:00:05. > :00:07.Good evening and welcome to Monday's Look North. On the

:00:07. > :00:10.programme tonight: A grisly task. Police prepare to

:00:10. > :00:17.exhume the remains of a mystery woman whose body was found dumped

:00:18. > :00:23.in North Yorkshire 30 years ago. We'll be live from the churchyard.

:00:23. > :00:28.Also tonight: Visions of China. It's enter the

:00:28. > :00:32.dragon as Leeds gets ready to welcome the Chinese Olympic team.

:00:32. > :00:42.And it's the $6 million question for dozens of woolly mums to be as

:00:42. > :00:45.

:00:45. > :00:52.Thwack how do you know if their moms are having babies? Two or

:00:52. > :01:02.three, or one? There could be a spell of the sleet

:01:02. > :01:03.

:01:03. > :01:06.or snow to come in the morning. A seven-hour police operation to

:01:06. > :01:09.exhume a body begins at midnight tonight in a North Yorkshire

:01:10. > :01:13.cemetery. Detectives hope it will enable them to identify the remains

:01:13. > :01:16.of a woman's body found 30 years ago.

:01:16. > :01:23.The body was dumped close to Sutton Bank in 1981, but who the woman was

:01:23. > :01:26.and how she died has remained a mystery ever since. Now police have

:01:26. > :01:35.taken this usual step to try solve the mystery. Our crime

:01:35. > :01:41.correspondent John Cundy reports. Hidden in undergrowth near the side

:01:41. > :01:46.of a minor road, the woman's body may have weighed there for over two

:01:46. > :01:50.years. An anonymous phone call led police to the grim discovery. In

:01:50. > :01:56.extending the body, detectives hope that advances in DNA science will

:01:56. > :01:58.enable them to identify the woman and he she died. We have been

:01:58. > :02:01.reviewing the original investigation and we had been

:02:01. > :02:07.contacted by two members of the public in relation to whether it is

:02:07. > :02:12.a member of their family. We have made an application to the coroner,

:02:12. > :02:17.for the exhibition of the body. the initial investigation, a three-

:02:17. > :02:21.dimensional works reconstruction was made of the woman's head. It is

:02:21. > :02:25.believed she had been in a her late thirties and the mother of up to

:02:25. > :02:28.three children. We have always maintained it is keen that we

:02:28. > :02:35.identify individuals so that families can know how their loved

:02:35. > :02:39.ones died. Again, as you have pointed, we have to ascertain

:02:39. > :02:48.whether a crime has been committed here. Gravediggers, watched by

:02:48. > :02:56.police, built worked in a late- night to extend the body. -- will

:02:56. > :03:00.work through the night tonight to eggs and that the body. -- exhume

:03:00. > :03:09.the body. John joins us now from Malton

:03:09. > :03:14.Cemetery. We had from the man leading the

:03:14. > :03:19.investigation. A most unusual thing to do. Presumably very expensive.

:03:20. > :03:25.How do you justify it for someone that died 30 years ago? This case

:03:25. > :03:28.has 31 years old and clearly it is a complex investigation. If we can

:03:28. > :03:33.identify a food woman is, we will be able to ascertain if a criminal

:03:33. > :03:39.offence has been committed and there are also may be a family

:03:39. > :03:44.waiting for closure. The key to this investigation is the identity

:03:44. > :03:51.of the woman. If we can do that, it will lead to lines of investigation.

:03:51. > :03:56.So you it gets in the next day or so, you will get the results of the

:03:56. > :03:59.DNA test. What does that lead you den? What we can then do is

:03:59. > :04:03.reviewed the original lines of investigation. We can do familial

:04:04. > :04:09.work with those who think they have lost a family member and we can do

:04:09. > :04:15.work with the DNA database. Briefly, what about this anonymous caller?

