:00:00. > :00:00.in advance of the general election. That is all

:00:00. > :00:00.Good evening and welcome to Wednesday's Look North.

:00:00. > :00:09.The fire at a South Yorkshire recycling plant sending smoke

:00:10. > :00:22.Just over the roof of that building is a giant wind turbines whhch is

:00:23. > :00:26.normally as clear as day, btt it just drifts in and out of existence

:00:27. > :00:29.as the smoke plumes towards Sheffield.

:00:30. > :00:32.Residents are told it won't be put out for another two days.

:00:33. > :00:35.We'll be live from there with the latest.

:00:36. > :00:38.A Bradford homeless charity gets a royal visit from its patron,

:00:39. > :00:42.And, we remember the South Xorkshire coal miner awarded the military

:00:43. > :00:57.It has been a pretty dreadftl day. A slow improvement through tolorrow.

:00:58. > :01:07.The five`day forecast follows shortly.

:01:08. > :01:10.A company which recycles waste wood has apologised for a fire

:01:11. > :01:13.which has sent smoke billowhng over South Yorkshire, 30 miles.

:01:14. > :01:17.The fire in a woodchip pile at the factory in Crow Edge

:01:18. > :01:19.near Penistone has been smotldering since Monday night,

:01:20. > :01:22.and fire chiefs today said ht'll carry on smoking

:01:23. > :01:40.I am standing on this hill looking over this small hamlet. No listaking

:01:41. > :01:45.this fire. Much more smoke `nd steam to see right now than there was

:01:46. > :01:48.yesterday afternoon. This is day three of this fire. It is not just

:01:49. > :01:54.about the pile of wood chip smoking away, you can see that smokd

:01:55. > :01:58.drifting into the air, headhng south`east. Unsurprising th`t many

:01:59. > :02:03.of you have been getting in touch with us about how you think the fire

:02:04. > :02:07.is affecting you. Let's takd a look at how firefighters are tackling

:02:08. > :02:12.this incident. Day three of this fire, and time to

:02:13. > :02:15.call in the big guns. Extra fire crews have been summoned from

:02:16. > :02:19.Nottinghamshire and West Yorkshire. They are bringing with them high

:02:20. > :02:22.volume pumps and laying fivd kilometres of hose to bring water

:02:23. > :02:27.from a reservoir in the Pennine hills. We are working closely with

:02:28. > :02:31.the environment agency. We `re saying to people, make sure you

:02:32. > :02:34.close your windows and stay inside. The substance is not hazardous, but

:02:35. > :02:40.we are making sure that people get message. We are looking at 48 hours

:02:41. > :02:48.to bring it down, make sure the fire is out. So another two days? It

:02:49. > :02:52.could be, yes. This is the sort of material that is fire. Which chip

:02:53. > :02:57.which is stored here, ready to be used in biomass power stations. The

:02:58. > :03:01.area is about half the size of a football pitch and 20 metres high as

:03:02. > :03:04.they have to keep digging down into it and spraying the water onto it,

:03:05. > :03:12.which is creating a lot of `nd smoke. Just over the roof of that

:03:13. > :03:17.building is a giant wind turbine which is normally as clear `s day,

:03:18. > :03:20.but it just drifts in and ott of existence as the smoke plumds

:03:21. > :03:26.towards Sheffield. Living ndxt door to the site is the chairman of the

:03:27. > :03:29.parish council. The concerns are around the smoke and what it is

:03:30. > :03:32.doing to the people who livd here. The family next have got three

:03:33. > :03:36.little kids and they can't let them out in the garden because of the

:03:37. > :03:41.smoke. It is what is in the smoke. It is horrible, you get sord eyes,

:03:42. > :03:46.sore throat, it is not a nice feeling. The company that operates

:03:47. > :03:57.the site told us that health and safety is of great importance.

:03:58. > :04:04.The company has apologised to residents. This is the second fire

:04:05. > :04:09.here in the space of a few weeks. A scar of smoke across the skx, and is

:04:10. > :04:14.now carried on the breeze, leans its effects are felt by thousands beyond

:04:15. > :04:19.this isolated hamlet. At one point today, there wdre more

:04:20. > :04:24.than 40 firefighters at the scene. This fire could go on for another

:04:25. > :04:30.two days, perhaps even longdr. Below me, you can see the yellow pipe that

:04:31. > :04:33.has been laid today. That stretches for five kilometres back to a

:04:34. > :04:39.reservoir. High volume pumps are bringing water from their to put

:04:40. > :04:44.onto the fire. They are havhng to spray down those woodchips with

:04:45. > :04:47.water. We have had lots of comments. People send their house smells of

:04:48. > :04:54.the fire. People as far awax as Sheffield. One comment even from the

:04:55. > :05:00.south side of Chesterfield, saying that they can smell the fird there.

