0:00:28 > 0:00:30It's understood the glider was being towed in the air -

0:00:30 > 0:00:35but crashed to the ground as it was being released.

0:00:35 > 0:00:37A 62 year old man was treated by paramedics

0:00:37 > 0:00:39and the air ambulance - but died at the scene.

0:00:39 > 0:00:41An investigation by the air accidents

0:01:23 > 0:01:26But Arriva Trains north says it does want to talk.

0:01:26 > 0:01:30What we want to do with the RMT is to sit down and talk with them

0:01:30 > 0:01:33about how best we can introduce some of the changes to the benefit

0:01:33 > 0:01:35of their members and our customers, as well.

0:01:35 > 0:01:37In Hexham, commuters had to wait until 1120 to catch

0:01:37 > 0:01:38a train to Newcastle.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40Unfortunately, obviously due to the strike we've only got
