This year 's GCSE students have a

:16:03. > :16:06.lot to live up to. These sttnning images were taken by cameras sent

:16:07. > :16:10.into space by Cockermouth students last year. So, no pressure this

:16:11. > :16:16.morning then. Hopefully getting it back with good images. Yeah, getting

:16:17. > :16:20.it back is our main aim now and setting off. Last`minute

:16:21. > :16:24.preparations were hectic. Sdcuring the camera in its net and m`king

:16:25. > :16:31.sure the balloon would sell comfortably to heights of 34,00

:16:32. > :16:36.metres. Eight or nine months work, right from when they had to apply

:16:37. > :16:42.for a position on the team to recent weeks with stress and anxiety.

:16:43. > :16:45.Students hope to capture pictures of the space and the curvature of the

:16:46. > :16:57.Earth. The moment of departtre was one of celebration.

:16:58. > :17:04.When you are in the moment, and you watch it go off, you think `bout all

:17:05. > :17:11.the things going wrong. It didn t happen so, yeah. By lunchtile, the

:17:12. > :17:16.balloon had reached 35,000 letres, before bursting. It came down over

:17:17. > :17:18.North Yorkshire. Students hope to retrieve the cameras from there All

:17:19. > :17:23.of them, it has been a hugely rewarding project. It's been

:17:24. > :17:29.amazing. It's such a good experience for young people. To get involved in

:17:30. > :17:36.engineering is amazing. To see that we have done something... It's even

:17:37. > :17:43.gone so far. It's amazing. Great for engineering and working as ` team.

:17:44. > :17:49.It's just amazing. I struggle with my digital radio.

:17:50. > :17:54.Alan Pardew may not be able to draw a line under his punishment for

:17:55. > :18:00.headbutting Hull midfielder David Meyler quite yet. The Newcastle boss

:18:01. > :18:02.was given a seven match ban. And a ?60,000 fine yesterday by an

:18:03. > :18:07.independent disciplinary colmission following the incident two weeks

:18:08. > :18:09.ago. But the Football Assochation could consider appealing ag`inst the

:18:10. > :18:16.decision if they feel it's inadequate. The ban was a rdcord for

:18:17. > :18:19.a Premier League Manager. The FA will make a decision when they

:18:20. > :18:23.receive the written reasons for the judgement.

:18:24. > :18:26.Meanwhile Sunderland this afternoon confirmed the appointment of former

:18:27. > :18:30.Chelsea chief scout Lee Congerton as the club's Sporting Director. He

:18:31. > :18:33.arrives from German side Halburg and will, alongside Gus Poyet, oversee

:18:34. > :18:37.transfers and the Black Cats' scouting network. Elsewhere

:18:38. > :18:40.Middlesbrough were denied all three points in the Championship last

:18:41. > :18:47.night by the most controversial of equalisers.

:18:48. > :18:50.After ending their long goal drought last weekend, Boro's players were

:18:51. > :18:53.looking for their first back to back home wins since December. Play`off

:18:54. > :18:57.hopefuls Nottingham Forest, had lost their last three league gamds. The

:18:58. > :19:06.home side took the lead early in the second half, a superb finish from

:19:07. > :19:10.Mustapha Carayol. And the s`me player could have made it 2`0 with

:19:11. > :19:13.almost a carbon copy. Boro were made to pay for not killing the game off.

:19:14. > :19:16.After recently having a goal disallowed despite the ball crossing

:19:17. > :19:19.the line, they were just as aggrieved when Darius Henderson

:19:20. > :19:22.appeared to sweep the ball home with his hand late on. Handball, said

:19:23. > :19:25.head coach Aitor Karanka. Hhs players couldn't believe thd goal

:19:26. > :19:28.was allowed to stand either. Danny Graham hit the post seven mhnutes

:19:29. > :19:32.from time. But the play`offs are surely just a pipe`dream for Boro

:19:33. > :19:35.now. After two away defeats in League Two, Hartlepool boss Colin

:19:36. > :19:38.Cooper, was pleased to see his side pick up a point and a clean`sheet

:19:39. > :19:41.despite a toothless perform`nce in front of goal. Some resolutd

:19:42. > :19:45.defending led by the excelldnt Christian Burgess, a loanee from

:19:46. > :19:48.Boro, kept Accrington at bax. The performance of the night, though,

:19:49. > :19:51.came from in`form York City although it took a controversial first`half

:19:52. > :19:53.penalty to earn a 1`0 victory at Mansfield. After John Dempster

:19:54. > :19:57.felled Josh Carson, Ryan Bowman converted the spot`kick. York had a

:19:58. > :20:00.second penalty awarded for handball in stoppage time, but this time

:20:01. > :20:09.keeper Alan Marriott foiled Wes Fletcher.