:05:01. > :05:02.Police searching for the missing Yorkshire b`ckpacker

:05:03. > :05:05.Gareth Huntley in the Malaysian jungle have tonight confirmdd

:05:06. > :05:10.Gareth, who was working as a voluntder,

:05:11. > :05:16.The 34`year`old had been trdkking on Tioman Island and was thought to

:05:17. > :05:20.But, earlier today, a body was discovered in a pond just

:05:21. > :05:23.metres away from the turtle project where he'd been working.

:05:24. > :05:33.The search for Gareth Huntldy had focused on deep jungle. The root of

:05:34. > :05:37.a waterfall trek he said he was making. In the end, it was hn water

:05:38. > :05:41.not far from the total centtry where he had been volunteering th`t the

:05:42. > :05:46.body of a man was actually found, in an area police say they had already

:05:47. > :05:53.searched. It was a search that has started small, just friends and

:05:54. > :05:58.family. But, through online campaigning and political pressure,

:05:59. > :06:03.it ended up 100 strong. Polhce and army, joined by sniffer dogs and

:06:04. > :06:07.helicopters. Malaysia policd say it is hard to recognise the face on the

:06:08. > :06:11.man's body, and that forenshc experts are needed. For that reason,

:06:12. > :06:15.it has not been officially confirmed the body is that of Gareth Huntley.

:06:16. > :06:18.A foreign office spokesperson confirmed that they are continuing

:06:19. > :06:26.to work closely with relation authorities, and are looking into

:06:27. > :06:30.the reports as a matter of trgency. Friends, assuming the worst, have

:06:31. > :06:35.taken to social media to pax tribute to Gareth. One man says he was by

:06:36. > :06:43.far one of the most generous than he ever had the honour of grazhng.

:06:44. > :06:58.Dash`macro gracing. Since he disappeared, Gareth's

:06:59. > :07:01.family have turned the search for him into an international appeal.

:07:02. > :07:06.Support from the British and Malaysians governments gave hopes of

:07:07. > :07:12.a happy ending, but the discovery of a man's body suggests it was not to

:07:13. > :07:13.be. Our thoughts are with Gareth's

:07:14. > :07:17.family this evening. Preparing for real life

:07:18. > :07:20.on the streets. The ?30 million police training

:07:21. > :07:23.facility that's the envy A 21`year`old man has been jailed

:07:24. > :07:28.for six weeks for posting an offensive message

:07:29. > :07:31.on Facebook following the mtrder After his arrest,

:07:32. > :07:50.Jake Newsome said he hadn't expected Jake Newsome, told by a judge

:07:51. > :07:55.today, free speech is a right, but no one is entitled to abuse it. Jake

:07:56. > :07:58.Newsome had posted his offensive message on Facebook for days after

:07:59. > :08:06.Ann Maguire was stabbed to death in her classroom. Thousands of users

:08:07. > :08:10.saw it before it was taken down The district judge told Jake Newsome he

:08:11. > :08:14.could think of nothing more offensive than the message he

:08:15. > :08:17.posted. He said it was parthcularly offensive to those who knew and

:08:18. > :08:21.loved Ann Maguire, including her family. The judge said the offence

:08:22. > :08:28.was so serious that Jake Newsome must go to jail immediately. It is

:08:29. > :08:30.the second time a man has bden jailed for posting offensivd

:08:31. > :08:37.messages relating to Ann Maguire's death. One man from south W`les was

:08:38. > :08:39.jailed for eight weeks last month. A youth aged 15 is awaiting trial for

:08:40. > :08:45.Ann Maguire's murder. A woman from Leeds, who fears her

:08:46. > :08:48.daughters will be subjected to female genital mutilation

:08:49. > :08:50.in Nigeria, has been deportdd. More than 120,000 people signed

:08:51. > :08:52.a petition calling for the woman and her daughters to

:08:53. > :08:56.be allowed to stay in the UK. The Home Office said it didn't think

:08:57. > :08:59.they needed protection, and that its decision has bden

:09:00. > :09:04.supported by the courts. A man is due to appear

:09:05. > :09:07.in court today charged with arson The blast happened at a bungalow

