:00:09. > :00:13.Meanwhile police appeal for witnesses after a 26-year-old

:00:14. > :00:17.woman is killed in an accident in Cumbria.

:00:18. > :00:20.Approved - plans for 2000 new homes on Green Belt land

:00:21. > :00:28.Back on track - a ?23 million repair project on a flood-damaged railway

:00:29. > :00:34.In football, we'll round up all last night's action.

:00:35. > :00:37.And we'll meet the Argentinian on the verge of crowning his 17

:00:38. > :00:50.years in the North East with a trip to Wembley.

:00:51. > :00:53.First tonight, a 16-year-old boy has been killed in a car

:00:54. > :00:57.crash following a police chase in Middlesbrough.

:00:58. > :01:00.The boy, named locally as Brandon Morris,

:01:01. > :01:03.was a passenger in the car, which was being followed

:01:04. > :01:06.by the police close to Albert Park last night.

:01:07. > :01:08.Four people have been arrested on suspicion of causing death

:01:09. > :01:10.by dangerous driving and the case has been referred

:01:11. > :01:13.to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

:01:14. > :01:17.Stuart Whincup is live at the scene of the crash now for us.

:01:18. > :01:32.Brandon's friends and family have been coming all day to place cards,

:01:33. > :01:39.flowers and letters along the wall. It goes back around 20 yards. People

:01:40. > :01:42.we have been speaking to understandably say they are in

:01:43. > :01:44.complete shock and all describe a popular young boy who was always

:01:45. > :01:46.smiling. A fantastic friend

:01:47. > :01:47.who was always happy. That's how 16-year-old

:01:48. > :01:51.Brandon Morris has been described. Someone who the tributes

:01:52. > :01:53.say was greatly loved He died after the car he was

:01:54. > :01:59.travelling in crashed during a police chase on this

:02:00. > :02:01.road in Middlesbrough. He was one of the happiest

:02:02. > :02:06.lads I've ever known. He was respectful,

:02:07. > :02:08.he was sound, he was one of my best mates

:02:09. > :02:11.and I could trust him with anything and he'd always have my back

:02:12. > :02:13.no matter what. Now I still don't

:02:14. > :02:18.believe that he's gone. Brandon had been to passenger

:02:19. > :02:30.in a Ford Focus car that was being The lights and sirens were on and

:02:31. > :02:35.the car was only followed a short distance when it got to this point.

:02:36. > :02:38.The Ford Focus veered to the junction and crashed with another

:02:39. > :02:44.vehicle. Brandon suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local

:02:45. > :02:50.hospital where he died a short time later. He was a top lad, a good kid,

:02:51. > :02:56.he was loved on the estate and he was always happy, every time I saw

:02:57. > :03:01.him he was dead jolly and stuff. He made everybody laugh. Respectful,

:03:02. > :03:09.sound, always had everybody's back. It's a shock that he's gone. Police

:03:10. > :03:13.say three people were taken to Middlesbrough's James Cook Hospital

:03:14. > :03:20.after the crash. They and 29-year-old man have now all been on

:03:21. > :03:24.suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. I go find me page

:03:25. > :03:36.has been set up to raise money for the family and help with fuel costs.

:03:37. > :03:41.-- Go Fund Me page. Because the youngster was killed

:03:42. > :03:45.following a police case, the event has been referred to the Independent

:03:46. > :03:49.Police Complaints Commission. Meanwile a young woman has died

:03:50. > :03:51.after her car was involved in an accident with a digger

:03:52. > :03:55.being towed on a trailer in Cumbria. It happened near

:03:56. > :03:57.the village of Shap on the A6. The police are appealing

:03:58. > :03:59.for anyone who may have seen Mark McAlindon has sent us this

:04:00. > :04:05.report from the scene. The A6 remains an important

:04:06. > :04:08.route linking Penrith Police were called to a two-vehicle

:04:09. > :04:15.road traffic collision. A van and a trailer

:04:16. > :04:18.travelling north on the A6 were in a collision with a car

:04:19. > :04:20.that was travelling south. Unfortunately a member of the public

:04:21. > :04:23.has lost their life at the scene. It is still the very early stages