:04:15. > :04:22.The man who originally alerted police. We have no idea who he is,

:04:22. > :04:26.do be? What I would ask is if that person now is no position to come

:04:26. > :04:29.forward, that the to come flawed, because they might have information

:04:29. > :04:37.that is valuable to the investigation. It will take

:04:37. > :04:41.something like seven hours, starting at midnight. It will take

:04:41. > :04:49.most of tonight and just before dawn, we hope to have completed the

:04:49. > :04:55.process and the body will be taken to all local mortuary. That is the

:04:55. > :05:04.scene this evening. The exhibition will begin in something like 6.5

:05:04. > :05:07.hours time. -- the exhumation. Later on Look North:

:05:07. > :05:09.Against the odds. The young Sheffield figure skater who has

:05:09. > :05:13.overcome career-threatening injury to make it onto the British team.

:05:13. > :05:16.The Prime Minister says there is a businessman or woman in all of us

:05:16. > :05:17.and today he came to Yorkshire to launch the Government's latest

:05:17. > :05:20.initiative to get the economy moving again.

:05:20. > :05:26.David Cameron wants spare Government offices to be offered at

:05:26. > :05:29.cheap rents to start up businesses. Is this a token gesture or will it

:05:29. > :05:38.have a significant impact? Len Tingle put those questions to the

:05:38. > :05:42.Prime Minister. Until a few months ago, civil

:05:42. > :05:47.servants work in these offices in Leeds. Public sector cutbacks have

:05:47. > :05:51.left them empty. Today, the Prime Minister used in to launch an

:05:51. > :05:56.initiative which he will be converted to smaller units and let

:05:56. > :06:00.to anyone wanting space to set up new businesses. But will that be

:06:00. > :06:04.enough in Yorkshire and the North where unemployment has been rising

:06:04. > :06:12.at a faster rate than in the south of England? It is an important

:06:12. > :06:16.start. We need a private sector led recovery. In terms of the North-

:06:16. > :06:22.South divide, you can see that this government is putting a lot of

:06:22. > :06:23.money into infrastructure. The Autumn Statement last year saw or

:06:23. > :06:28.hundred and 54 million in infrastructure projects

:06:28. > :06:31.specifically to help the Yorkshire area. We're committed to making

:06:31. > :06:35.sure we have the infrastructure to deal with that they have died.

:06:35. > :06:45.business start-ups in you ought to have been flagging. Around 20,000

:06:45. > :06:55.

:06:55. > :07:04.were launched in 2007. The latest figures show it is down to 16.5000.

:07:04. > :07:07.16,500. For this woman, a young mum as well as a businesswoman, off the

:07:07. > :07:12.space was an important factor. Other hurdles were much more

:07:12. > :07:17.difficult to overcome. He has to address the basic issue of funding

:07:17. > :07:23.and money and the banks' lending for my personal point of view. Any

:07:23. > :07:27.attempt to address this problem that faces many of the families in

:07:27. > :07:31.the country. While most of the Yorkshire entrepreneur has that the

:07:31. > :07:36.Prime Minister met today welcomed his initiative, most said it is a

:07:36. > :07:39.help rather than an answer. We have also learnt that Yorkshire-

:07:39. > :07:42.based Asda is to spend 500 million this year creating 5,000 new jobs

:07:42. > :07:48.around the country. Our correspondent Alan Whitehouse joins

:07:48. > :07:52.me now. Alan, what will the region get out of these two announcements

:07:52. > :07:56.today? The honest answer is that we do not

:07:56. > :08:06.know right now. It would be to know is that it revolves around it

:08:06. > :08:11.

:08:11. > :08:15.opening 25 brand new stores and refurbishing 40 more. We heard

:08:15. > :08:19.about that a plan for a brand new ASDA store and we went to get

:08:19. > :08:23.reactions from the locals. They could just as easily bring in

:08:23. > :08:26.outside people to do those jobs if they are recruiting from out of

:08:26. > :08:32.town. Even the we have a massive unemployment programme -- problem,

:08:32. > :08:37.no one is forced to employ local people. More at jobs. I need a job.

:08:37. > :08:45.It would be good for me. It is near the school for the children. It is

:08:45. > :08:49.just easier than going all the way up to Morrisons. It is just a very

:08:49. > :08:56.welcome. It is what we need. market struggles to start with. If

:08:56. > :08:59.we get an ASDA as well, it will be the end of the market.