:09:08. > :09:12.on The Crescent Richard Dickenson,

:09:13. > :09:15.who's 45 and who lived in the bungalow, is charged with

:09:16. > :09:25.arson with intent to endangdr life. With a month left until the Tour de

:09:26. > :09:29.France, 25 Muslims are cyclhng from Glasgow to London to raise loney

:09:30. > :09:32.for charity and to promote peace. They called at a war memori`l

:09:33. > :09:35.in Bradford this morning, and they'll be visiting mospues

:09:36. > :09:37.in Huddersfield and Sheffield. They hope to raise ?100,000

:09:38. > :09:40.for British`based charities and also highlight the positive

:09:41. > :09:58.contribution that British Mtslims Our values of charity, respdct and

:09:59. > :10:03.tolerance are the same as the British values. By doing thhs cycle

:10:04. > :10:08.ride, we want to show that Hslam is peaceful, and if you want to look at

:10:09. > :10:11.a true on a peaceful Islam, look at the Muslim community.

:10:12. > :10:15.People in York are being asked what they think about plans to btild

:10:16. > :10:20.When it's finished, the Local Plan will act

:10:21. > :10:23.as a blueprint for the council, showing where new homes shotld be

:10:24. > :10:27.There are proposals to create a green belt to protect

:10:28. > :10:31.The plan also aims to identhfy sites where traveller

:10:32. > :10:39.A doctor from Leeds has devdloped a new piece of surgical equiplent for

:10:40. > :10:41.treating patients with a shoulder injury that can cause chronhc pain.

:10:42. > :10:44.Roger Hackney, who is also a former Olympic

:10:45. > :10:47.athlete, helped design a new type of patch that can fix large tears

:10:48. > :10:50.in the group of muscles and tendons surrounding the shoulder johnt.

:10:51. > :10:54.Jamie Coulson has been to the Spire Hospital to see how it works.

:10:55. > :11:06.His report contains scenes of surgery.

:11:07. > :11:10.74`year`old Mrs Horsfield h`s suffered agonising pain in her

:11:11. > :11:14.shoulder since having a fall last year. She has a large tech hn an

:11:15. > :11:19.area of the rotator cuff, which means some movements are allost

:11:20. > :11:24.impossible. Today, she is h`ving surgery to try and fix the problem.

:11:25. > :11:29.Getting dressed is impossible on my own. I have to have helped with

:11:30. > :11:33.that. Putting anything over my head is impossible. Everything h`s to

:11:34. > :11:37.button up the front. The pahn is very severe. It goes down the arm,

:11:38. > :11:42.across the shoulder, the shoulder blade at the back. It actually goes

:11:43. > :11:47.up the neck behind the ear. That is the rotator cuff. The size of the

:11:48. > :11:52.tech in her shoulder means that traditional surgery would bd if the

:11:53. > :11:56.cold with a limited chance of success. She is relying on ` piece

:11:57. > :12:01.of equipment developed by a surgeon from Leeds he wanted to improve on

:12:02. > :12:05.existing technology. The rotator cuff is a group of muscles `nd

:12:06. > :12:09.tendons that attach to the bones of the shoulder joint. Tears c`n

:12:10. > :12:13.develop as a result of age or injury, like dislocation. Now a lead

:12:14. > :12:19.surgeon has developed a technique to treat large tears using a ndw type

:12:20. > :12:23.of patch made out of polyester fabric. It is repaired as f`r as

:12:24. > :12:26.possible using stitches, before the patch is secured over the top,

:12:27. > :12:32.reinforcing the repair, and offering a permanent support. I am jtst

:12:33. > :12:36.tidying up to make sure it sits nicely. In just under an hotr, the

:12:37. > :12:42.operation is complete and the tech in her shoulder is complete. She may

:12:43. > :12:46.not get full activity back, but she will lose the pain, and she will

:12:47. > :12:51.have an excellent range of lovement. I could not bear the thought of life

:12:52. > :12:54.as it was, to be honest. Pahn night and day, and not being able to do

:12:55. > :13:00.things. At least with this, I have got some hope. The patch is already

:13:01. > :13:02.being used in a number of Etropean countries, offering patients like

:13:03. > :13:05.Becky a solution to a painftl problem.

:13:06. > :13:08.A ?30 million police training centre has opened in West Yorkshird.

:13:09. > :13:11.The giant complex will train officers from across the world.

:13:12. > :13:15.It includes a full sized street with shops and a pub so that offhcers can

:13:16. > :13:28.On a suburban street near Wakefield, police officers `re

:13:29. > :13:32.petrol bombed. The road, thd buildings and the scenario have all

:13:33. > :13:35.been created as part of an hntense training exercise. Every session is

:13:36. > :13:42.designed to mimic the feel of a real town. Right down to minute details.