:04:24. > :04:26.of this investigation. Collision investigators

:04:27. > :04:28.are on the scene at the moment, It's still too early

:04:29. > :04:31.to say what has happened. Later the police confirmed

:04:32. > :04:34.that the dead driver was a 26-year-old woman

:04:35. > :04:38.from the Penrith area. The need to know exactly

:04:39. > :04:41.what happened here was more important than rushing

:04:42. > :04:43.to reopen the road. It's now afternoon and the police

:04:44. > :04:46.are still hoping to get this road The fact that it's been closed

:04:47. > :04:50.since about half past eight this morning illustrates the difficulties

:04:51. > :04:52.involved with these Recovery vehicles have now moved

:04:53. > :04:57.some of the vans that were here before but the motorist's

:04:58. > :05:00.car is still being worked We do need time for a road

:05:01. > :05:09.traffic collision. We have one chance at the scene

:05:10. > :05:12.here to gather all the evidence, which is why we bring the collision

:05:13. > :05:15.investigation unit in and we close the road to preserve

:05:16. > :05:17.the evidence at the scene, but also for the safety of

:05:18. > :05:20.the personnel working at the scene, We only get this one chance

:05:21. > :05:25.and we do keep the road closed for quite a long time but we ask,

:05:26. > :05:28.due to the tragic circumstances, that the public bear with us

:05:29. > :05:31.and allow us to do our job. Anybody who saw a Citroen car and

:05:32. > :05:34.a trailer pulled by a Mercedes van in the area this morning is asked

:05:35. > :05:37.to contact the police. It's thought a cannabis farm

:05:38. > :05:40.was inside a terraced house in Sunderland

:05:41. > :05:45.which was destroyed by fire. It broke out in Cooper

:05:46. > :05:47.Street in the Roker area It's thought no-one

:05:48. > :05:51.was in the property at the time. Two men who raised the alarm

:05:52. > :05:54.are being praised for their actions by fire crews who attended

:05:55. > :05:58.the scene. Plans for more than 2000

:05:59. > :06:01.new homes on Green Belt land in Northumberland have been approved

:06:02. > :06:05.by councillors in Morpeth. One of the proposals,

:06:06. > :06:07.for a so-called Garden Village on the edge of Ponteland,

:06:08. > :06:09.has been especially The landowner, Lugano

:06:10. > :06:18.Property Group, says it'll be a forward-thinking,

:06:19. > :06:20.modern project attracting But protestors say it's too big,

:06:21. > :06:23.and will affect the whole Gerry Jackson is live

:06:24. > :06:37.at County Hall in Morpeth tonight. This has caused a storm. New housing

:06:38. > :06:43.and where it goes is one of the biggest issues facing us. Add green

:06:44. > :06:46.belt land and the debate becomes that much more animated and that is

:06:47. > :06:50.what has happened at Ponteland, where this plant for a Garden

:06:51. > :06:56.village of 2000 homes was approved today. Also approved, a plan around

:06:57. > :07:00.the village for 400 other homes. Both were given provisional planning

:07:01. > :07:05.permission today and a lot of people are not happy.

:07:06. > :07:13.It was the foresight of our forefathers that gave us the brain

:07:14. > :07:18.belt. To stop the unchecked urban sprawl, they said. But what if the

:07:19. > :07:21.betterment looked like this? Lugano Property Group bought the land some

:07:22. > :07:27.ten years ago on the green belt and now it wants to build something like

:07:28. > :07:29.this, he mixed and it says Imogen at a development where quarter of the

:07:30. > :07:42.houses would be classed as affordable.

