:19:50. > :19:53.you turned the Dragons down! Two bids have now been
:19:54. > :19:57.tendered, both at a much greater equity stake than
:19:58. > :19:59.the entrepreneurs were offering, which poses a dilemma
:20:00. > :20:04.for the young businessmen. So thank you, all three
:20:05. > :20:12.of you, for the offer. The problem is we just
:20:13. > :20:17.couldn't drop our valuation. I don't know if there's any movement
:20:18. > :20:34.but we couldn't go to those They do not look happy.
:20:35. > :20:38.I felt nervous. Were you nervous? It was intense there was an hour and
:20:39. > :20:42.a half of filming. You are excited to get the offer and then we had to
:20:43. > :20:45.turn around and say no, so it was nerve-racking.
:20:46. > :20:50.How long do you get to whisper in Deeside?
:20:51. > :20:55.We were in the back of the room for about one minute. We have watched
:20:56. > :20:59.the programme for our whole lives since we were kids.
:21:00. > :21:03.You sound just like Yorkshire lads. You have accepted the bid from
:21:04. > :21:09.somebody else and got more money. How much did you get together?
:21:10. > :21:14.We have raised ?175,000 in our first round of funding. We have just gone
:21:15. > :21:20.on to raise ?750,000. How did you manage that?
:21:21. > :21:27.A combination of finding people excited by our vision, working hard,
:21:28. > :21:31.and trying to find the right type of people to invest.
:21:32. > :21:34.The vision, as the Dragons said, they could not believe it had not
:21:35. > :21:38.been done before. Who came up with the idea?
:21:39. > :21:43.Steve did. The idea came out of spending too
:21:44. > :21:48.much time going out in Leeds and Manchester and we found out what
:21:49. > :21:53.events were happening, and when I contacted some of the initial idea,
:21:54. > :21:58.we were amazed not been one place where event goers could see the
:21:59. > :22:01.information, so that is how the idea happened.
:22:02. > :22:04.A perfect combination. Sam, you are an expert at setting up this kind of
:22:05. > :22:07.thing. I started a software company at 16
:22:08. > :22:13.years old, and develop skills with that. That is how Steve knew me, and
:22:14. > :22:17.we use those skills... I bet your conversations are
:22:18. > :22:21.amazing. What do you talk about when you get home? Do you talk about, I
:22:22. > :22:24.have a new fantastic idea for a website?
:22:25. > :22:30.Universe which. I would like to talk to you further
:22:31. > :22:34.about that. How many people have you got working for you? Has the company
:22:35. > :22:38.developed? A team of seven but we will grow to
:22:39. > :22:43.12 people over the next three or four months. Then we are looking to
:22:44. > :22:47.raise a substantial amount of funding in about one year, and then
:22:48. > :22:53.we should have 40 or 50 team members.
:22:54. > :23:02.You are so young. 24 years old. The average age for our team are
:23:03. > :23:05.also 24 years old like us. There are younger people as well.
:23:06. > :23:11.I the it rules that out because we are both too old.
:23:12. > :23:14.How are you making money? It is a great idea because people want the
:23:15. > :23:20.best and cheapest tickets. How do you get money?
:23:21. > :23:24.It is free to use for users and the way we make money is receiving a
:23:25. > :23:28.small commission from ticket marketers to drive force behind
:23:29. > :23:36.cells. No added these to users and a small reward for driving up sales.
:23:37. > :23:41.No added fee. Not getting hold of tickets and
:23:42. > :23:47.sound than at inflated prices... Will you help prevent ticket touts?
:23:48. > :23:50.We offer transparency in the market so prices include the fees. By
:23:51. > :23:56.having all the tickets in one place you see the best deal.
:23:57. > :24:02.The key is to go around and convince people to give you the tickets to
:24:03. > :24:07.sell in the first place. Erm...
:24:08. > :24:10.Ticketmaster and see tickets and London theatre director, we have the
:24:11. > :24:13.major players on board and we are a platform to help them drive
:24:14. > :24:18.additional sales. They reach a new audience... They are happy to work
:24:19. > :24:22.with us to sell tickets. The best of luck. We know where to
:24:23. > :24:28.go when we want cheap tickets. Thank you.
