:03:36. > :03:38.we've had from the communitx, and put them in one place so we can
:03:39. > :03:41.all understand what it is wd're trying to achieve, the timescales
:03:42. > :03:43.we're going to do that and who's responsible.
:03:44. > :03:49.This plan isn't the start, lots of it has already happdned

:03:52. > :03:56.The plan sets out for the fhrst time how ?133 million is to be spent