:07:43. > :07:45.It is a seductive vision but many current residence will not be

:07:46. > :07:51.swayed. They are looking to increase the population by nearly double. We

:07:52. > :07:56.will be completely surrounded by other people. And you don't like

:07:57. > :08:00.that? Absolutely not. The development says there is Pete and

:08:01. > :08:08.demand for housing like this by young families and commuters into

:08:09. > :08:13.Tyneside. -- patented demand. For its location and the impact it would

:08:14. > :08:17.have on this village where we live, it is too dramatic and not in any

:08:18. > :08:22.scale. But at a time where we keep being told there has never been a

:08:23. > :08:26.greater need for more housing there is a wider question here. How

:08:27. > :08:32.sacrosanct should our green belt the? It should be completely

:08:33. > :08:38.sacrosanct as long as there isn't a very good reason. There is no need

:08:39. > :08:47.to build on any of the Sistine green belt because we have enough space is

:08:48. > :08:53.already that are Brownfield sites to satisfy the need we have in our

:08:54. > :08:56.region. Despite the presence of many objectors at County Hall the scheme

:08:57. > :09:02.was given outline approval by councillors today. It will have its

:09:03. > :09:06.own school, shops, leisure facilities. This scheme has the

:09:07. > :09:12.opportunity to be all real economic driver for the North East. Part of

:09:13. > :09:16.the reason this has been so controversial is that around

:09:17. > :09:20.Ponteland there is the application for 400 more homes and another

:09:21. > :09:25.application for a new leisure and sports complex and two new schools,

:09:26. > :09:31.or on green belt land, also given outline planning approval today. The

:09:32. > :09:35.word outline is important is it could be amended or even overturned

:09:36. > :09:40.at a later date, including perhaps at a public enquiry. But today the

:09:41. > :09:44.chairman of the planning committee said it is important to all of my --

:09:45. > :09:51.all of us to remember that all of our homes were on a greenfield once.

:09:52. > :09:55.Under what circumstances do you delete green belt from the map? It

:09:56. > :09:59.is a debate that will continue here. Health bosses on Teesside say

:10:00. > :10:01.they'll continue to hire staff from the European Union,

:10:02. > :10:03.even as Britain begins The South Tees NHS Foundation Trust

:10:04. > :10:07.says it currently needs to fill Over the past two years it's

:10:08. > :10:13.recruited 34 nurses from overseas, and most of those have come

:10:14. > :10:15.from EU countries. Is it all right if I check

:10:16. > :10:27.your blood pressure? Roxanne Signea has always dreamed

:10:28. > :10:30.of working for the NHS. 18 months ago this staff nurse

:10:31. > :10:34.swapped Romania for Middlesbrough. I really enjoy Middlesbrough,

:10:35. > :10:37.it's a really nice area to live because it's really quiet,

:10:38. > :10:43.so this is what I'm looking for. Even I've been in London and I've

:10:44. > :10:47.visited quite a lot of England There is a chronic lack

:10:48. > :10:51.of nurses in the NHS. Many Trusts are using videos

:10:52. > :10:54.like this one to try Overseas staff are helping

:10:55. > :10:58.to ease the problem. For hospitals like this one,

:10:59. > :11:01.recruiting nurses from overseas, especially from the European Union,

:11:02. > :11:06.is absolutely crucial. There are more than 100 posts

:11:07. > :11:09.available here that can't be filled As Britain begins to negotiate

:11:10. > :11:18.its way out of the European Union, what role will that play

:11:19. > :11:21.in the nurses that it can I honestly think it's too early

:11:22. > :11:32.to tell but we will need to keep considering overseas

:11:33. > :11:33.recruitment for the short We're always on recruitment

:11:34. > :11:36.initiatives, looking at different ways to access nurse training,