:08:59. > :09:04.We have heard Prime Minister talking today about help for small

:09:04. > :09:09.businesses. Writing off government offices essentially to help start

:09:09. > :09:13.new businesses. You're getting the same story now

:09:13. > :09:16.from all levels of business and it is that the banks are not lending.

:09:16. > :09:21.They are not lending to enough companies and when the do, dear not

:09:21. > :09:25.lending enough money. I was talking to a small but since then last week

:09:26. > :09:30.who employs nine people. He thinks he could be employing 60 people

:09:30. > :09:35.have only the banks would fund the expansion.

:09:35. > :09:43.A also bad news today. He is a fashion chain -- a fashion

:09:43. > :09:51.chain set in a -- based in Huddersfield making job losses. The

:09:51. > :09:55.headquarters are here in Yorkshire. Thieves have used a stolen digger

:09:55. > :10:00.to rip a cash machine off the wall of a supermarket in a North

:10:00. > :10:03.Yorkshire market town. It happened at the Co-op on Park Street in

:10:04. > :10:07.Masham at around 3am this morning. The cash machine was then put onto

:10:07. > :10:09.a flat bed trailer and driven off. Two men have been arrested this

:10:09. > :10:17.afternoon. Lesley Musgrave owns the newsagents opposite the Co-op. She

:10:17. > :10:22.watched it happen from her bedroom window. I walk up a bit TM this

:10:22. > :10:27.morning to lot of noise, alarms going off, bleeping sounds and they

:10:27. > :10:31.look that of the window and my husband said other Co-op was being

:10:31. > :10:36.run raided. Cheery enough, there was a wall warder at just running

:10:36. > :10:38.and then it pulled the ATM into the middle of the road, on to a pick-up

:10:38. > :10:41.and away. The Sheffield Wednesday chairman,

:10:41. > :10:45.Milan Mandaric, has appeared in court in London to face charges of

:10:45. > :10:48.tax evasion. Mr Mandaric, seen here in the middle, appeared alongside

:10:48. > :10:50.the Tottenham manager, Harry Redknapp. The charges relate to the

:10:50. > :10:53.time the pair worked together at Portsmouth, both deny any wrong

:10:53. > :10:56.doing. The trial is due to last two weeks.

:10:56. > :11:00.A man has admitted attempting to murder his ex-partner and her

:11:00. > :11:02.mother at a house in Leeds. Leslie Cunningham, who is 40 and from

:11:02. > :11:08.Gildersome, repeatedly stabbed Stephanie Gardener and her mum

:11:08. > :11:15.Angela at their home in Garforth last August. He has pleaded guilty

:11:15. > :11:17.to two counts of attempted murder and is due to be sentenced later.

:11:17. > :11:23.Mountain Rescue teams are still searching for a North Yorkshire

:11:23. > :11:26.climber who went missing in the Scottish Highlands on Thursday.

:11:26. > :11:29.Grant Cunliffe, from Skipton, is an experienced climber. He went hill

:11:29. > :11:32.walking in the Cairngorms at the end of last week. The alarm was

:11:32. > :11:35.raised on Saturday when Mr. Cunliffe, who is 51, failed to

:11:35. > :11:38.check into his hotel. All-day drinking events for

:11:38. > :11:44.students at The University of Sheffield have been stopped after a

:11:44. > :11:47.drunken teenage girl was run over by a double decker bus. The

:11:47. > :11:49.teenager suffered serious injuries after leaving Bar One at the end of

:11:49. > :11:54.half term in December. Students' union managers have decided all

:11:54. > :11:58.events will be suspended after the union's licence was reviewed.

:11:58. > :12:01.There has been a protest outside the Sheffield office of DVLA today.

:12:01. > :12:03.The branch, just off Ecclesall Road, is listed for closure along with 38

:12:03. > :12:11.other regional offices. The PCS union organised the protest today

:12:11. > :12:15.against the changes to the service. Today marks the start of the

:12:15. > :12:20.Chinese Year of the Dragon. It is also six months until the Chinese

:12:20. > :12:24.Olympic athletes arrive here in Yorkshire to start their training.

