:02:23. > :02:31.And parts of it have been burned down.

:02:32. > :02:36.People came to hear today about the much more peaceful focus

:02:37. > :02:43.We hope that Rose Castle will be a real global hub for the work

:02:44. > :02:46.of reconciliation going on around the world.

:02:47. > :02:48.I think this is something that is going to be very

:02:49. > :02:51.important for Cumbria, and so we are really keen that

:02:52. > :02:53.Cumbrian people should understand what is going on and feel

:02:54. > :02:57.The building is owned by a Christian charity.

:02:58. > :03:00.This historic space will be hired out for events to raise funds,

:03:01. > :03:03.but its main purpose is to `ct as a neutral background

:03:04. > :03:06.for conflicted groups around the world.

:03:07. > :03:10.Often when people are in a situation of conflict it is very hard

:03:11. > :03:13.to meet on their own turf, so we need to bring them out of that

:03:14. > :03:16.place to a safe space, somewhere that is away

:03:17. > :03:19.from the business of city life or conflict.

:03:20. > :03:23.It is such a peaceful place, it is such a beautiful placd.

:05:10. > :05:15.So far this month most of the rain has been near Eastern coasts. That's

:05:16. > :05:19.changing quite dramatically. All of this cloud coming in from the south

:05:20. > :05:22.and this rain band moving across the channel into southern parts of

:05:23. > :05:25.England right now. The rain is easing off in the south-east of

:05:26. > :05:28.England. The main focus will be for the south-west of England where

:05:29. > :05:32.there could be heavy bursts of rain in Devon and Cornwall. With the

:05:33. > :05:37.shield of cloud pushing into Wales, the Midlands and the southern half

:05:38. > :05:42.of the UK, but it isn't as cold night. Different story further

:05:43. > :05:43.north, breaks in the cloud allowing for a touch of frost and pockets of
