:00:53. > :00:55.We just got in the following day and cleaned up and all
:00:56. > :00:59.of this that you see here was completely destroyed.

:01:02. > :01:07.Now the owner has designed something new for a scheme that could help
:01:08. > :01:11.Why would gin help make people more resilient against flooding?
:01:12. > :01:14.A couple of friends and I, all chemists, have created this
:01:15. > :01:17.amazing gin and as you know, we were flooded, so the idea
:01:18. > :01:20.is to give up a proportion of the profits to the Watermark
:01:21. > :01:25.The objective is to grow our business and give money back
:01:26. > :01:29.into the Watermark Fund and it's too good an opportunity for both,
:01:30. > :01:37.Businesses around the Calder Valley are quite literally
:01:38. > :01:40.saving for a rainy day and it is in their interest to do it
:01:41. > :01:44.as well because for so many of them it is almost impossible to get
:01:45. > :01:49.For others it is a coffee, maybe a Christmas card or some events.
:01:50. > :01:53.Part or all of the profits are paid into the Watermark Fund.
:01:54. > :01:56.We have put it together on this tea towel.

:05:05. > :05:07.Brussels sprouts. It is a traditional Christmas dinner, so we

:05:18. > :05:22.refugees and asylum seekers in your chair. This lady came here as a
:05:23. > :05:26.refugee from the Congo four years ago and the hamper gives her an
:05:27. > :05:32.opportunity to celebrate her Christian faith. I am so happy that
:05:33. > :05:39.people come to see me. Thank you so much. I am so happy for this. And
:05:40. > :05:43.the season of goodwill extends as the faith leaders will be serving a
:05:44. > :05:52.meal to those in need on Christmas Day. Some happy faces. It is a Merry