:12:24. > :12:29.300 sportsmen and woman and their back-up team will spend a month at

:12:29. > :12:39.the universities in Leeds. But how much has it cost Yorkshire to get

:12:39. > :12:42.

:12:42. > :12:46.them here and will the investment The traditional moodier Lights and

:12:46. > :12:50.the dance welcoming in Year of the Dragon. -- New Year and lion dance.

:12:50. > :12:55.Leeds has a large Chinese population and in July, the eyes of

:12:55. > :12:59.more than a billion people will be on Yorkshire, bringing the Olympic

:12:59. > :13:03.team to train here is a real coup for Leeds and it is hoped the hard

:13:03. > :13:08.work will reap rewards for generations to come. This was the

:13:08. > :13:11.video that won them over. Among the sports stars heading to Leeds will

:13:11. > :13:17.be the gold-medal winning table tennis team, as well as the

:13:17. > :13:20.country's track and field athletes. Leeds already has a 5,000 strong

:13:20. > :13:26.Chinese community and that this traditional gathering, the guests

:13:26. > :13:31.said they were certain the Olympic athletes would bring prosperity.

:13:31. > :13:36.any team to pick Leeds is an honour for the City of Leeds, and they

:13:36. > :13:39.will bring tourism. In Leeds, already lots of Chinese tourists

:13:39. > :13:45.come. It will help the local Chinese businesses as well,

:13:45. > :13:48.restaurants, Chinese supermarkets. Today, neither welcome to Yorkshire

:13:48. > :13:53.or Leeds City Council could say how much had been spent on trips abroad

:13:53. > :13:57.and hospitality to secured the Chinese Olympic training, but this

:13:57. > :14:03.is what we do know. Signing up the Chinese was the culmination of more

:14:03. > :14:07.than four years of work. 300 athletes, coaches and cooks are

:14:07. > :14:12.coming here, representing at least 11 sport. Welcome to Yorkshire says

:14:12. > :14:17.last year it secured the equivalent of 4.5 million of advertising from

:14:17. > :14:21.the Chinese media. The Chinese will pay for all of the facilities, food,

:14:21. > :14:24.accommodation and transport, so there is a real direct benefit for

:14:24. > :14:29.the economy. It is the longer term benefits we are hoping to see and

:14:29. > :14:35.we have had interest from the Chinese media, we have website set

:14:35. > :14:40.up -- set up that feature lead and one of those was recently set up

:14:40. > :14:44.and had 3 million hits. The Chinese Olympic Games and their officials

:14:44. > :14:49.arriving just over six months. The initial financial benefit to lead

:14:49. > :14:54.is going to be at quarter of a million pounds. -- to Leeds. In the

:14:54. > :14:58.long term, everybody is hoping it is much, much more.

:14:58. > :15:03.I think that was the year of the tiger when I was born.

:15:03. > :15:05.By think I was a rabbit. I am pretty sure. -- I think.

:15:05. > :15:08.Before seven o'clock: Great expectations - its an "un-

:15:08. > :15:16.ewe-sually" tense time for a group of mums-to-be as they await the

:15:16. > :15:19.results of their first ever scans. And join me in a few minutes' time

:15:20. > :15:25.from Yorkshire's highest pub, where last night they had a spectacular

:15:25. > :15:33.view of the Northern Lights. Will they we appear again this evening?

:15:33. > :15:37.-- reappear. It is time the sport and Tanya,

:15:37. > :15:46.what weight you? I have a nasty suspicion I might be

:15:46. > :15:48.a rat. I'll have to chat -- check. Sweet and fluffy, that's what it

:15:48. > :15:52.means. Shall we move on to the sport

:15:52. > :15:55.before we lose the plot?! The European Figure Skating

:15:55. > :15:58.Championships are taking place in Sheffield all week and one man

:15:58. > :16:00.delighted to be taking part is local skater Jason Thompson. He's

:16:01. > :16:08.overcome a major injury to be selected for the competition. Tom

:16:08. > :16:11.Ingall caught up with him backstage. This is the press conference centre

:16:11. > :16:14.where backstage at the European Figure Skating Championships, held

:16:15. > :16:19.at Sheffield Arena, a tremendous coup to have this event in the city,

:16:19. > :16:24.all eyes are on our next guest, Jason Thompson, who is 22, trained

:16:24. > :16:27.in Sheffield and you are carrying the British hopes. I definitely am.