:24:29. > :24:32.Somebody who likes a cheap ticket... Always.
:24:33. > :24:36.I do not like a free ticket but I like a free ticket.
:24:37. > :24:39.Rather than a cheap ticket. These are pictures from Weather Watchers.
:24:40. > :24:44.Not taking today but a beautiful view up to Castle Hill.
:24:45. > :24:49.The second picture is clear skies this evening. Look at the wind
:24:50. > :24:56.turbine. Keep the pictures coming in.
:24:57. > :25:02.It will be pretty cold over the next 24-hour sanity is all change as wet
:25:03. > :25:08.weather spreads back from the Atlantic on Friday. Tomorrow is a
:25:09. > :25:11.frosty start. Mainly sunny skies. Thursday chart... Watch what happens
:25:12. > :25:15.when the high-pressure gives way and moves the continent and pressure
:25:16. > :25:19.balls and we end up this weather system coming across. On Friday
:25:20. > :25:23.morning in particular it could pretty wet with outbreaks of rain.
:25:24. > :25:30.Eventually, milder air comes in from the Atlantic. The weekend is looking
:25:31. > :25:34.reasonable. Temperatures could reach double figures. No prizes for seeing
:25:35. > :25:37.where the wind is coming from, straight down from the north. That
:25:38. > :25:42.went moves a bit more cloud into coastal areas and the cloud picking
:25:43. > :25:46.up perhaps for one or two showers. I suspect it is cold enough for
:25:47. > :25:50.showers to turn wintry, perhaps a slight covering of snow on the
:25:51. > :25:53.eastern side of the North York Moors, with sleet and hill towards
:25:54. > :26:00.the coast. In that it is dry and clear. A straightforward forecast. I
:26:01. > :26:04.am sure the gritters are out already because minus four Celsius is
:26:05. > :26:09.expected, 25 Fahrenheit in the West. One or two Celsius on the coast and
:26:10. > :26:14.down to about minus three Celsius in other places. Perhaps a slight
:26:15. > :26:20.covering of snow. The sun rises at 8:23am and set at 4:01pm. Next I
:26:21. > :26:29.want times here... -- high water times. Tomorrow, one or two showers
:26:30. > :26:34.in Whitby, Scarborough and other places. They will fizzle out
:26:35. > :26:40.elsewhere and a cold and frosty start. Certainly some places will
:26:41. > :26:42.see frost lingering all day and long. Sunshine should lift
:26:43. > :26:47.temperatures eventually to about three or four Celsius, so you might
:26:48. > :26:51.imagine it will feel fairly chilly out of doors. They light and
:26:52. > :26:55.variable breeze, with three or four Celsius, five Celsius in
:26:56. > :27:00.Scarborough. Over the cup, settling nearer two Celsius, and a queue
:27:01. > :27:05.tomorrow evening, that frost really read develops. As we head through
:27:06. > :27:09.Friday, I think the frost has gone, as cloud and rain spread in from the
:27:10. > :27:13.West. The wind will strengthen as well. A miserable day on Friday. A
:27:14. > :27:16.lot of rain coming through Friday morning, heading towards Brady
:27:17. > :27:20.afternoon. Saturday and Sunday looks rather cloudy and some drizzle over
:27:21. > :27:24.the Pennines on Saturday morning. Otherwise Saturday is fine. Sunday
:27:25. > :27:31.not bad, with Brian variable amounts of sunshine with temperatures
:27:32. > :27:38.ranging nine - 11 Sultan 's. -- nine to 11 Celsius.
:27:39. > :27:42.A bottle of whiskey at Christmas... How did you get out of the
:27:43. > :27:53.supermarket with a tag on? That is it from us, back at 10:30pm.
:27:54. > :27:57.as he explores Naples, Venice and Florence.
:27:58. > :27:59.It's like we're walking through a giant's armpit.
:28:00. > :28:07.We can follow the escape route of Michelangelo.
