:02:10. > :02:22.Recruiting and keeping staff is a huge issue
:02:23. > :02:25.for hospitals in Cumbria - and one of the main reasons
:02:26. > :02:28.for the proposed changes to children's and maternity services
:02:29. > :02:35.But now staff themselves have launched a video they hope
:02:36. > :02:38.will persuade other professionals to move to the county,