:16:28. > :16:33.So it is the first round of qualifying and then what happens?

:16:33. > :16:35.It is qualifying later tonight and then when I get through to that, I

:16:35. > :16:39.compete in another short programme on Thursday and we will say where

:16:39. > :16:45.it goes. You must be as thrilled as we are to see this event in your

:16:45. > :16:50.home city? It is a great honour to skate in the Europeans in the first

:16:50. > :16:54.place but for it to be in my home town... Does it give you advantage?

:16:54. > :16:58.I wouldn't say so, but it is good for the city and people of

:16:58. > :17:01.Sheffield who want to watch it and it saves me travelling! It wasn't

:17:01. > :17:06.so long ago you were battling back from what could have been a career-

:17:06. > :17:10.threatening injury. Definitely, I have had two quite serious injuries

:17:10. > :17:13.on my right knee and I was lucky to come back in third. It was quite

:17:13. > :17:18.mental stress as well as physical, so I have done well to get back

:17:18. > :17:22.into it. Good luck tonight, we will let you get into the zone for

:17:22. > :17:27.getting out on the ice and we will let you know how Jason did on the

:17:28. > :17:31.lake Bolton tonight. They have some of the world's best

:17:31. > :17:35.skaters then there -- later button. On to football now and the battle

:17:35. > :17:37.for League One promotion took another twist this weekend. But

:17:37. > :17:43.first, Leeds United finished a difficult week with a win at home

:17:43. > :17:47.to Ipswich in the Championship as Ian Bucknell reports.

:17:47. > :17:51.More protests outside Elland Road in the week that Leeds United sold

:17:52. > :17:56.their captain. Chance against the chairman continued inside --

:17:56. > :18:00.chanting. On the pitch, the turning point was the sending-off of the

:18:00. > :18:07.Ipswich goalkeeper Alex McCarthy for handling outside the area.

:18:07. > :18:12.Leeds needed that bit of luck, going on to win 3-1, Luciano

:18:12. > :18:18.Becchio oh completing the scoring. Darius Henderson did the damage

:18:18. > :18:22.against Barnsley, at getting a hat- trick against -- at Oakwell.

:18:22. > :18:26.Habib Beye was sent off for Doncaster for the stomp -- two-

:18:26. > :18:30.footed lunge and the Rovers remain in the bottom three.

:18:30. > :18:36.Ask any of the sites near the top of League One and they will tell

:18:36. > :18:41.you that Charlton are running away -- besides. Sheffield United lost

:18:41. > :18:49.to them this week. Others failed fought back from being two down

:18:49. > :18:53.against Brentford. 2-2 at half-time, so step forward by highest scorer

:18:53. > :18:58.in English football. Jordan roads got his 29th of the season and the

:18:58. > :19:01.wind. Look at this fantastic solo effort

:19:01. > :19:05.from Sheffield Wednesday's Jermain Johnson. His run from the halfway

:19:05. > :19:08.line ended in a goal. But they conceded late on for the match to

:19:08. > :19:14.end in a draw. And could this be the start of

:19:14. > :19:19.Chesterfield's revival. Josh Thompson and the spy writer their

:19:19. > :19:22.first win since September. -- earned Chesterfield.

:19:22. > :19:29.On-loan defender Andrew Davis placed his free-kick beyond the

:19:29. > :19:35.button keeper as Bradford group 1-1. And there were -- move away from

:19:35. > :19:39.the wind tunnel can't happen quickly enough. Port Vale winning

:19:39. > :19:42.it, making it 2 home defeat in a road for the Millers.

:19:42. > :19:49.-- two. And you can see much more football

:19:49. > :19:51.on tonight's Late Kick Off. John Hendrie and Briane Deane are

:19:51. > :19:54.alongside Guy Mowbray. It's on at 11:05pm here on BBC One.

