:01:39. > :01:40.sense of relief coming up to the anniversary.

:01:41. > :01:42.Certainly, within five years, when we finish the works in York,

:01:43. > :01:45.I would have thought York is probably one of the best

:02:55. > :02:57.I'm here for Cancer Connections today.

:02:58. > :03:02.First time I was here I did the dip, and then due to swimming

:03:03. > :03:11.But since it's four years till Tokyo, I'm going to do it this year.

:04:07. > :04:10.I can't actually stress how important this day

:04:11. > :04:19.There's been a long while coming, but we're all really

:04:20. > :04:25.I was getting emotional this morning reading all the messages

:04:31. > :04:34.Around 3000 turned out to welcome the team home.

:04:35. > :04:36.And they had to wait less than ten minutes for Darlington

:05:00. > :05:05.It feels like a brand-new fresh start to a new

:05:06. > :05:15.And some snow on the Cumbrian tops overnight, but otherwise a quite

:05:16. > :05:23.Well, after quite a cold day, unsurprisingly it's going to be

:05:24. > :05:26.Clear skies, the temperaturess will take a real tumble

:05:27. > :05:28.and the winds will really start to ease.

:05:29. > :05:31.So we are at risk of seeing a few patches of frost first

:05:32. > :05:35.We could see a few dense patches of fog forming as well,

:05:36. > :05:37.with overnight temperatures dropping to about three or four Celsius

:05:38. > :05:43.So we start the day tomorrow on a cold, crisp, bright note.

:05:44. > :05:46.There may be a few fog patches that could linger through the day.

:05:47. > :05:48.It's going to be very cold under these.

:05:49. > :05:49.Elsewhere, though, plenty of sunshine, staying largely dry,

:05:50. > :05:53.with temperatures climbing to 8 degrees.

:05:54. > :05:56.I'll be back with the latest tomorrow lunchtime.

:05:57. > :06:07.and longer spells of rain over northern isles. By the end of the

:06:08. > :06:12.night, temperatures recovering once again after a chilly evening, three

:06:13. > :06:17.to five Celsius. Tomorrow and for the next couple of days, we have

:06:18. > :06:21.this area of high pressure which will really settle the weather down,

:06:22. > :06:27.compared with of late. We start tomorrow on a mainly dry note. There

:06:28. > :06:30.will be a few showers continuing in the north-west and the northern

:06:31. > :06:34.isles, and the wind picking up here as we go through the day. Elsewhere,

:06:35. > :06:39.it's looking dry, with plenty of brightness and sunshine and not as

:06:40. > :06:45.raw a field tomorrow as we have had today, with less in the way of wind.

:06:46. > :06:49.Temperature wise, up a notch to around seven to nine Celsius. For

:06:50. > :06:53.the rest of the UK, we are also under the influence of high

:06:54. > :06:58.pressure. Dry conditions across the board, with brightness and sunshine

:06:59. > :07:01.and very little in terms of wins. Temperatures around six or seven. On
