:02:13. > :02:14.and until this weekend, there wasn't much to market.
:02:15. > :02:19.The villagers decided to brhng out the bunting themselves.
:02:20. > :02:21.I drive through Sheffield and say it doesn't look
:02:22. > :02:28.There is some bunting up in the next village but it looks
:02:29. > :02:33.I was waiting for something to go up here

:02:38. > :02:47.On the outskirts of Sheffield, it is villagers doing it for themselves.
:02:48. > :02:49.The further you get to Sheffield city centre,
:02:50. > :02:58.There are some that are worried that as you get further down
:02:59. > :03:03.along the route into the city, there is not enough yellow.
:03:04. > :03:07.The city centre is beginning to look amazingly yellow with
:03:08. > :03:11.our banners and flags and the French market behind me is coming.
:03:12. > :03:14.Out on the route in the villages, they are turning yellow

:03:26. > :03:31.Sheffield is three quarters full for Saturday night.