:11:37. > :11:42.so it is too early to tell. Liviu is one of 34 overseas nurses

:11:43. > :11:51.employed by South Tees He hopes Brexit

:11:52. > :11:54.won't affect his job. I hope to be the same

:11:55. > :11:57.after the Brexit, to have the same rights and that it will not

:11:58. > :11:59.affect our rights. Roxanna is more relaxed

:12:00. > :12:03.about the issue. This is not going to affect me

:12:04. > :12:06.because they already told me that my position is not

:12:07. > :12:09.going to be affected. So if for the English people it's

:12:10. > :12:13.better to be out of the Brexit, It's taken 13 months,

:12:14. > :12:31.cost ?23 million and needed But finally work to fully

:12:32. > :12:34.reopen the Settle-Carlisle The line at Armathwaite -

:12:35. > :12:37.between Carlisle and Penrith - was badly damaged in 2015

:12:38. > :12:39.after flooding caused The line will officially reopen

:12:40. > :12:43.at the end of this month with a visit from the Flying

:12:44. > :12:45.Scotsman. The track is back in place

:12:46. > :12:49.and soon trains will be too. This is the final push

:12:50. > :12:53.in a year-long effort to reinstate services on this Victorian line

:12:54. > :13:00.after it was overcome by a landslip. We just hadn't seen a slip of that

:13:01. > :13:03.extent and it was moving hour Obviously we were concerned of how

:13:04. > :13:10.much movement was happening. The site at Eden Brows is difficult

:13:11. > :13:14.to get to, it's next to a Site of Scientific Interest and before

:13:15. > :13:16.work could even begin thousands of tonnes

:13:17. > :13:18.of debris had to be removed. That was one of our first

:13:19. > :13:21.challenges, really, how to get here. We've put in over a mile

:13:22. > :13:24.of access roads to get here. The challenging side of it is just

:13:25. > :13:27.the scale of it, really. We've had a massive

:13:28. > :13:29.piling operation. It's stuff that we do

:13:30. > :13:32.as a contractor every day but it's The train line sits 70 metres

:13:33. > :13:36.above the River Eden. To keep it in position

:13:37. > :13:39.a retaining wall's been built and the new track has been laid

:13:40. > :13:44.on a more solid foundation. This is where the half

:13:45. > :13:46.a million tonne landslide To stop that happening again

:13:47. > :13:55.the track is now built on a 6000-tonne concrete slab,

:13:56. > :13:58.and to keep that slab in place are 226 steel pins drilled right

:13:59. > :14:00.into the sandstone bedrock. The project team are confident

:14:01. > :14:03.the design here will survive any The improvements here should

:14:04. > :14:07.last at least 120 years. But for now the focus is on the next

:14:08. > :14:22.two weeks and the eventual It feels fantastic. I don't know how

:14:23. > :14:27.it will feel on the day. We have been through 13 years of hard work,

:14:28. > :14:28.it has been so challenging, and we are almost there.

:14:29. > :14:30.Before the official opening by the Flying Scotsman

:14:31. > :14:33.at the end of this month, test journeys will be taken to make

:14:34. > :14:35.sure drivers are familiar with the new track here -

:14:36. > :15:00.a crucial update to a much-loved Cumbrian rail route.

:15:01. > :15:04.Unemployment in the North East rose in the three month s to January.

:15:05. > :15:07.Unemployment in the North East rose in the three months to January.

:15:08. > :15:10.The total was up by 4000 to 88,000 - that's 6.8% of the workforce.

:15:11. > :15:12.In Cumbria nearly 5000 people claimed jobseekers'

:15:13. > :15:14.allowance in February - a rise of more than 700 on January.

:15:15. > :15:17.And North Yorkshire also saw a rise, with just over 5000 people claiming

:15:18. > :15:19.jobseekers' allowance - around 500 more than

:15:20. > :15:22.However, one sector is providing some good employment news.

:15:23. > :15:25.The craft brewery industry - made up of small independents - is thriving.

:15:26. > :15:27.Our business correspondent, Ian Reeve, reports.

