:01:16. > :01:26.It's invested ?6.5 million in this vast warehouse.

:01:27. > :01:30.So yesterday's news gives it a return on that.

:01:31. > :01:34.This goes some way toward proving we have done the right thing.

:01:35. > :01:49.And a not so obvious sector says Nissan's news is good news.

:01:50. > :01:51.Wearside's software industrx employs about 4,500 people,

:01:52. > :01:54.some working on projects for the car giant.

:01:55. > :02:02.The fact it is remaining here gives more opportunities for work between

:02:03. > :02:03.the two sectors, also with the tech sector.

:02:04. > :02:06.And this Sunderland gaming and virtual reality company thinks

:02:07. > :02:08.there are more opportunities for tech businesses to get hnvolved

:02:09. > :02:10.with the automotive sector. Everyone now though

:02:11. > :02:20.I don't want to criticise what the Government has done in one regard

:02:21. > :02:22.because they should be moves like this for industry across thd country

:02:23. > :02:26.to make Britain a competitive place to do business but the terms of the

:02:27. > :02:28.deal have been somewhat chaotic and ad hoc and we do not know anything

:02:29. > :02:33.about them. 300 teaching assistants

:03:31. > :03:34.and I'll still be losing potentially up to ?3000 a ydar,

:03:35. > :03:37.which is life changing - it means I have to re-evalu`te,

:03:38. > :03:40.my husband and I, all our fhnances, and I just feel it is incredibly

:03:41. > :03:42.unfair. But despite some unusual

:03:43. > :03:44.and unexpected sights here, no one left the council building

:04:31. > :04:32.have been criticised for fahling to properly monitor "at risk"
