:01:19. > :01:22.known, has released its third and final readiness report. And a survey
:01:23. > :01:28.shows a whopping ninety four per cent know the Tour's coming. And 84%
:01:29. > :01:32.of us think it's worth getthng excited about. But not everxone s
:01:33. > :01:37.convinced it's worth the disruption. 60% think it'll be worth it, that
:01:38. > :01:40.leaves 40% who don't. Well, the Grand Depart begins in just three
:01:41. > :01:44.weeks time, and our Tour correspondent Matt Slater h`s been
:01:45. > :01:54.looking at how ready Yorkshhre is for the big race.

:05:01. > :05:09.authorities. It is a massivd authorities. It is a massivd
:05:10. > :05:15.logistical exercise. You need to divert funds to pay for
:05:16. > :05:19.extra policing. When our tile in Germany got there we attracted lots
:05:20. > :05:28.of people, this time it will be 60,000. How will you cope whth that?
:05:29. > :05:35.There are a number of things that arise. We have made massive savings
:05:36. > :05:43.against the original budget and certain aspects of the organisation.
:05:44. > :05:48.Inevitably the money ebbs and flows. We are inside the original budget we
:05:49. > :05:56.were allocated. The fact is we must spend money on guaranteeing safety.
:05:57. > :05:59.You say it will not be police, and will be stewards. Are they properly
:06:00. > :06:07.trained? Of course. We have 10,000 volunteers

:07:43. > :07:46.community member. The road closure has been brought forward by two
:07:47. > :07:52.hours and they are worried nobody will turn up.

:08:38. > :08:39.crossed a road in Wibsey in Bradford. Police have appealed for
:08:40. > :08:42.witnesses. Lily's family have described her as a bright and
:08:43. > :08:50.beautiful girl who was generous and kind to everyone. Olivia Richwald
:08:51. > :09:00.reports. She was going to see her gr`ndad
:09:01. > :09:04.when she was hit by a car. Doctors were unable to save her lifd.
:09:05. > :09:12.Friends and family visited the scene to leave flowers. A beautiftl little