:15:28. > :15:31.His small Teesside brewery, a craft brewery in the jargon,

:15:32. > :15:33.is in a sector that has seen phenomenal growth.

:15:34. > :15:36.There's definitely a new kind of desire for different beers,

:15:37. > :15:37.different flavours, alternatives to what was previously

:15:38. > :15:40.before, and just kind of a going against the mould.

:15:41. > :15:44.We get some opening up in old schools, in old windmills,

:15:45. > :15:48.and it's just kind of ads that character and that story and just

:15:49. > :15:51.adds more to the beer, because it came from a local brewery

:15:52. > :15:59.The business is just seven months old but has helped new craft brewery

:16:00. > :16:06.Last year saw 520 new craft breweries open in the UK,

:16:07. > :16:11.Ten new breweries are currently opening each week.

:16:12. > :16:15.There are already about 50 small brewers in the North East alone.

:16:16. > :16:19.And the breweries are slowly adding to the employment tally.

:16:20. > :16:22.In spite of today's rise in unemployment in the North East,

:16:23. > :16:25.these small ventures are creating jobs.

:16:26. > :16:28.Michael has been taken on here as a full-time salesman,

:16:29. > :16:34.part of a workforce that could hit double figures.

:16:35. > :16:40.The brewery is growing gradually and hopefully within the next couple

:16:41. > :16:46.of years we will be...what we've currently got downstairs will be

:16:47. > :16:50.maxed out at 100% and we can look at expanding into more brews per week.

:16:51. > :16:52.Small brewers like this are also increasingly drivers of wealth,

:16:53. > :17:03.as bigger brewers eye them up as acquisition targets.

:17:04. > :17:07.The small Camden Town Brewery in London was snapped up by ABInbev

:17:08. > :17:20.What the big players want is the near 9% share

:17:21. > :17:22.of the country's beer sales that craft brewers take.

:17:23. > :17:25.So, jobs, big numbers, sales, a sector that is not just froth.

:17:28. > :17:30.Cultural events in County Durham have brought in an estimated

:17:31. > :17:34.A report to Durham County Council has recommended the authority

:17:37. > :17:41.like Lumiere and Kynren, as well as community-based arts projects.

:17:42. > :17:43.And also today, Durham Cathedral was named National

:17:44. > :17:45.Heritage Site of the Year by Countryfile Magazine readers.

:18:04. > :18:06.for cultural activities, bringing visitors and their cash

:18:07. > :18:09.as well as a strong sense of community.

:18:10. > :18:11.I think one of the clear demonstrations is how willing

:18:12. > :18:19.Almost 10% of the population of Durham are now volunteering

:18:20. > :18:22.in some capacity, and one of the ways to do it is to be

:18:23. > :18:23.involved with Kynren, the Brass Festival.

:18:24. > :18:27.If you walk around you see the people now in the T-shirts that

:18:28. > :18:29.give you helpful advice and support, get you to the right

:18:30. > :18:32.events at the right time, and I think it's a fabulous way

:18:33. > :18:35.for people who maybe aren't as artistic, and I'm certainly not,

:18:36. > :18:37.but it's a great way to be part of what's going on.

:18:38. > :18:39.Today Durham County Council compared its investment

:18:40. > :18:42.in entertainment to how much money was made as a result.

:18:43. > :18:46.The county's top-performing cultural event

:18:47. > :18:52.in 2015 was Lumiere, which was held here, in Durham.

:18:53. > :18:56.Now, the council says in that year it invested almost ?1 million

:18:57. > :19:02.on its four most lucrative festivals, but the boost

:19:03. > :19:06.to the economy was almost 12 times that, at an estimated ?11.7 million.

:19:07. > :19:09.In Spennymoor today most people thought the investment was worth it.

:19:10. > :19:13.I think it would be very boring if they didn't.

:19:14. > :19:17.I think it would be a case of, that would just add to the doom

:19:18. > :19:20.and gloom, and I think it's nice to have a bit of escapism.

