:00:36. > :00:38.16-month-old Poppy Palmer had gone into cardiac arrest and wasn't

:00:39. > :00:41.breathing by the time the first response car arrived,

:00:42. > :00:53.I can't believe it, how are you doing?

:00:54. > :01:17.You're looking at this baby that's not breathing

:01:18. > :01:18.and is effectively dead on the floor.

:01:19. > :01:21.You've got all the family there, who just want her back breathing.

:01:22. > :01:27.I just started breathing for her and beating her heart for her,

:01:28. > :01:30.and she came back, and it couldn't have been any better.

:01:31. > :01:33.Poppy was rushed to hospital but suffered another

:01:34. > :01:38.She was only given a slim chance of survival,

:01:39. > :01:41.but after a week on life support, started to show

:01:42. > :01:46.After three weeks in hospital, Poppy was discharged, and

:01:47. > :01:52.She and her family came to see the ambulance crew involved

:01:53. > :01:56.in saving her life being recognised for their work.

:01:57. > :01:59.It is great to see people sit face-to-face to say thank you,

:02:00. > :02:01.because you do not often get to do that,

:02:02. > :02:08.It is just a job to them but it means the world to us.

:02:09. > :02:11.It is hoped Poppy will make a full recovery,

:02:12. > :02:12.and she is already back to

:02:13. > :02:17.Northumbria Police say they are speaking to the families of 26

:02:18. > :02:20.people after human tissue was stored for years after their deaths.

:02:21. > :02:22.The material was found after an audit at

:02:23. > :02:25.Police accept it was held for longer than

:02:26. > :02:28.necessary after a postmortem examination.

:02:29. > :02:34.Cleveland Police have spoken to 13 families affected on Teesside.

:02:35. > :02:39.That was the warning from Cleveland Fire Brigade as it

:02:40. > :02:42.launched its Easter appeal to reduce arson attacks.

:02:43. > :02:44.But the very same day, five fire crews were called

:02:45. > :02:47.to Eston Hills near Middlesbrough, an area repeatedly

:02:48. > :02:52.targeted by arsonists. Here's Stuart Whincup.

:02:53. > :02:55.The number of arson attacks across Teesside has been falling

:02:56. > :02:58.but, in just one year, Cleveland's crews recently had

:02:59. > :03:02.to deal with 3,000 fires that had been started deliberately.

:03:03. > :03:05.The black and burnt-out hillside at Eston shows

:03:06. > :03:10.It's a landmark of importance and yet, every spring,

:03:11. > :03:14.it seems it's just ripe for arsonists to run riot,

:03:15. > :03:22.These morons who do it just revel in it.

:03:23. > :03:24.And somebody out there must know who they are.
