:00:46. > :00:49.Since the ban's came in, I think it's easier to get hold

:00:50. > :00:55.The drug sometimes causes users to enter a zombie-like state,

:00:56. > :00:57.but it can also cause psychotic episodes that paramedics find

:00:58. > :01:03.Spitting, biting, punching, kicking, those kind of things

:01:04. > :01:05.are what paramedics have to put up with.

:01:06. > :01:09.for people to realise that, actually, this substance,

:01:10. > :01:11.whatever it is you're taking, you've no idea

:01:12. > :01:15.And unfortunately, that's what we are seeing.

:01:16. > :01:18.At the Lighthouse Project in Leeds, users themselves also

:01:19. > :01:30.I was a heroin user 17 years ago, I've been cleaned up about 17 years.

:01:31. > :01:31.It's gone underground, if you like, and, anecdotally,

:01:32. > :01:34.I think supply is still readily available, and, unfortunately,

:01:35. > :01:37.That's created a toxic trap, with users succumbing very quickly

:01:38. > :01:41.to its extremely addictive properties and straining health
