:01:01. > :01:04.they found out that he was `t the bottom of the cliffs, on thd beach.
:01:05. > :01:06.The officer immediately attdnded and tried to give first aid
:01:07. > :01:08.and continued doing so until paramedics arrived.
:01:09. > :01:12.We had an engagement party and there was a fight
:01:13. > :01:14.in the car park afterwards when everybody was leaving.
:01:15. > :01:18.Between friends as far as I knew because everybody knew each other.

:01:22. > :01:23.the police helicopter was overhead shining its light on the be`ch.
:01:24. > :01:25.It is a tragedy what has happened.