:19:54. > :19:56.And in Badminton, Leeds' Jenny Wallwork won the Swedish

:19:56. > :20:02.International with partner Nathan Robertson to boost their hopes of

:20:02. > :20:11.qualifying for the Olympics. That is it from me. And Olympic

:20:11. > :20:17.Dreams, if you missed it... Can we had a shot of that? -- Can

:20:17. > :20:21.we have. I am very sorry, he has just destroyed the studio.

:20:21. > :20:26.Welcome to live television! Olympic Dreams, as I was saying it, is

:20:26. > :20:31.available on the iPlayer. We had just checked your date of birth, I

:20:31. > :20:36.am a rabbit, you are not a rat, you are a rooster.

:20:36. > :20:42.I am a rooster! I am not saying anything. Which you prefer?

:20:42. > :20:46.I think Ristic is preferable. Tanya Thank you, we are just going

:20:46. > :20:53.to rebuild the studio. We just add a couple of items first.

:20:53. > :20:58.Now, any expectant mums out there will relate to this.

:20:58. > :21:01.Have you lasted? It was all going so well. -- lost

:21:01. > :21:04.it. That special moment during pregnancy - the first scan. Well,

:21:04. > :21:05.there's been an entire barn of nervous females at Cannon Hall Farm

:21:05. > :21:09.near Barnsley all waiting for scan results.

:21:09. > :21:10.Not women of course, but sheep. So will it be twins, triplets or just

:21:10. > :21:15.one lamb? A little reluctant, this pregnant

:21:15. > :21:20.ewe is gently -- gently encouraged into the pen for a scan. The latest

:21:20. > :21:22.in antenatal care for sheep. I put this on the window, the tiny part

:21:22. > :21:27.this on the window, the tiny part of skin under the stomach. I can

:21:27. > :21:29.see the body and their head, there is a body there. The black gap

:21:29. > :21:36.is a body there. The black gap above it, I scan through there and

:21:36. > :21:42.I say the body. So it is Twins. The scanned information is used for. If

:21:42. > :21:48.the lamb grows too big, it can lead to a complicated birth. By giving

:21:48. > :21:51.us this information, it enables them to feed them properly.

:21:51. > :21:56.Occasionally, they will need some help, but if the lamb is presented

:21:56. > :21:59.properly, they will always usually give birth on their own. It is the

:21:59. > :22:05.first time the flock have been scanned so children from a nearby

:22:05. > :22:10.school were invited to watch. Any Questions? Yes! Why are the sheep

:22:10. > :22:17.going to have babies? Why are they going to? So we have some lambs to

:22:17. > :22:23.look at in the spring, that will be really nice. How do you know that

:22:23. > :22:29.babies are going to be in their tummies? A -- how long. They are

:22:29. > :22:34.going to be born in April. How many babies, two, three or one? And the

:22:34. > :22:38.inquisitive mind kept probing. Families can go along to watch the

:22:38. > :22:45.scans and even see the lambs being born in April. Until then, but

:22:45. > :22:52.rather plump ewes will keep on eating for two, or even three.

:22:52. > :22:57.Lovely. Can I just say something, they are

:22:57. > :23:01.telling me what sign he is in the Chinese now a year. It is an

:23:01. > :23:04.interesting sign. We will find out shortly, will we?

:23:04. > :23:07.We will. Now before we hand over to Paul for

:23:07. > :23:09.the latest weather forecast, some of our more eagle-eyed viewers may

:23:10. > :23:12.have noticed a spectacular phenomenon in the skies last night.

:23:12. > :23:15.Yes, the Northern Lights were visible in large parts of rural

:23:15. > :23:18.Yorkshire. Will they make a repeat performance tonight? I would love

:23:18. > :23:23.to see these, absolutely love it. Danny Savage is in Swaledale in

:23:23. > :23:27.North Yorkshire with the answer. Can you see them?