:20:10. > :20:13.Well, let's have a look at the League Two table because York,

:20:14. > :20:16.unbeaten now in seven games are just two points off the playoff zone

:20:17. > :20:18.Nigel Worthington's side on a tremendous run. Hartlepool `re five

:20:19. > :20:25.points adrift in tenth spot. Carlisle United have a hugely

:20:26. > :20:28.important game tonight. Just one point and two places above the

:20:29. > :20:31.League One relegation zone. They're away to Nigel Clough's Sheffield

:20:32. > :20:35.United who beat Charlton in the quarter finals of the FA Cup at the

:20:36. > :20:37.weekend. Carlisle are still without key players including Paul

:20:38. > :20:39.Thirlwell, Matty Robson and Sean O'Hanlon, but are boosted

:20:40. > :20:42.defensively after signing Rdece Brown from Watford. Midfielder Danny

:20:43. > :20:50.Redmond and goalkeeper Jord`n Pickford are also available after

:20:51. > :20:55.extending their loan spells. There is loads to play for. There

:20:56. > :21:01.are 12 games. March is going to be a big month. We will be playing a lot

:21:02. > :21:05.of teams around us which will be vital. A tough game on Wedndsday but

:21:06. > :21:10.we hope that they will have a hangover. We are in a period with

:21:11. > :21:13.four or five injuries to senior players but hopefully they will get

:21:14. > :21:16.fit over the next couple of weeks and will stay with us for the

:21:17. > :21:22.remainder of the season and we will have a very good run, staying clear

:21:23. > :21:26.of the bottom floor. `4. Now, it might not be the Vohce or

:21:27. > :21:30.the X Factor but the contestants are just as keen. A woman in her 90s and

:21:31. > :21:33.her care assistant, from Cotnty Durham, have triumphed in a national

:21:34. > :21:36.singing contest. If The pair, from Rose Lodge Care Home in Newton

:21:37. > :21:37.Aycliffe are big Elvis fans. Jonathan Swingler has been to meet

:21:38. > :21:56.them. # is your heart filled with pain? #

:21:57. > :21:59.meet Gladys and Beverley. They love singing together so they

:22:00. > :22:03.jumped the chance of entering a singing contest. We were getting

:22:04. > :22:10.ready this morning and singhng. We were showering and I was singing. We

:22:11. > :22:16.said we will have to learn ` few more songs because this could lead

:22:17. > :22:21.to an album. They beat all the other contestants. In this top 40, they

:22:22. > :22:25.are number one. I want to whn for the home. I don't want to whn for

:22:26. > :22:28.myself or anything like that. I want to win for the home because they've

:22:29. > :22:34.been fantastic to me. A ladx knocked on the door and she brought Gladys

:22:35. > :22:40.Abe OK of flowers. She was overwhelmed. You've touched the

:22:41. > :22:47.hearts of the people. I said no more flowers. She was embarrassed. But

:22:48. > :22:50.we've done it for the home. I think care homes get such bad press and

:22:51. > :22:58.it's so negative all the tile, there is good care that goes on hdre. You

:22:59. > :23:03.get a feeling they were just pleased take part.

:23:04. > :23:25.# tell me, dear, are you Lonesome tonight? #

:23:26. > :23:32.another glorious day to day, another day of wide`ranging temperatures.

:23:33. > :23:40.This morning, it was as cold as minus four Celsius. We also saw 15

:23:41. > :23:47.degrees at Newcastle Airport. Tomorrow will be another fine and

:23:48. > :23:51.dry day for most of us. Most of us, things are getting more, located

:23:52. > :23:56.weather`wise. Overnight tonhght is dry. Clear skies will allow mist and

:23:57. > :24:04.fog patches to form. Some of those would be quite dense. Temperatures

:24:05. > :24:17.will be close enough to fredzing with a touch of ground frost here

:24:18. > :24:23.and there. Most places will be fine, dry and largely sunny again

:24:24. > :24:28.tomorrow. Some mist may linger across the Cumbrian coast so that

:24:29. > :24:38.will affect temperatures thdre. Elsewhere, when the sun comds out,

:24:39. > :24:42.we will easily see 14 and 14. The wind will stay fairly light. I

:24:43. > :24:45.pressure tries to hang on over the next few days. This weather front

:24:46. > :24:49.becomes a bit of a nuisance as it pushes through. That will introduce

:24:50. > :24:54.more cloud. The breeze will pick up as well. Having said that, lost

:24:55. > :24:57.places will stay dry. If yot are right and about in Cumbria over the

:24:58. > :25:02.next few days, there would be more cloud into the tail end of the week.

:25:03. > :25:06.Eventually, that weather front may give us some rain. Daytime

:25:07. > :25:11.temperatures will still makd it into double figures. It will turn a good

:25:12. > :25:16.bit easier than it has been. East of the Pennines, the cloud will be more

:25:17. > :25:21.broken and thin. More cloud for the weekend. Some breaks in the cloud

:25:22. > :25:26.that's just not as much blud sky and sunshine. That breeze will pick up

:25:27. > :25:38.and it will feel a wee bit cooler as well. We'll keep you updated on our

:25:41. > :25:48.well. Thanks Paul. Now for a last look at

:25:49. > :25:51.tonight's headlines. Labour leader Ed Miliband effectively rulds out a

:25:52. > :25:55.referendum on British membership of the EU if his party wins thd next

:25:56. > :25:58.general election. And a gang of four fake tradesman are jailed after

:25:59. > :26:08.forcing a string of victims to hand over cash or suffer horrific

:26:52. > :26:53.Without small businesses on the high street,

:26:54. > :26:55.it would close the heart of the towns and villages.

:26:56. > :26:59.The first time for 100... over 130 years since we've been here,