:19:21. > :19:25.I think it brings lots more people to the town and the area.

:19:26. > :19:29.They should try and improve the street and the shopping area

:19:30. > :19:32.rather than spend it on events that people just don't go to round here.

:19:33. > :19:34.Yes, it is worth spending some money.

:19:35. > :19:38.Thankfully I'm not a county councillor and I don't have

:19:39. > :19:42.The council says it plans to keep on with its ambitious

:19:59. > :20:10.Not a bad set of results last night - in League Two Carlisle

:20:11. > :20:12.managed to stop the rot, while Hartlepool won their first

:20:13. > :20:16.A draw for Gateshead keeps them in the National League play-off

:20:17. > :20:19.zone, and it's advantage York City after the first leg

:20:20. > :20:24.Lincoln City have been famous for their cup exploits this season,

:20:25. > :20:27.reaching the quarterfinals of the FA Cup before being knocked out

:20:28. > :20:30.by Arsenal, and it was the Imps who took the lead at

:20:31. > :20:31.Bootham Crescent through a Lee Angol penalty.

:20:32. > :20:33.But after the break Vadaine Oliver equalised

:20:34. > :20:35.for the Minstermen with a header into the bottom corner.

:20:36. > :20:38.Lincoln piled on the pressure but York gave as good as they got

:20:39. > :20:41.and were rewarded in the 69th minute - Aidan Connolly with

:20:42. > :20:43.the all-important deflection to give Gary Mills' side the advantage

:20:44. > :20:45.going into Saturday's second leg at Sincil Bank.

:20:46. > :20:47.In the National League, Gateshead's six-match winning run

:20:48. > :20:50.came to an end at Macclesfield but they remain in

:20:51. > :20:53.Defender Manny Smith broke the dealdlock for Gateshead

:20:54. > :20:55.in the 75th minute after former Pools keeper Scott Flinders

:20:56. > :20:56.had initially saved Paddy McLaughlin's effort.

:20:57. > :20:59.But John McCombe's header rescued a point for the home side.

:21:00. > :21:02.In League Two, Carlisle ended a run of four straight defeats

:21:03. > :21:05.in a goalless draw with Luton, the game held up for ten minutes

:21:06. > :21:07.when Luton defender Dan Potts suffered a head injury.

:21:08. > :21:09.And Hartlepool moved nine points clear of the relegation zone

:21:10. > :21:12.after winning away from home for the first time

:21:13. > :21:16.since early October - Michael Woods scoring the only goal

:21:19. > :21:21.when Max Clark was sent off for a late tackle

:21:22. > :21:28.So Gateshead could be on their way to Wembley,

:21:29. > :21:32.York are almost there - and so, too, are South Shields.

:21:33. > :21:35.On Saturday they'll defend a 2-1 lead from the first leg

:21:36. > :21:37.of their FA Vase semifinal with Coleshill Town,

:21:38. > :21:41.And if they reach the national stadium, it'll be a great

:21:42. > :21:43.way to crown the career of an Argentinian who's made

:21:44. > :21:46.the North East his home for the past 17 years.

:21:47. > :21:57.Twice in the space of six weeks, he was on the brink

:21:58. > :22:01.But twice Mick McCarthy's Black Cats fell at the last hurdle -

:22:02. > :22:04.to Crystal Palace in the Championship play-offs,

:22:05. > :22:06.and to Millwall in an FA Cup semifinal at Old Trafford.

:22:07. > :22:13.For South Shields' former Sunderland AND Middlesbrough star, Julio Arca,

:22:14. > :22:26.It will be good to get there but it would be good to win. To get there

:22:27. > :22:30.and lose the final would be really disappointing but we have to go

:22:31. > :22:33.step-by-step. I always say the first step is to win on Saturday and if

:22:34. > :22:40.that happens we concentrate on whatever comes after.

