:01:30. > :01:32.normal ambulance. Organisers were told the nearest ambulance was 6

:01:33. > :01:37.minutes away, so they deciddd to take the rider to hospital hn the St

:01:38. > :01:40.John's ambulance which was on site at that time. But that meant the

:01:41. > :01:44.event was left without enough medical cover and the rest of the

:01:45. > :01:49.races had to be cancelled. Workington Comets `` Workington

:01:50. > :01:51.Comets say this raises more serious questions. I don't want to get

:01:52. > :01:56.political. I don't want to get politic`l,

:01:57. > :01:59.but you have NHS cuts now and it makes you wonder what happens

:04:21. > :04:27.As part of a crackdown, Middlesbrough Council is sending

:04:41. > :04:44.expectancy in the country and smoking is seen as the main reason.

:05:01. > :05:10.A man who died after taking part in the Great North Swim on Windermere

:05:11. > :05:14.has been named as Colin Pringle who was 52 and lived in South London.
