:00:47. > :00:49.Yaqub died after police in unmarked cars forced the vehicle

:00:50. > :00:54.he was in to make a sudden stop as it left the M62.

:00:55. > :00:58.He was shot three times through the windscreen.

:01:02. > :01:06.But people at the funeral simply wanted to know more

:01:07. > :01:10.about the circumstances of his death, earlier this week.

:01:11. > :01:13.Them parents have lost their son and them sisters have

:01:14. > :01:23.They all need answers, and I think they need them quick.

:01:24. > :01:25.As far as the gun culture and the criminal activity is concerned,

:01:26. > :01:31.But the question arises of the way this was carried out.

:01:32. > :01:34.In my opinion, it was totally out of order.

:01:35. > :01:36.The question is, the way it was handled.

:01:37. > :01:42.We cannot just go around and shoot people on the spot like this.

:01:43. > :01:45.More detail about the police operation emerged at an inquest

:01:46. > :01:48.which was opened and adjourned in Bradford this morning.

:01:49. > :01:52.The court heard the 28-year-old worked as an office clerk.

:01:53. > :01:55.The cause of death was given as gunshot wounds to the chest.

:01:56. > :01:59.We now know that a gun was recovered from the footwell of the Audi

:02:00. > :02:04.Whilst the inquest and funeral were taking place, a 30-year-old

:02:05. > :02:07.man, arrested as part of the same operation on Monday night,

:02:08. > :02:13.Flanked by two security guards, Moshin Amin spoke only

:02:14. > :02:17.to confirm his name, his address and his date of birth.

:02:18. > :02:20.Amin, of Broomer Street in Dewsbury, is charged with possession

:02:21. > :02:24.of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence,

:02:25. > :02:28.possession of ammunition and possession of a silencer.

:02:29. > :02:31.The hearing lasted for just four minutes and there was no

:02:32. > :02:38.He'll now appear at Leeds Crown Court on February the 3rd.

:04:01. > :04:03.The 14-year-old has moderate learning difficulties

:04:04. > :04:09.But he also suffers from a rare and debilitating sleep disorder that

:04:10. > :04:18.Every night, since William was one, he's been banging his head

:04:19. > :04:23.This was him aged just six years old.

:04:24. > :04:27.This footage was taken in the last couple of weeks.

:04:28. > :04:29.The condition is called rhythmic movement disorder,

:04:30. > :04:31.and has led to William and his family

:04:32. > :04:35.surviving on four hours sleep a night.

:04:36. > :04:38.I can't move anything, I'm absolutely shattered.

:04:39. > :04:42.All I want to do all day is just stay in bed.

:04:43. > :04:44.We are extremely tired all of the time.

:04:45. > :04:51.All I want to do sometimes is sit on the settee and cry because I am

:04:52. > :04:55.It has taken the family the best part of 12 years

:04:56. > :04:57.to get a formal diagnosis for William.

:04:58. > :05:02.The family have also been told there is no cure in his case.

:05:03. > :05:06.So they will have to find a way to live with it.

:05:07. > :05:08.When he is in full rhythmic movement, every night,

:05:09. > :05:12.it sounds like someone's throwing a basketball

:05:13. > :05:14.against the wall and keeps the whole family awake.

:05:15. > :05:16.The family now want to buy a special, protective bed -

:05:17. > :05:19.called a Safespace - and build a soundproof extension

:05:20. > :05:26.But they estimate it will cost ?30,000 and so they have started

:05:27. > :05:38.I hope I can get rid of it as soon as possible so I can give

:05:39. > :05:44.For now the restless nights continue for a family who haven't had

:05:45. > :05:52.a decent sleep in more than a decade.
