:01:48. > :01:50.A judge at Newcastle County Court ruled the e-mail was clear.

:01:57. > :01:59.Claire Barber says she put in a huge workload,
:02:00. > :02:05.Katie could have sorted this out easily.

:02:13. > :02:14.she kept giving interviews to the media
:02:15. > :02:18.and slandering and libelling our company.

:04:40. > :04:44.with a 14-year-old Cumbrian boy has escaped jail.