:23:27. > :23:32.Not yet, but the conditions are perfect. I know you will be talking

:23:32. > :23:36.to Paul about the weather, but the men -- wind-chill factor is a red

:23:36. > :23:39.minus six at the moment. We have seen shooting Stars, satellite, but

:23:39. > :23:42.we haven't seen that Northern Lights, although we could well do

:23:42. > :23:46.this evening. Let me step out of this evening. Let me step out of

:23:46. > :23:50.shot, this is what it looked like last night. A long exposure on this

:23:50. > :23:54.picture taken by Paul Keen step shows the Northern light perfectly.

:23:54. > :23:58.You can see the green hue of the Northern Lights on the left-hand

:23:58. > :24:02.side of the picture and the orange tinge in the right-hand side, he

:24:02. > :24:07.has really captured those of pictures of the Northern Lights. It

:24:09. > :24:14.south. We are much -- used to it happening at latitude much further

:24:14. > :24:18.north. We should hopefully see them again tonight. Lots of people were

:24:18. > :24:25.talking about it on Twitter and the internet today, having taken their

:24:25. > :24:29.own pictures. Basically, from Yorkshire -- Yorkshire northwards.

:24:29. > :24:32.One expert says that the solar storm that has caused the Northern

:24:32. > :24:37.Lights was so strong last night, the residue of it should be seen

:24:37. > :24:39.this evening and we will stay out here to see if we can see it.

:24:39. > :24:44.Fantastic. You s, great.

:24:44. > :24:53.Have you got some more pictures? I have. I had never seen it before

:24:53. > :24:57.and it is standing. Not quite as good as that, but not bad.

:24:57. > :25:02.This was Scarborough, you can just see again on the northern horizon.

:25:02. > :25:05.So for those lucky few who saw that, So for those lucky few who saw that,

:25:05. > :25:10.at... That is one of my ambitions. You

:25:10. > :25:16.can keep those pictures coming in if you see it tonight. If he wanted

:25:16. > :25:19.to see that picture again, you can go to my website.

:25:19. > :25:23.go to my website. It is all happening at the moment.

:25:23. > :25:27.We will start the forecast with the warning of some snow, an early

:25:27. > :25:33.warning of rain, sleet and snow, which will push in during a

:25:33. > :25:36.critical time of the morning, between 6am and 9 am, a short spell

:25:36. > :25:40.but nevertheless, we could have accumulated and not just over the

:25:40. > :25:45.hills but at lower levels for a short time, courtesy of a warm

:25:45. > :25:49.front which will eventually bring it milder air from the south-west.

:25:50. > :25:53.One or two showers running through south and west in Yorkshire for a

:25:53. > :25:57.time today but they are almost gone, so the forecast is clear. If you

:25:57. > :26:03.want to try and get a glimpse of the Northern Lights, there will be

:26:03. > :26:06.widespread frost. There is the first of the rain, sleet and snow

:26:06. > :26:15.into more western areas towards dawn, the lowest temperatures down

:26:15. > :26:24.to minus two or 3C. The sun will rise at 80 6:00am, setting at

:26:24. > :26:28.We will have the band of rain preceded by sleet and snow over the

:26:28. > :26:31.hills and that low levels for a time but it is moving fairly

:26:31. > :26:35.quickly and that snow will turn back to rain and that will peter

:26:35. > :26:39.out through the cause of the day. There will be a lot of a fog over

:26:39. > :26:43.the hills and we will be left with drizzle and further bits and pieces

:26:43. > :26:47.of light rain. Eventually, we will see top temperatures of a five or

:26:47. > :26:52.six degrees but it will be a slow process getting that mild air in

:26:52. > :26:56.from the West. Then it is back to milder stuff on Wednesday, quite a

:26:57. > :26:59.lot of cloud around, there will be afresh South West wind,

:26:59. > :27:03.temperatures around about 10 degrees by the end of Wednesday.

:27:03. > :27:08.Some rain starting to push in from the north-west, clearing on

:27:08. > :27:13.Wednesday night. Thursday, it looks colder with sunny intervals and

:27:13. > :27:18.some scattered showers, and Friday, a few share was towards the coast

:27:18. > :27:22.but mostly dry with some sunshine. -- showers. So a warning in place

:27:22. > :27:27.for a bit of snow for tomorrow morning in places.
