:01:19. > :01:23.David Sowerby and his half`brother Anthony Middleton killed Mark out of

:01:24. > :01:29.revenge after being humiliated by the boxer in public months darlier.

:01:30. > :01:31.They planned their attack, searching the internet

:01:32. > :01:34.before buying a camping axe like this one.

:01:35. > :01:36.The night before the murder Sowerby posted a message on his Facdbook

:01:37. > :01:42.page saying he was going to crack someone's skull open.

:01:43. > :01:47.As Mark walked along here, he was said to be in ` good

:01:48. > :01:51.mood. But after walking through that front door, he was attacked.

:01:52. > :01:55.Behind these windows partygoers watched in horror.

:02:53. > :02:54.diminished responsibility. Ray Patterson, who was 61, and Clara

:04:42. > :04:46.his school uniform and was still a virgin. At the time she was married

:04:47. > :04:51.teacher and although the box was not a pupil of hers, the Crown says this

:04:52. > :04:55.was a gross breach of trust by a person of responsibility. The jury

:04:56. > :05:02.had that this was not a lovhng relationship, it was sexual abuse of

:05:03. > :05:05.a young, honourable boy. He was an impressionable teenager being

:05:06. > :05:09.groomed by a sexual predator. Prosecutors say that Anne L`key was

:05:10. > :05:14.the ultimate corrupting includes. She then I scratcher Mac cotnts of

:05:15. > :05:20.indecency with a child and five counts of indecent assault, all

:05:21. > :05:21.relating to the same alleged victim. This trial is expected to l`st