:13:43. > :13:48.Outside we have got the roads, things like mini roundabouts. We

:13:49. > :13:51.have never really trained to deal with junctions with mini

:13:52. > :13:56.roundabouts, so that has catsed us a couple of problems in recent days.

:13:57. > :13:59.The scenario is now a massive, a lot better training facility for us

:14:00. > :14:05.Have you all got tickets for the game? The mocked uptown extdnds

:14:06. > :14:09.inside, where today a group of students have been brought hnto play

:14:10. > :14:13.the part of football found drinking in a pub before walking to the game.

:14:14. > :14:19.They are encouraged to act `s if they are drunk to make the dxercise

:14:20. > :14:23.feel more realistic. These fans have just made their way from thd pup to

:14:24. > :14:26.this mock`up of the football club. They are supposed to be going

:14:27. > :14:29.through the turnstile and things are getting a little bit rowdy. It is

:14:30. > :14:32.the sort of incident some officers might have to deal with on `

:14:33. > :14:39.Saturday afternoon. It is training for reality. We need to simtlate as

:14:40. > :14:43.much as is possible, exactlx what it is like out on the streets. When we

:14:44. > :14:48.train in this environment, we are training for reality, to do the job

:14:49. > :14:53.we wish to do. In this scen`rio things turned violent, with the fans

:14:54. > :14:57.now throwing bricks at the police. Most of these officers are regular

:14:58. > :15:02.PCs, brought in from their division for a day of training at thd new

:15:03. > :15:08.centre. These are the friendly faces, well`known to the local

:15:09. > :15:17.immunities, and tackling problems at a grassroots level in neighbourhood

:15:18. > :15:21.policing. Now we have got the training. Street lights are on and

:15:22. > :15:25.ask signals the end of this exercise. The pub where it started

:15:26. > :15:30.is empty, and the fans have gone back to being students. Tod`y, it

:15:31. > :15:33.was West Yorks officers. In the future, police forces from `cross

:15:34. > :15:44.the country are expected to visit and train on what must be the most

:15:45. > :15:45.dangerous street in Yorkshire. I am told that our cameraman was in

:15:46. > :15:51.his element. Following in the footsteps

:15:52. > :15:53.of a hero. Why a daughter is embarking

:15:54. > :15:56.on a D`Day pilgrimage 70 ye`rs after her father was awarded

:15:57. > :15:58.the military medal. And, behind every celebrity

:15:59. > :16:00.there's an agent! A new Sheffield course created by

:16:01. > :16:12.JLS star JB Gill aims to find out. Sport now, and a surprise rdsult

:16:13. > :16:15.to bring you from Bucharest. Olympic Champion Nicola Adals has

:16:16. > :16:18.been beaten today in the quarter finals of

:16:19. > :16:22.the European Women's Championships. The 31`year`old from Leeds

:16:23. > :16:24.was defeated 3`0 by Bulgari`n It was Nikki's first defeat

:16:25. > :16:33.for nearly two years. In squash,

:16:34. > :16:36.the England Commonwealth Gales squad was announced today and it hncludes

:16:37. > :16:38.a healthy Yorkshire contingdnt. Sheffield's world champion

:16:39. > :16:40.Nick Matthew is named in the male quintet, along with

:16:41. > :16:43.Pontefract's James Willstrop. The four women include Jennx Duncalf

:16:44. > :16:59.from Harrogate, as well as Being world champion is amazing I

:17:00. > :17:04.love the way of being introduced that way. You get that for ` full

:17:05. > :17:08.year, so it is an amazing fdeling. Going into any tournament, they all

:17:09. > :17:12.start from scratch, so it doesn t mean anything really. My form

:17:13. > :17:16.recently has been a bit up `nd down. I got a couple of medals at the last

:17:17. > :17:20.games, so I would love to do similar, or even better. It is

:17:21. > :17:25.massive, especially for squ`sh players, not being in the Olympics.

:17:26. > :17:28.The Commonwealth Games is rdally up there for us and we take it

:17:29. > :17:33.extremely seriously. Of course, we will cover their fortunes when the

:17:34. > :17:36.Commonwealth Games get underway in July.

:17:37. > :17:40.His Royal Highness Prince Whlliam has been visiting a homeless charity

:17:41. > :17:44.The Duke of Cambridge is patron of the Centrepoint charity, which

:17:45. > :17:49.Centrepoint in Bradford provides support for young homeless people.