:22:41. > :22:45.South Shields go into Saturday's game looking for the 24th win in a

:22:46. > :22:50.row but if they end with a draw their fans won't be too bothered

:22:51. > :22:54.because all that have to do to make Wednesday is a void e-fit. We will

:22:55. > :22:59.not park the bus, will have a packed house here on Saturday and we will

:23:00. > :23:06.take the game to the opposition. -- to make Wembley is a void defeat.

:23:07. > :23:08.Arca and co were just eight minutes away from going out

:23:09. > :23:11.of the competition to the holders, Morpeth, in round four.

:23:12. > :23:14.But just as Town went 4-2 ahead, the lights went

:23:15. > :23:16.out at Mariners' Park - and Shields won the

:23:17. > :23:33.Always in this competition you need a bit of luck and we have had. You

:23:34. > :23:35.have to make your own luck as well. We are where we are because we have

:23:36. > :23:39.worked hard. And where they could be soon

:23:40. > :23:53.is at Wembley Stadium. And good luck to them. Now it's time

:23:54. > :24:00.for a look at the weather, and spring ties are out, boys.

:24:01. > :24:04.It has felt springlike the last few days. A bit cooler as we head

:24:05. > :24:12.towards the weekend. Look at my's weather picture.

:24:13. > :24:20.You know what they say about red sky at morning. In the next few days we

:24:21. > :24:24.will notice a bit of a change, more rain at times, the wind picking up a

:24:25. > :24:28.bit and it will feel a bit colder through the next days and into the

:24:29. > :24:33.weekend. It is fairly quiet at the minute, try this evening. The cloud

:24:34. > :24:38.will tend to spill in from the west through the night. A bit of poor

:24:39. > :24:43.visibility over the high ground. Enough cloud to bring a bit of rain

:24:44. > :24:50.and drizzle and the parts of Cumbria. Eastern areas should stay

:24:51. > :24:56.dry through the night. Temperatures not colder than six or 7 degrees.

:24:57. > :25:01.Tomorrow, mostly dry start for the East. There we will see the best of

:25:02. > :25:04.the brightness. Some rain further west, some of its spelling eastwards

:25:05. > :25:08.through the day. Some quite sustained rain through the latter

:25:09. > :25:14.part of the afternoon am a bit of sleep over the hills, but by

:25:15. > :25:19.tea-time drier, brighter, fresher weather following on. Highs around

:25:20. > :25:22.11 degrees, gusty south-westerly wind turning westerly and

:25:23. > :25:27.north-westerly by the end of the day. We have been talking about the

:25:28. > :25:31.cooler change towards the end of the week. It is these weather fronts

:25:32. > :25:35.coming in from the West through Friday and into the weekend. They

:25:36. > :25:40.will bring spells of rain, not raining all the time but heavy rain

:25:41. > :25:44.at times. A lot of lines in the charts so gusty winds as well,

:25:45. > :25:49.tending to come from a Westerly and north-westerly or action so it will

:25:50. > :25:53.feel a bit colder than it has done the last few days. Friday sees a lot

:25:54. > :25:59.of cloud, any early brightness fading quickly. Bringing rain to

:26:00. > :26:05.most places. Temperatures in single figures so noticeably cooler in the

:26:06. > :26:11.rain on Friday. Into the weekend, Saturday, we will see rain at times,

:26:12. > :26:16.some dry spells, maybe a bit of brightness from time to time.

:26:17. > :26:22.Temperatures recover slightly but with the cloud and rain probably not

:26:23. > :26:25.feeling as warm as 12. Sunday, the numbers are in double figures that

:26:26. > :26:36.there will be some rain at times and a risk, gusty south-westerly wind.

:26:37. > :26:41.-- brisk. That is not so great. The newborn

:26:42. > :27:06.lambs in the fields, they don't like Lorraine, do they?

:27:07. > :27:11.'The UK has voted to leave the European Union