:17:50. > :17:57.Prince William has been in front of the cameras all his life, btt on a

:17:58. > :18:01.visit to centrepoint in Bradford today, he decided to get behind the

:18:02. > :18:04.camera. The Duke of Cambridge spent the afternoon meeting young people

:18:05. > :18:08.who have been helped by the charity after becoming homeless. Soletimes

:18:09. > :18:14.you don't want to tell people how much you have been through. But to

:18:15. > :18:22.him it was OK, he was understanding. He was very

:18:23. > :18:27.sympathetic. It was an honotr to meet him. Before he came, I thought

:18:28. > :18:35.I would never get the chancd to meet someone as royal as him. It has

:18:36. > :18:41.boosted me. It is making me want to do more in life. William took part

:18:42. > :18:47.in a jobs session, and he found something in common with another new

:18:48. > :18:54.father. I had my baby last October. We were talking about that. It has

:18:55. > :19:01.changed me mentally and emotionally. It is the best feeling ever. Prince

:19:02. > :19:07.William's mother, Princess Diana, introduced him to centrepoint. She

:19:08. > :19:11.was patron from 1992. Through supporting Centrepoint, we `re

:19:12. > :19:13.investing in the lives of young people... It was the first charity

:19:14. > :19:18.William himself decided to get involved with. They help yotng

:19:19. > :19:25.homeless people learn new skills, find jobs and places to livd. Prince

:19:26. > :19:27.William has been patron of centrepoint for nine years, but the

:19:28. > :19:32.charity only came to Bradford nine months ago. This is the first chance

:19:33. > :19:35.the Duke has had to see somd of the work being done here. The prince

:19:36. > :19:39.seemed to have a big impact on those he met here this afternoon. It is

:19:40. > :19:50.hoped his royal visit will have inspired young people going through

:19:51. > :19:53.a difficult time. I received an e`mail a few weeks ago, nevdr

:19:54. > :19:59.realising the nature of the story we are about to tell you. She hs the

:20:00. > :20:00.daughter of eight the day hdro, and she is now on her way to Fr`nce to

:20:01. > :20:04.take part in a pilgrimage. Corporal Thomas Waters from South

:20:05. > :20:06.Yorkshire secured communications across a vital Normandy bridge while

:20:07. > :20:10.under enemy fire, and was awarded This week his daughter Sylvha

:20:11. > :20:22.is recreating his journey. Thomas Waters was a South Yorkshire

:20:23. > :20:26.coal mine who became a soldher. Thrust into one of the most

:20:27. > :20:29.important roles in one of the most important battles of the Second

:20:30. > :20:34.World War will stop 70 years ago this week, he helped capturd and

:20:35. > :20:39.establish communications across Pegasus Bridge on D`Day. Para troop

:20:40. > :20:44.is landed back at the Bridgd 14 years ago. Sylvia Atkinson hs his

:20:45. > :20:49.daughter. He rushed to the bridge calling for cover. He could have

:20:50. > :20:54.been shot at any moment. He rescued a man who was injured, and other

:20:55. > :21:00.people. From my perspective today, sadly, having to kill Germans.

:21:01. > :21:04.Pegasus Bridge was the first Allied target on D`Day morning. It's

:21:05. > :21:14.important in the battle that took place there was recreated in the

:21:15. > :21:18.epic film, The Longest Day. Corporal Waters was a signaller. It was his

:21:19. > :21:24.job to lay and maintain communications across the bridge,

:21:25. > :21:28.vital for Allied success. The film, released in 1962, captures just how

:21:29. > :21:31.frightening that must have been Corporal Waters's heroics wdre also

:21:32. > :21:38.in mortal eyes in this well`known painting. The artist has captured

:21:39. > :21:46.the incident where the bulldts are hitting the ground. You really get

:21:47. > :21:53.that feeling of how alone and how brave my father was. Sadly, later in

:21:54. > :21:57.the war, he was badly injurdd. He returned home to South Yorkshire and

:21:58. > :22:01.worked as a postman. Just a few years later, he was killed hn a road

:22:02. > :22:11.accident. Tomorrow, Sylvia will be back at the Bridge on the 70th

:22:12. > :22:13.anniversary to remember her father. We will follow Sylvia on th`t

:22:14. > :22:16.incredible journey. Now, we all know there's no business

:22:17. > :22:20.like show business but a college in Sheffield has taken it one stage

:22:21. > :22:24.further by offering a coursd in how Sheffield City College is to teach

:22:25. > :22:29.students about the ins and outs of the industry on a two`year course,

:22:30. > :22:31.which includes modules on contract It's the brainchild of formdr JLS

:22:32. > :22:36.star JB Gill. Shirley Henry went

:22:37. > :22:59.along to find out more. They have had five number ones, for

:23:00. > :23:08.bestselling albums, and won numerous awards. Now, JLS's JB is helping to

:23:09. > :23:12.start a business course at Sheffield's city College. What a lot

:23:13. > :23:15.of people forget is whether your discipline is music or dancd or

:23:16. > :23:21.whatever, it is a business, and that is what comes first. Often, that is

:23:22. > :23:24.what is neglected. A lot of people feel that when they get into music

:23:25. > :23:29.or become a singer, they ard going to be spending all their tile on

:23:30. > :23:33.stage. The reality is that the smallest part of what you do is on

:23:34. > :23:37.stage. Today, he shared his expertise and if you photographs

:23:38. > :23:42.with aspiring students. Not everyone wants to be in the spotlight. Some

:23:43. > :23:46.people want to be behind`thd`scenes. It has been very inspirational. He

:23:47. > :23:51.has given lots of good mess`ges out to young people. It was amazing

:23:52. > :23:55.When you go to a job intervhew my being on a course like this, you are

:23:56. > :23:59.definitely further out than somebody who has done A`levels because all

:24:00. > :24:03.they have done is read a textbook and do an exam. But, will it all

:24:04. > :24:08.lead to a career in show business? That is the aspiration and the

:24:09. > :24:12.motivation, and that should be the dream. The reality is, at the end of

:24:13. > :24:17.the day, some may in time, `nd others will work in business

:24:18. > :24:27.promoting, events management, music venues, there is a whole host of

:24:28. > :24:34.opportunity out there. JLS lived the dream, but after five years, the

:24:35. > :24:40.band split up. Meanwhile, JB's business course start this

:24:41. > :24:45.September. One of my favourite bands. Of

:24:46. > :24:56.course! Let's move on.

:24:57. > :25:05.I have got some fantastic phctures. It has been a very lively afternoon.

:25:06. > :25:10.We start the story near Scunthorpe. We have had a number of fin`l louts.

:25:11. > :25:24.Nearly tornadoes. They becole a tornado when they hit the ground.

:25:25. > :25:34.We have now got sightings in Chesterfield as well. A verx moody

:25:35. > :25:44.picture in Scarborough this afternoon. Tomorrow's forec`st is an

:25:45. > :25:48.improving picture. Still a slow start, cloudy and damp at fhrst but

:25:49. > :25:58.the sunshine should breakthrough during Thursday afternoon. @ warm

:25:59. > :26:00.and sunny day on Friday, but the risk of some big thunderstorms

:26:01. > :26:05.breaking out during Saturdax in particular. It has been a mhserable

:26:06. > :26:10.day today with all the cloud, our breaks of rain and drizzle right

:26:11. > :26:17.across Yorkshire, and that hs where we are this evening. Further patchy

:26:18. > :26:21.outbreaks of rain come a persistent advert in the West, but it gradually

:26:22. > :26:29.tries to fizzle out for the cause of the night. Ten the low overnight.

:26:30. > :26:43.The sun will rise at 4:39am. A very slow and damp start with

:26:44. > :26:51.patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Gradually, it will brighten

:26:52. > :26:55.up into the afternoon, and ht will become dry with some sunshine, and

:26:56. > :27:03.it should be a fine and sunny evening. A light or moderatd

:27:04. > :27:14.westerly breeze. Temperaturds 1 in York. Friday is looking a bdautiful

:27:15. > :27:19.day. Dry, warm, with some long spells of sunshine. But that warmth,

:27:20. > :27:24.the last into the weekend, we pick up some instability from thd near

:27:25. > :27:27.continent which could triggdr some big thunderstorms on Saturd`y. Warm

:27:28. > :27:34.sunshine in between, and we keep that fund at risk through Stnday.

:27:35. > :27:38.`` thunder risk. Perfect conditions for sleeping in a

:27:39. > :27:42.horse box. I will tell you how I survived

:27:43. > :27:54.tomorrow night. Good night.

:27:55. > :27:57.When the first travellers crossed America, they were faced with this -

:27:58. > :28:13.The very nature of the American personality was defined.

:28:14. > :28:15.Ray Mears explores the land behind the Hollywood legend

:28:16. > :28:19.and discovers the wild that made the West.
